Great story. We go from Steen trying to destroy ROH to defending ROH (by himself?). Of course, they bury Jim Cornette in the process which makes it the greatest storyline in 2013!

I really enjoyed the show last night and I thought it was worth the money- but I don't regret my decision of not adding the DVD option when I purchased the streamed IPPV from ROH.
Looking forward to Supercard of Honor VII (although I wish it wasn't going head to head that day with CZW's IPPV from WrestleCon- I'll probably order both but see the CZW show later that weekend.)

I was sitting live at the show last night, and as soon as S.C.U.M. started rolling out guys, the crowd went nuts. More than a few of us were confused by Cliff Compton, but one of the guys sitting near me and my crew said he's going to surprise some people once he gets a mic. I just read the same thing in this thread, so I'm hopeful.
The whole time the crowd is marking out for the invasion, I'm sitting there thinking "Filsinger Games R.O.H. S.C.U.M special edition expansion set?" Funny how the game infects the mind even when watching live.

You meant "So, uh...Cliff Compton!" Yeah, everyone else has a beef with the company. But if they give him a live mic they'll find out why he's a perfect fit for SCUM. I like Compton and I'm glad to see him in ROH. Maybe they'll say he tried to get a job with ROH and they ignored him or something. I'm also glad that Rhett Titus has finally come back from injury and replaced that ineffective good guy character who has been impersonating Rhett for so long now in ROH. Seriously, just doing that run-in last night he looked like an entirely different guy. You can tell he's far more comfortable in this role. Oh don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's there. I was just super shocked he showed up. The whole time the crowd is marking out for the invasion, I'm sitting there thinking "Filsinger Games R.O.H. S.C.U.M special edition expansion set?" Funny how the game infects the mind even when watching live. To be fair, we don't know what's different about Rhett Titus as far as moves go. Jacobs and Corino don't need updated. I'd be more than happy to get Compton and JIMMY RAVE~, though.

Just got home from the ROH television taping. The difference between the upcoming four weeks of TV versus the 2012 hodge podge of random matches and stories that seemed to fizzle or never materialize was like night and day. Each week's show flowed right into the other one and the third show they taped was unlike anything they've done on ROH TV to date.
Not spoiling anything, but Compton and Titus worked as a tag team and looked good. Rave was there but was the only member of SCUM besides Steen (whose position in the team is up in the air) who didn't wrestle.

Personally, I think that if they were going to turn Rhett Titus heel, he should join the House of Truth. It's be a much better fit for him.

If you look at the names of the moves on his wrestler card (Sex Factor, MUFF DIVER) and you compare it to the sexual entendre that Truth Martini has been using in his promos since the start of the Top Prospect tournament, I believe that you'll come to the same conclusion as myself, that Titus would fit perfectly into the H.O.T.

Think about it logically. Titus is a guy who's pissed off that ROH took away his only title to date because of something that had nothing to do with him and he's got nothing to show for it now. He has a better chance of getting revenge against ROH fighting alongside the guys who want to kill the company than he has with Truth Martini.
