I use the "roll pin/sub/cage twice in a row" rule....and I like that set up.

I don't give the champion an advantage, but I have a special rule (Stu Lowry first suggested it to me.) for the title matches. I say that either wrestler can't score a pin or submission until his PIN fatigue count hits "5". I do allow for DQs or countouts to take place prior to this, for a match that maybe gets "wild" right away.
In theory, this allows the big title match to go on longer. It doesn't always happen--as one wrestler might quickly raise the PIN rating and then still win. But I've liked it for my top three titles in my USWA fed.
