Match #7: Iron Mike DiBiase defeated United States Champion Bob Roop in a non-title match
- the upset occurred when Ivan Koloff came out to distract Roop who was then caught from behind by DBiase who placed Roop in an abdominal stretch and forced him to tap out.
Match #8: Rob Van Dam defeated Don Leo Jonathan in a hardcore match
- this hardcore match was set up last week on Smackdown by RVD after DLJ slammed him through a table for a DQ in their match against each other.
- RVD won via a FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH proving that he as a former EAWA Champion still has what it takes when it comes to hardcore matches
Backstage: Ivan Koloff again tells Nikita Breznikov and the Bolsheviks, whose interference has caused Koloff to suffer his 2 defeats in his current Best of 7 Series against Magnum T.A., to stay away from ringside in his match against Magnum T.A. which is up next.
Backstage: Magnum T.A. is informed that in tonight's Match 5 of his Best of 7 Series against Koloff, currently tied 2-2, the winner gets to pick the stipulation for a possible Match 7 if the series goes to full limit of 7 matches.
Match #9: Ivan Koloff defeated Magnum T.A. in Match 5 of their best of 7 Series.
- Koloff won via a deathjump to take a 3-2 lead in the series and to give him the right to pick the stipulation in a possible Match 7 of this series if Magnum T.A. can win Match 6 next week on Smackdown.
- from the top of the ramp, United States Champion Roop was seen disgusted watching Koloff get the victory
Match #10: Antonio Inoki defeated Antonino Rocca
- Inoki defeated his enemy Rocca for the second week in a row via ENZUIGIRI while holding Rocca's tights for extra leverage in this grudge match
Backstage: World Tag Team Champions Road Warriors
- the Road Warriors say they have been informed that the Horsemen have won a title match against them as a result of defeating the Road Warriors last week on Smackdown in a non-title match.
- the Road Warriors say they don't want to wait and they are putting the World Tag Team Championship on the line tonight on Smackdown- but it will be a tornado match so they can keep their eyes on both Johnny Valentine and Don Muraco at all times!
Match #11: World Tag Team Champion Road Warriors defeated the Horsemen (managed by Eddie Fyne) in a tornado match
- First Fall: Don Muarco pinned Road Warrior Hawk when he gave Road Warrior Hawk an Asiatic Spike that included the use of a foreign object handed to him by Fyne followed by the HAWAIIAN HAMMER. Horsemen are up 1-0.
- Second Fall: Road Warrior Hawk pinned Muraco following the DOOMSDAY DEVICE to tie things up at 1-1.
- Third/Final Fall: Road Warrior Hawk again pinned Muraco following the DOOMSDAY DEVICE to win the match 2-1.
- As a result, the longest current championship reign (13 months of game time) in all of MLW continues as the Road Warriors retained the World Tag Team Championship!

- Sharpe got a near pinfall early, but Steele won via his FLYING HAMMERLOCK
Match #2: Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeated "Precious" Paul Ellering
- Duggan won easily via FLYING SPEAR
Match #3: Super Crazy defeated D'Lo Brown
- Super Crazy won via a deathjump.
Match #4: Brass Knuckles Champion Ray "the Crippler" Stevens defeated Hardcore Hutton
- Stevens used BOMBS AWAY to put away his former tag team partner
- afterward, Stevens was suddenly attacked by Finlay. Bobby Shane watched with satisfaction as his squire beat up Stevens before pointing to Stevens' Brass Knuckles Championship lying on the mat and saying that "the King of Wrestling is looking to acquire some gold" before departing with Finlay.
Match #5: Rick Rude defeated Sandman
- Rude used the RUDE AWAKENING to put away his enemy
- afterward, Rude said he hopes Sandman decides to use his Money in the Bank briefcase to challenge EAWA Champion Wolf (who defends the title against Rude at Wrestlemaania 4) sometime before Wrestlemania 4 and somehow defeats him because, as Rude just proved, the Sandman would be an easy opponent for Rude to regain the EAWA Championship from at Wrestlemania 4
- Rude then also warns the Sandman not to try and use his Money in the Bank briefcase to interfere in Rude regaining the EAWA Championship

