There is a Masato tanaka card in the FMW set in the PDF downloads on this site . I don't know about the other three .

I have not been able to find Tanaka, the downloads don't work and he does not seem to be in the archive... and I have been going through them for the past 4 days.
Also looking for current All Japan and Noah Junior champ Shuji Kondo.

Some of the older guys were on megaupload and are gone...whether they'll ever return, I don't know.
