"Mad" Mike Cantrell welcomes the audience to the show, and he promises it will be one amazing night, as there are a total of TWO Title Defenses on the card tonight!

We go ringside where the lovely Miss Cindy Shepherd introduces our opening match...

1. The Perfect Team vs. The Hillbillies!
"Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig and his partner "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase spend most of the match being roughed up by the big Hillbilly Jim and Cousin Luke. The action spills outside the ring and a well-placed chair shot on Cousin Luke from Hennig turns the tide. Once again, the action gets heated with Hennig and DiBiase coming out on top in the end! Your winners: The Perfect Team!

Up next we have...

2. "Ravishing" Rick Rude (with Bobby Heenan) vs. Al Snow!
Both men came to fight, and it showed with many near-falls and close calls, but the action gets out of hand once it spilled outside the squared circle! Rude managed to kick our of a pin attempt after being smashed in the head by Snow (with help from Bobby Heenan putting his foot on the bottom rope) and managed to come back to hit the RUDE AWAKENING on Snow not once, but twice, and finally getting the win! Your winner: "Ravishing" Rick Rude!

Next, our lovely Miss Shepherd introduces...

3. Harley Race vs. The Crusher!
This one is an all-out war that simply cannot be contained in the ring! The action spills outside and both men resort to some underhanded tactics, leaving the referee no choice but to disqualify both men! Result: Double Disqualification!

Our next match is...

4. The Men of Character vs. Los Companeros de Armas!
Before the bell, the men from both teams shake hands in a show of respect. The action is intense, and both teams put on a wrestling clinic unlike anything seen on LCW Live up to this point! The finish comes in the final seconds of regulation time when Pepper Gomez gets Ilio DiPaulo in the MEXICAN CRADLE for the win! Your winners: Pepper Gomez and Mil Mascaras!

Once again, all four men shake hands and we join "Mad" Mike Cantrell in the broadcast position with his special guest, the LCW TV Champion the "Exotic" Adrian Street and Miss Linda!

Cantrell: "Welcome, Champ! It's nice to have you join us here tonight..."

Street: "Thank you, Mr. Cantrell. It's good to be here. You're looking quite dapper, as always."

Cantrell: "Thanks, Champ! A little bird tells me you've actually requested a rematch with Jimmy Hart's man, Buff Bagwell! Any truth to this rumor?"

Street: "Actually... yes, there is. You see, I'm a fighting champion. I am also the best TV Champion that this promotion has yet seen. Tell me, my good man: How many times have I defended my title?"

Cantrell: "Uh... two times, so far, Champ."

Street: "Correct. You know what that means? It means that I have held the belt longer than both previous titleholders combined, Mr. Cantrell. Now, a gentleman never brags, but I feel that, being the best TV Champion... I have to answer for that abomination of a match that I had the last time you saw me."

Cantrell: "Come, now, Champ... the match was phenomenal! We all thought so!"

Street: "Well, I didn't think it was phenomenal at all. I should have won handily! So, I have petitioned our good Commissioner Murphy to allow Mr. Bagwell another chance for glory. This time I will beat the man cleanly, I promise you. I'm quite certain that the other men in line for their shot at my belt will wait, as I'm sure Mr. Bagwell will undoubtedly sign the contract."

Cantrell: "It's a match we'd all love to see, Adrian."

Street: "Thank you for your time, Mr. Cantrell. Good day."

Coming up next we have...

5. "Cowboy" Bob Orton, Jr. vs. "Playboy" Buddy Rose!
Before entering the ring, Orton has heated words with TV Champion Adrian Street! It appears that Orton is the next one in line for a title shot and he resents the impending rematch! Rose takes advantage of the distraction and jumps Orton before the bell and begins to really work the man over, until Orton manages to make a comeback, and severely punishing Rose outside the ring. Rose tried to regain control but in the end he falls victim to the SUPERPLEX and the match is over! Your winner: "Cowboy" Bob Orton!

The following contest is for the LCW United States Championship...

6. Giant Baba (with Miss Hitomi) vs. "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan (U.S. Champion)!
This one's a battle for the ages right from the beginning! During the course of the match, both men trade off on offense, and there are a few near falls! The end of the match comes when a resurgent Duggan hits Baba with the FLYING SPEAR and went for the pin, only to have the entirety of the Empire of the Rising Sun (Rikidozan, Inoki, Fuji, and Saito) hit the ring, breaking up the count and attacking the champion! They put a merciless beating on Duggan, and throw the referee from the ring! The beating goes on for what seems like an eternity before the Men of Character, Magnum T.A. and "Dr. Death" Steve Williams hit the ring and chase off the villains! The champ has to be carried to the back on a stretcher (he'll be injured for 2 cards). The winner of the match and still the U.S. Champion, by disqualification: "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan!

