Road of Champions: Bloodsport episode 1: Freddie Blassie vs. Don Leon Jonathan - if Jonathan loses, he becomes Blassie's bodyguard: Blassie tore into the Mormon Giant at the opening bell, quickly taking him to the mat. Blassie scored a near fall after multiple knee drops and proceeded to open a ghastly wound in the Giant's forehead with his razor sharp teeth. The bloodied and blinded Giant tried to fight back but Blassie put DLJ away with the Southern Neckbreaker.
A video package aired showing the long history between Danielson and Muraco in Road of Champions, including Danielson being robbed of the RoC Universal title by Muraco and Fuji months ago.
Bryan Danielson vs. Don Muraco - Loser Leaves Town: Danielson and Muraco brawled all over the ring area before the bell. The referee herded them into the ring and the match officially started. Danielson took advantage of a missed turnbuckle charge and locked on the LeBell Lock but Muraco was able to get his foot on the ropes. Danielson argued with the referee, thinking Muraco had tapped, and Muraco hit the Asiatic Spike for a near fall. Muraco took control and whipped Danielson to the ropes but Danielson put on the brakes and rolled Muraco up in a small package for a near fall. Muraco went for the spike the second time but Danielson countered it with a LeBell Lock in the center of the ring and Muraco had no choice but to tap out!
Super Crazy vs. Konnan - Special Attraction: Konnan and Crazy jockeyed for position early on. Konnan took control and hit the sit out facebuster for a near fall. Crazy mounted a comeback and hit the leaping DDT for a near fall. Crazy went to the top rope but Konnan threw him to the mat and hit the 187 but Crazy kicked out. Crazy rebounded and hit a moonsault for a near fall. Crazy dragged Konnan into the corner and hit three moonsaults for another near fall. Konnan made a comeback and hit the somersault clothesline for a near fall. Konnan hit a second 187, nearly knocking Crazy unconscious. Finally, Konnan it a brutal powerbomb, covering Crazy and getting the three count.
Rikidozan vs. Lou Thesz - Lou Thesz's last chance at the RoC Universal title: Thesz whipped Rikidozan to the buckles and charged in. Rikidozan got his knees up, knocking Thesz to the mat. Rikidozan waited for Thesz to get to his feet and bombarded him with Thunderous Chops. Thesz went down and Rikidozan covered him for the easy three count to retain the gold.

Road of Champions: Bloodsport episode 2: Fit Finlay vs. William Muldoon: Finlay mauled Muldoon early on with his rough style but Muldoon bide his time. Finlay missed a turnbuckle charge and Muldoon locked on the double shoulder lock but Finlay made it to the ropes. Muldoon hit two brutal suplexes, wearing Finlay down. Finlay took over and whipped Muldoon to the buckles but Muldoon sidestepped Finlay and rolled him up for the three count.
Bruiser Brodie vs. Mr. Saito: Saito attacked Brodie at the opening bell and looked to be en route to a quick victory. Saito locked on the scorpion leg lock but Brodie made it to the ropes. Saito hit the middle rope knee drop for a near fall and followed it up with a Saito Suplex for another near fall. Brode battledback and hit the jumping knee drop for a near fall. Brodie hitthe running leg drop for a near fall and followed it up with a boot to the face but Saito got his foot on the ropes. Brodie hit the one handed bodyslam and followed it up with a second jumping knee drop for the win.
Rikidozan vs. Masked Superstar II for the RoC Universal title: Masked Superstar II started strong but missed a turnbuckle charge and Rikidozan took over. Rikidozan knocked Superstar senseless with a forearm hammer and hit the hiplock for an easy title defense.
Freddie Blassie (with Don Leo Jonathan) vs. Bryan Danielson for the #1 contender spot: Danielson took control early and locked on the LeBell lock but Blassie made it to the ropes. Danielson dragged Blassie into the middle of the ring and locked on the Guillotine Choke but Blassie managed to escape the hold. Danielson had Blassie reeling and hit the back superplex for a near fall. Blassie rolled out of the ring to recover and Danielson followed him out. Blassie made a comeback and slammed Danielson into the ring steps and rolled him back into the ring. Blassie hit a pair of southern neckbreakers but couldn't put Danielson away. Danielson battled back and locked on the Guillotine choke but Don Leo Jonathan pulled the referee out of the ring. Danielson and DLJ battled on the outside and Blassie recovered enough to hit a low blow, almost resulting in a count out victory. Blassie opened up a cut on Danielson's forehead with a bite and hit a second low blow for a near fall. Danielson got to his feet but Blassie hit another Southern Neckbreaker for the win.

Road of Champions: Bloodsport episode 3: Finlay vs. Mr. Saito: Finlay and Saito started the match pelting one another with brutal strikes. Finlay too control and hit the Celtic Cross but Saito kicked out Saito and Finlay battled back and forth and spilled out of the ring, where Finlay suplexed Saito on a chair. Saito made it back into the ring in time to beat the count. Finlay pounded Saito with brutal forearms but Saito wouldn't go down. Saito hit the Saito suplex out of nowhere and locked on the sleeper for the win.
Dave Taylor vs. William Muldoon: Taylor and Muldoon battled back and forth. Muldoon took a pounding but couldn't keep any momentum going. Taylor wore Muldoon down with three British Suplexes but couldn't put the Solid Man away. Taylor hit a brutal European Uppercut for the win.
Bruiser Brodie vs. Johnny Saint: Saint hit the high cross body block at the opening bell, nearly surprising Brodie for the win. Brodie kicked out and Saint went to the top and hit the cross body a second time but Brodie rolled through for the near fall. Brodie nearly kicked Saint's head off with the big boot and Saint turtled up. Brodie took the bait and Saint scored a near fall with the Saint Special. Saint clamped the Three In One on the enraged Brodie for the win!
Bryan Danielson vs. Don Leo Jonathan: Danielson and DLJ stared one another down at the opening bell. Danielson slapped the Mormon Giant and the match was on. The two men battled back and forth and Danielson took the advantage with a German Suplex, dumping DLJ on his head. Danielson clamped on the LeBell Lock but DLJ was too close to the ropes and broke the hold. DLJ tried to make a comeback but Danielson turned things around, knocking him senseless with a missile dropkick. Danielson clamped on the LeBell Lock a second time for the tap out.
As the show went off the air, Danielson said he was coming for Freddie Blassie one day soon!
