I hadn't thought of other people joining actually. Would you want to share the World Champion? I wonder if anything like this has been tried on the board before. It would take some organization but sounds like fun. World Championship matches via Online or Skype or such? Intriguing...

Wildfire and several others ran the LWA for a couple of years. They allowed bootlegs in and had a whole bidding process to secure talent for your roster.

Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling #3: 1/18/1975
taped from Raleigh, NC
the Vachons d. Jim and Mac Jeffers w/ the Piledriver
the Vachons stop in with Bob Caudle. Mad Dog Vachon laughs at what Ted Dibiase said on World Wide Wrestling. Mad Dog says that he'll teach both Dibiases what fear really is. No one who has ever climbed into the ring with the Vachons have come out the same afterwards. He doesn't even care about those Mid-Atlantic title belts right now, he just wants to teach those Dibiase punks a lesson.
Freddie Blassie d. Lee Ramsey w/ the Southern Neckbreaker
Freddie Blassie stops in with Bob Caudle. Blassie refuses to apologize for the comments he made on last week's show. He'll see how tough Giant Baba is when he isn't blindsiding him. Baba is just another pencil neck geek that isn't half as brave when someone is ready for him.
Giant Baba d. Ben Alexander w/ the Neckbreaker Drop
NWA World Heavyweight Champion Randy Savage is out for an interview. So the Masked Superstar wanted his attention. Well he's got it now. The Masked Superstar just made a huge mistake with his career and his life. Oh yeah, it's on now. The Masked Superstar doesn't realize what he's done. He's awakened a sleeping giant and that giant is going to crush him with the heel of his foot. He can promise the fans and the Masked Superstar one thing. The Masked Superstar will never hold this championship belt again as long as he's alive.
Road Warriors d. Mike Simone and Stony Burke w/ the Doomsday Device
Bobby Heenan is out for an interview. He recaps that his clients Harley Race, Masked Superstar and Ray Stevens all have various issues with different stars in the Mid-Atlantic area. But he's excited for what the future holds for him and his clients. He'll be managing the NWA World Heavyweight Champion, the NWA United States Champion and the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion. He can't wait for all of the money to start rolling in.
Main Event: Harley Race, Masked Superstar and Ray Stevens d. Ron Bossi, Mister X and the Samoan Savage w/ the Cobra Hold
Race, Superstar and Stevens are celebrating after their win when Randy Savage comes out of nowhere and hits Superstar with a knee to the back. Superstar falls out of the ring and Savage follows. Race and Stevens are confused when Blackjack Mulligan and Pepper Gomez run out and attack. The show fades to black with Race and Mulligan exchanging a furious series of punches, Gomez smashing Stevens into the turnbuckle and Savage dropping a double ax handle off the top rope onto the Superstar on the floor.

World Wide Wrestling #3: 1/19/1975
taped from Raleigh, NC
the Armstrongs d. Jim and Mac Jeffers w/ the Sleeper
Blackjack Mulligan is out for an interview. He'll be damned if he's going to let Harley Race come out on tv week after week and question his manhood. He's not going to play that game. Harley Race is one of the best pro wrestlers out there today. Beating a wrestler the caliber of Harley Race is no easy feat. But he's also one of the best wrestlers out there today. It might not be today and it might not be tomorrow but he will take the NWA United States Championship.
Red Bastien d. Mike Jackson w/ the Atomic Drop
Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Pepper Gomez is out for an interview. Gomez says that this will probably be the last title shot that Ray Stevens gets for awhile. There are a lot of challengers for this belt and people are starting to get impatient with him over their deserved title shots. So when he beats Ray Stevens in the middle of that ring, it's going to be time for some other guys to see if they can take the belt away from him.
Billy Lyons and Dewey Robertson d. Doug Vines and Mark Fleming w/ the Figure Four Leglock
Buddy Rose is out for an interview. Rose hasn't given up on the NWA Television Title just yet. Angelo Poffo had to resort to those dirty out of the ring tactics last week because he knew that belt was slipping away from him. Next time, he won't be so lucky. Buddy Rose knows that he's the better man in the ring and in the looks department. He wants to give the lady fans of Mid-Atlantic a champion that they can be proud of.
Love Brothers d. Gene Ligon and Jeff Sword w/ the Neckbreaker
The Love Brothers stop in with Bob Caudle. Hartford talks about how the Love Brothers are one of the best tag team units in wrestling today. They have perfected the craft of tag team wrestling. That's why they've come to Mid-Atlantic wrestling. This is the place that the best tag teams in the world come to challenge themselves. If you have success in Mid-Atlantic then you're set for life. They have their eyes set on the NWA World Tag Team Titles and the Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Titles.
Main Event: Johnny Valentine d. George South w/ the Atomic Skullcrusher