Before the main event, Mike Cantrell is joined at the broadcast position by Jim Cornette, who promises the audience that they will see history tonight!

The lovely Miss Cindy Shepherd then announces tonight's Main Event...

7. The Midnight Express (with Jim Cornette) vs. The Road Warriors (with Paul Ellering; Tag Team Champions)!
This one is a tag-team wrestling clinic, with both teams trading the advantage numerous times! About midway through the match, the Road Warriors seize the advantage and refuse to let up, even with interference by Jim Cornette, and Bobby Eaton ends up being pinned after taking three DOOMSDAY DEVICE hits! Your winners, and still Tag Team Champions: the Road Warriors!

We close with "Mad" Mike wishing everyone the best and reminding everyone to tune in next week....

More Fun & Solid Action AJ and too bad the Men of Character lost, but I liked the handshakes at the end. Rick Rude with a good victory over Snow and seeing Jim Duggan retain via DQ none the less is a good thing...

LCW Live from Albany, NY!

"Mad" Mike Cantrell opens the show, welcoming everyone to another terrific night of wrestling!

But first, some words from Commissioner Dan Murphy!

Murphy: "It was apparent to me, and to everyone else, that the actions of the gang known as the Empire of the Rising Son last week, during the United States Title Match against the champion... 'Hacksaw' Jim Duggan... that we'd have to take action. So, without further taking up of any time, I am hereby announcing that all five members of the Empire are suspended, for a full 30 days! That's right! Thirty days, or four full weeks. Effective immediately!"

Cantrell:"Thank you, Commissioner. Now, let's go to the ring!"

We go to the lovely Cindy Shepherd for the announcement of our first match:

1. The James Gang vs. The Killer Bees!
This one is a non-stop battle from the opening bell all the way to the end, which sees B.G. James hit the PUMPHANDLE SLAM on Jim Brunzell not once, but twice! The winners of the match: The James Gang!

Up next we have...

2. Bob Roop vs. 'Ravishing' Rick Rude (with Bobby Heenan)!
This one is intense, with the action going from one man having the advantage to the other multiple times! It comes down to the final seconds when Bobby Heenan interferes in the match when Roop was on the outside, leading to him being unable to get back in time. Your winner: 'Ravishing' Rick Rude!

Next, the lovely Miss Shepherd introduces...

3. The Dream Team vs. the Fabulous Kangaroos (with Red Berry)!
This match sees the Australian team start off strong and maintain the advantage for the whole match, until things spill out of the ring, where all four men end up involved! The end comes when Costello has Valentine down for the pin, when Beefcake and Heffernan both invade the ring, causing the referee to declare a DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION!

Up next we have...

4. Kevin Sullivan (with Oliver Humperdink) vs. Dick Hutton!
Hutton came to wrestle, but Sullivan came to brawl! This one gets out of control fairly early, and the end comes when Hutton has Sullivan pinned, only to have it broken up by the One Man Gang! The referee awards the decision, by disqualification, to Dick Hutton!

Next is...

5. The Masked Superstar vs. The Sheik (with Sabu)!
After chasing the lovely Miss Shepherd out of the ring, the Sheik goes on the attack from the opening bell! This one is a wild one, with the advantage going from one man to the other numerous times, before the Sheik throws a fireball into the face of the Superstar! Once again, the referee calls for a disqualification! Your winner: The Masked Superstar!

Finally, the lovely Cindy Shepherd announces the main event of the evening...

6. Buff Bagwell (with Jimmy Hart)vs. 'Exotic' Adrian Street (TV Champion with Miss Linda)!
This one's an all-out action-packed war from the opening bell right up to the end, which comes as time runs out, resulting in a TIME-LIMIT DRAW! Jimmy Hart is incredibly unhappy, and calls for the Link to come out and attack the champion, only to have none other than Bruiser Brody rush out to make the save!

We end the show with Brody raising Street's hand in victory!

Poor Jimmy Hart and Buff Bagwell running out of time and Exotic Adrian Street remains the TV Champ, good stuff. I loved that Heenan helped Rude win his match via count out and I'm also glad the James Gang won their match against the Bees. It'll be interesting to see what happens when the Empire of the Rising Sun return after their suspension, it should be wild stuff...

I've got some ideas in the works for what will happen when they get back from their suspension.

The feud with Duggan is far from over, and some new ones may have been started,, as well.

I think I'm going to give Buff one more shot at the TV Title, too...

Great show I liked the team of Bagwell and Hart as well as the main event match

This is a great fed so far. I like the feud between Buff and Adrian, it makes for some great matches. The Road Warriors still the top dogs as the tag champs is always awsome, but i think the Kangaroo's will give them a run for their money. This is a great fed and i will be reading as long as the action continues.
