For the barbed-wire match I made and posted here I did a special out on the apron chart.
I was wanting to make a special chart that would be for just regular matches. I'm not sure how I would want to implement it though...
1) Would you make it a chart based off of Ring Rating and use the chart if out of the ring is rolled and roll one die to see which chart to use (which is what I did for my barbed-wire match)?
2) Or, since there is a chart based on Agility (Suicide Dive), would you make it like it but base it on Power?

I say just make it a choice. Some guys like Mayhem or Wolf for example would be more apt to try something from the apron to the floor and others may not. Just like the suicide dive, it's optional, you don't have to use it. I like the idea of this though. If you need some help on it, I could maybe come up with some spots if you need some. I guess you could use power for it to be the equal of the Suicide dive. Great idea, please roll with it. If you decide not to roll with it, I'd give it a shot. I don't know why it hasn't been thought of before, it's a great concept.

Optional charts like the suicide dive chart add an extra dimension to the game so I'm all for an optional power-based apron chart that can be used instead of out of the ring. You could have moves on it like the DDT on the apron, the suplex into the ring/suplex out of the ring contest, the slingshot from the apron into the guardrail, etc.

Hell, you could do a chart for apron spots based off of spots in NOAH main events alone.

I've been wanting a way to do the NOAH/ old All-Japan apron spots since WCW/NWO Revenge for the N64.

Don't forget Foley's diving elbow to the floor as well.

A chart for Apron moves is a splendid idea. There are several moves that could be incorporated from the apron and would make for a good time. Making it optional is also the way to go but would definatly be based off of ring ratings.
This chart could add new dimensions to matches.

Here are a couple I forgot: - Chokeslam off the Apron (Taue) - Powerbomb off the Apron (Kawada) - Shiranui off the Apron (Marufuij) - Backdrop off the Apron (Morishima) I think between the ones I listed in the post you quoted, and the four above, that should be enough to create a chart, right?

I already have some of those on my barbed wire chart which I'm going to adapt into a (pw) optional chart. Heres the barbed wire link. sites.google.com/site/mrbeefymorris/uwahq/uwaspecialI figured making it optional would be what everyone agreed on, but wanted some input. I'll post more as I work on it.

As much as I really like the NOAH/All Japan apron spots, I think people other than Switchfoot and myself would like the chart to be more generic. I'm picturing something like this: Apron chart prototype:When a wrestler on offense rolls Out of the Ring, he can opt to roll on the Apron chart instead. Roll | Result | 2 | The opponet drags you out on the ring and goes for one of his signature holds. You block the move and use one of your signature moves on your opponent from the apron to the floor! Opponent adds 1 to his PIN rating and rolls on out of the ring chart, adding 1 to the roll | 3-4 | Your opponent is coming through the ropes to inflict more damage. You attack him and give him a sunset flip into the ring. Opponent Rolls PIN | 5-6 | As the opponent reaches for you, you grab his head and clothesline him across the top rope. Roll on level 3 offense. | 7 | The opponent is attempting to suplex you back into the ring but you have other ideas. Roll to see you wins: Odd – You suplex your opponent from the apron to the floor. Opponent rolls on Out of the Ring chart. Even – The opponent suplexes you back into the ring. Opponent rolls on Level Three Offense
| 8-9 | You tumble from the apron to the floor. Roll on out of the ring chart | 10-11 | Your opponent places you on a table outside the ring and climbs to the top rope. Roll to see what happens: Odd- You move out of the way and your opponent goes through the table. Opponent rolls Count Out 6 to avoid being counted out. If not counted out, add 1 to PIN rating and the match resumes in the ring.: Even - You go crashing through the table. Roll Count Out 6 to avoid being counted out. If not counted out, add 1 to PIN rating and the match resumes in the ring.:
| 12 | Your opponent pulls you out on the apron and hit one of his signature moves. Add 1 to your PIN rating and roll on the out of the ring chart, adding 1 to the roll. |