- Von Goering got the major upset via his BACKBREAKER thanks to interference from Wolf's Wrestlemania 4 opponent Rude.
In the Ring: EAWA Tag Team Champions Miracle Violence Connection on one side, Dream Team with their manager Ladies Champion Sherri Martel on the other side of the ring
- as mentioned last week on EAWA, Martel says she is now going to announce the stipulation for the Wrestlemania 4 title match between the MVC and the Dream Team
- Terry Gordy says it does not matter what the Dream Team picks as a stipulation since the Dream Team has not had success against the MVC
- Martel says "true, but these guys have had some success against you" right as Gordy and Steve "Dr. Death" Williams are suddenly attacked from behind by Playboy Buddy Rose and Jerry Lynn. Greg Valentine and Brutus Beefcake join in on the assault upon the MVC as Martel announces at Wrestlemania 4 Rose and Lynn have agreed to help the Dream Team in a 4 on 2 handicap match against the MVC!
In the Ring: MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino on one side and EAWA General Manager the Million Dollar Ted DiBiase with his Cabinet (Masked Superstar, Virgil, and the Valiants) on the other side
- Sammartino says he has accepted DiBiase's challenge of an elimination tag match at Wrestlemania 4 to determine who will control EAWA after Wrestlemania 4 but he wants to make it 6 on 6 and not 5 on 5 as DiBiase suggested. DiBuase agrees and challenges Sammartino's team to a series of matches against his team tonight on EAWA! Sammartino agrees.
- for Team Money, DiBiase then introduces Larry Zbyszko and Bob Orton Sr. (both of whom were announced for DiBiase's possible team last week on EAWA)
- for Team Bruno, Sammartino introduces Ox Baker (who publicly offered Sammartino help last week on EAWA) and The Crusher!
Match #7: Larry Zbyszko and Bob Orton Sr. defeated Ox Baker and The Crusher
- Zbyszko pinned Baker via a deathjump as DiBiase laughed his Million Dollar Laugh.
- afterward, for team Money, DiBiase introduced the Iron Sheik and, for Team Bruno, Sammartino introduced Curt Hennig!

- a great match that saw Hennig survive 6 pin/submission attempts to get the win via a running knee lift to DiBiase's displeasure
- afterward, for Team Money, DiBiase announced Giant Baba and for his final member selected Kevin Sullivan who has had a recent impressive winning streak
- for Team Bruno, Sammartino said the reason he wanted 6 members (with Sammartino and DiBiase being the 6th members for their teams) is because there are two former EAWA wrestlers seeking to take advantage of the inter-promotional nature of Wrestlemania who previously had problems with DiBiase who want to help end DiBiase's control of the EAWA- former EAWA Champion Antonino Rocca and former EAWA Champion Rob Van Dam who then made their way to the ring to the wild roar of approval from the crowd!
Match #9: Giant Baba (accompanied by Al Snow) and Kevin Sullivan defeated Antonino Rocca and Rob Van Dam
- Baba and Sullivan got the win when Sullivan pinned RVD following a DOUBLE FOOT STOMP while DiBiase held down RVD's legs for extra leverage during the pin attempt
- afterward, an angry Sammartino challenged DiBiase to a match next week on EAWA as the show came to an end.

Match #1: Hillbilly Jim (accompanied by Cousin Luke) defeated Exotic Adrian Street
- Hillbilly Jim, who last week sprayed Exotic Adrian Street in the face with Gorgeous George's perfume spray gun, won the latest segment in the Hillbillies vs Gorgeously Exotic feud when he made Exotic Adrian Street tap out to his BEAR HUG
Match #2: Jim Londos defeated Val Venis
- despite some strong early offense from Venis, Londos came back and won via his BOSTON CRAB as his recent success continues as he is just 2 weeks away from challenging Bruiser Brody for the Intercontinental Championship at Wrestlemania 4.
Match #3: King Kong Bundy (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated Pepper Gomez
- One week after Bundy viciously attacked both Gomez and Jushin Liger after their match against each other on RAW, Bundy won this match in just 2 moves via his AVALANCHE. Afterward, Heenan said he hopes MLW Champion Frank Gotch with his injured ribs is watching from his hospital room as this is a good example of what is going to happen to Gotch in his steel cage match against Bundy at Wrestlemania 4!
Backstage: RAW General Manager Bob Backlund with George Hackenschmidt and Harley Race (who is not pleased to be called to a meeting with Backlund and Hackenschmidt)
- Race complains about being in the same room with Backlund and Hackenschmidt and turns to leave until Backlund tells Race he needs to stay if he still wants a match at Wrestlemania 4
- Backlund says there will once again be a Money in the Bank match at Wrestlemania this year- but this time it will be a Money in the Bank Champions Edition involving 6 former champions including Race (a 2 time MLW Champion) and Hackenschmidt (also a 2 time former MLW Champion!)

