I didn't see this posted anywhere else on here but WWE has apparently released Chris Hero from his contract with them. Unfortunate because the guy has talent in the ring and on the mic. He should have no problem getting work in the indies though.

As I just posted on another message board. Until I see that WWE has taken him down off their NXT roster (He is there as I type this) or they at least announce his release I will take this report with a grain of salt.
With that said, it sucks when anyone loses their job, but numerous reports have stated that WWE was pushing him to hit the gym more. If he was ignoring the WWE's request that he get in better shape then he has no one to blame but himself. For the record I only believe about 10% of what I read on the dirtsheets and other message boards and if the other reports that he had a bit of an attitude problem with the trainers and other staff (yet apparently Triple H, Billy Gunn and others were "High" on him), then once again Chris has no one to blame but himself.
Hopefully he hasn't been released and the dirtsheets got it wrong. Who knows maybe it was Swagger who was released to make room for a Kings of Wrestling reforming in the WWE...a man can dream..lol

I was also hoping to see Hero and Claudio together in the WWE at some point.

Yeah, I only heard about it when I read that he had been booked for a PWS show. I don't read dirt sheets. They rot your brain.

I don't feel bad for him. Having a shitty attitude (this goes back WAY before his time in WWE) plus not wanting to use the multi million dollar facility WWE put up FOR THE DEVELOPMENTAL TALENT negates any in ring ability the guy has. He screwed himself.
