- Ring of Honor has announced via its Facebook page that the Briscoes would face a team from Chikara in a Proving Ground match on January 20th.
- The company has also announced new new shows to take place on April 27 in Dayton, Ohio and April 28 in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. The second show will run at the same time as one from Chikara in the same market.

It makes me very happy to see that ROH and CHIKARA are still willing to work together.

Jigsaw and Hallowicked this weekend defeated the Briscoes in their Proving Ground match at the Homecoming 2012 to earned a future title shot.
This is one report about the match I read online:
Match 6: Jigsaw and Hallowicked defeated The Briscoe Brothers (Proving Ground Match)
So this may have been one of the most bizarre matches of the night, but a real good one at that. Jigsaw and Hallowicked held their own against the boys from Delaware. So towards the end, Mark Briscoe started messing with Hallowicked's mask, turning it sideways so he couldn't see.
This led to Mike Quakenbush and about 8 Chikara stars rushing out to support Jigsaw and Hallowicked, ending with Ultra Mantis Black marching out with a skull on a stick. After a distraction, Jigsaw pinned Jay Briscoe, leading to Jigsaw and Hallowicked getting an upcoming title match in Chicago. Ultra Mantis Black then took the mic and said the Briscoes tried taking their mask, and now Chikara is going to take the ROH tag titles.

It seems like for now both companies have future plans in working together and that could be fun stuff. This working relationship in real life fits well if we get a ROH set with the CHIKARA game where they'd be atleast decently compatible...

If ROH & CHIKARA continue to work together throughout 2012 and this rivalry makes it on Sinclair's ROH TV, it can only help both products and gives CHIKARA much needed exposure on TV that they normally don't get. I'm starting to be more intrigued by Two indy companies coming together and giving us something different then what the WWE presents and ROH & CHIKARA are truly two separately owned entities...