Backstage: Accompanied by The Mountie, Mr. Canada (Billy "Red" Lyons) approaches Backlund to complain about not being in the Money in the Bank Champions Edition at Wrestlemania even though it was him (Mr. Canada) who first thought up the Money in the Bank concept prior to the first Wrestlemania four years ago. Mr. Canada continues by saying it was also him (Mr. Canada) who won both last year's Money in the Bank match at Wrestlemania 3 and the Money in the Bank match last September at Money in the Bank RAW.
- Backlund says he said 6 of the competitors would be former champions, but he is also going to have 2 wild card spots- 1 from RAW and 1 from Samckdown-in the match too and the RAW wild card spot will be determined on next week's RAW in a fatal fourway elimination match with Mr. Canada as one of the 4 competitors.
Match #5: Nick Bockwinkel (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated Jushin Liger
- Bockwinkel won via his BOCKWINKEL SLEEPER
- The commentators remark that Bockwinkel just defeated Liger who is the smallest male wrestler on RAW but remind everyone that at Wrestlemania 4 Bockwinkel will be wrestling against the biggest wrestler on RAW in Andre the Giant.
- Andre the Giant then came out to chase off Bockwinkel and Heenan after Bockwinkel proceeded to attack Liger after the match.
Backstage: Diamond Dallas Page is approached by Backlund.
- Backlund tells DDP that since he (DDP) won the first-ever Money in the Bank at the first Wrestlemania he will be another one of the competitors in next week's fatal fourway elimination match to determine the RAW wild card entrant in the Money in the Bank Champions Edition match at Wrestlemania 4.

- Brody then got on the microphone to say this whole thing started between The Sheik and Snuka because The Sheik was seeking a rematch against Brody. Brody says if The Sheik wants a match against him (Brody) he can have it next week on RAW in a Wrestlemania 3 rematch!

Major League Wrestling (MLW) SmackdownFriday March 9,Year 5 The Major League Wrestling Arena Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)Match #1: Ed "Strangler" Lewis (accompanied by John Pesek) defeated Johnny Saint- thanks to interference once again from Pesek (whose interference last week on Smackdown caused Saint to lose to Lewis by countout,) Lewis won via his STRANGLER'S HEADLOCK to finally score a more decisive (although still tainted) victory over Saint - afterward, Saint said for the second week in a row he has learned that someone needs to keep an eye on Pesek when he wrestles Lewis and thus challenged Lewis to a UK style rounds match at Wrestlemania 4 where Saint's second in the round match will be able to keep an eye on Pesek! In the Ring: ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta says that the winner of this next match- a tag team elimination match- will get to challenge the United States Tag Team Champions the Midnight Express at Wrestlemania 4!
Match #7: Vachons (managed by "Wild" Red Berry) defeated New Age Outlaws and Killer Bees in an elimination tag #1 contender's match
- for this match, Jim Cornette (accompanied by the Midnight Express and the One Man Gang) provided guest color commentary
- New Age Outlaws eliminated when Butcher Vachon defeated Kip James via HANGMAN
- Killer Bees eliminated when Mad Dog Vachon pinned Jim Brunzell via a PILEDRIVER after Cornette left the commentation table station and tried to hit Mad Dog in the head with his tennis racket but instead accidentally hit Brunzell.

Major League Wrestling (MLW) EAWA Saturday March 10,Year 5 The Major League Wrestling Arena Las Vegas, NV (First Half of show)
Match #1: Super Crazy defeated Hardcore Hutton
- Super Crazy got the somewhat surprising win via his MOONSAULT.
Match #2: Kevin Sullivan defeated Rob Van Dam
- Sullivan continued his recent impressive winning streak as he picked up a high profile win against RVD via a clothesline along with his feet on the ropes as the referee made the 3 count as he and RVD are scheduled to once again be on opposite sides at Wrestlemania 4 on Team Money and Team Bruno respectively in the elimination tag match to determine the future of EAWA.
Match #3: Joyce Grable defeated Nora Greenwald
- Grable picked up a solid win against Greenwald via her MIDDLE ROPE DROPKICK.
- afterward, Grable said in 2 weeks at Wrestlemania 4 she is going to announce why Ladies Champion Sherri Martel is so alarmed at Grable's recent arrival in MLW!
Match #4: Brass Knuckles Champion Ray "the Crippler" Stevens defeated Finlay (accompanied by Bobby Shane) in a non-title match
- Stevens won via BOMBS AWAY
- afterward, Stevens said he is accepting the challenge Shane made last week for a match for his (Stevens's) Brass Knuckles Championship which can take place at at Wrestlemania 4- but on one condition: Stevens says he wants a certain wrestler to accompany him to ringside for his match.
- Shane smugly agrees to this request and Stevens then announces and brings out Shane's recent enemy George "the Animal" Steele!
Match #5: EAWA Champion Wolf defeated Sabu in a non-title match
- Wolf and Sabu shook hands before this match started
- the end of this match came when Wolf applied his SAVAGE FACE CLAW to Sabu. Sabu managed to reach the ropes forcing Wolf to break his finishing hold. But once Sabu let go of the ropes, Wolf immediately reapplied his finisher and this time Sabu tapped out as Wolf gets set to defend his EAWA Championship against former champion Rick Rude at Wrestlemania 4.
