Match #1: Pepper Gomez defeated Gorgeous George to win the Cruiserweight Championship.
- The MLW Universe selected Gomez (40%) over Iron Mike DiBiase (27%) and the Missing Link (33%) to be George's challenger.
Match #2: Rikidozan defeated The Destroyer in a contract match to win an MLW contract.
- For this contract match between top free agents, the MLW Universe selected the matchup of Rikidozan vs The Destroyer (57%) over Rikidozan vs the Iron Sheik (13%) and The Destroyer vs the Iron Sheik (30%).
- note: Although he lost the match and didn't receive an MLW contract, The Destroyer ended up signing a contract with Minor League Wrestling.
Match #3: Bruiser Brody defeated Don Muraco in a steel chain match.
- For this grudge match, the MLW Universe selected a steel chain match (60%) over a falls count anywhere match (30%) and a street suicide match (10%).
Match #4: The Fabulous Kangaroos defeated the New Age Outlaws 2-0 in a best 2 out of 3 falls match to retain the World Tag Team Championship.
- The MLW Universe selected the New Age Outlaws (72%) over Greg Valentine and Brutus Beefcake (17%) and Yukon Eric and Cousin Luke (11%) as the challengers for the Fabulous Kangaroos.
Match #5: Mil Mascaras defeated Harley Race in a #1 contenders' match.
- As a result of this victory, Mascaras earned a guaranteed future title shot against Race's fellow Heenan Family member World Champion Nick Bockwinkel.
- The MLW Universe selected Mil Mascaras (50%) over Diamond Dallas Page (21%) and Jimmy Snuka (29%) to be Race's opponent in this match.
Match #6: Jimmy Snuka and Diamond Dallas Page defeated Greg Valentine and Brutus Beefcake
- This unscheduled match occurred because Valentine and Beefcake were complaining to MLW Chairman Bruno Sammartino about their low poll totals earlier tonight so Sammartino assigned them to wrestle DDP and Snuka- the two wrestlers not selected in the previous match to wrestle Race in a #1 contenders' match.
Match #7: Jim Londos defeated Ed "Strangler" Lewis to retain the Intercontinental Championship.
- This was the first-ever meeting between Londos and Lewis in Major League Wrestling (MLW).
- The MLW Universe selected Lewis (51%) over Rick Rude (40%) and Cowboy Bob Orton Jr. (9%) as Londos' challenger for this match.
Match #8: The Sheik defeated Bobo Brazil in a steel cage match.
- For this major grudge match, the MLW Universe selected a steel cage match (55%) over a last man standing match (38%) and a coffin match (7%).
Match #9, the main event: Smackdown's MLW Champion Buddy Rogers defeated RAW's World Champion Nick Bockwinkel and EAWA's EAWA Champion The Crusher in a triple threat match to cause Bockwinkel to lose his World Championship.
- This match ended when Rogers forced Bockwinkel to tap out to a FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE.
- For this mega main event, the MLW Universe chose Bockwinkel's World Championship (49%) over Rogers' MLW Championship (27%) and The Crusher's EAWA Championship (24%) as the title to be on the line in this triple threat match.
- As a result, the RAW brand's World Championship became vacant.

Hackenschmidt attempted to come to Zbyszko's aid against the Boogie Woogie Man in the Rumble but accidentally eliminated both Zbyszko and the Boogie Woogie Man at the same time. - Toward the end of the match, DiBiase was visibly agitated when he got eliminated by Rocca and, upon Rocca's winning of the Rumble by eliminating Gotch via a dropkick, ordered Bundy (who DiBiase introduced as his newest employee on the last episode of the EAWA) into the ring where Bundy ambushed a celebrating Rocca. As DiBiase and Virgil each held one of Rocca's arms to position Rocca up against one of the turnbuckles, Bundy hit Rocca with 5 AVALANCHES! Rocca was the taken away on a stretcher holding his injured ribs. MLW PPV......... YOU Should have Been There!
