FROM LORDS OF PAIN There's a lot of speculation among fans that WWE may drop the current storyline with Lana and Rusev after the civilian plane was shot down in East Ukraine last week and the ongoing controversies surrounding Russian President Vladimir Putin. A similar situation happened back in 2005 when WWE nixed the Muhammad Hassan character after the July 7th bombings in London.

If I recall hearing on a episode of Legends of Wrestling on the WWENetwork the guy who played the role of Muhammad Hassan couldn't take all the heat he was recieving from what they were doing on RAW. So he wanted out of his contract with the WWE.

They should run with this. stick this tragedy right in our faces. let us chant USA USA so load they here us in DC. This country is at its best when the colors are waving and Americans' are proud. If this offends anyone, I'm sorry not meant to be a political statement. I remember watching Rocky IV opening night and 300 movie goers chanting USA USA the last 10 min of movie. My ears rang all next day.
