TOM??.....
Every alternate universe has a counterpart for each person, even if they are not exactly the same.
Scion is the obvious choice here but I'm trying to think outside the box. In 2109 Scion had not reached his prime yet and SPEC is clearly in his prime. O.T. didn't exist yet and neither did Payback.
So I'm going with..................... PRODIGY, it makes PERFECT sense. The Perfect Singles finisher, hmmmm.
Forgetting heights and weights, maybe SUPERIORITY COMPLEX were Titans in that alternate universe.
Thoughts?..... Ridicule my pick...... Anything at all.

I think its Scion Nexus
Alternate universe/dimension wrestlers don't have to be the same size
I like your Prodigy theory

It could be someone with no analogue. He seems more a mix of Titans rather than one in particular It's like Fhanna has no analogue either.

I don't think its anyone that made the GWF. He probably faltered along the way in that universe and fell short.

What if he's one of Omega's illegitimate sons from a different mother? Maybe the name 'Perfect Specimen' refers to the fact he was created in a lab from stolen DNA? Just thinking out loud here.

This is going to sound insane... But I think he's Mutant.

He favors Scion Nexus. But he also has a Prodigy look about him. These parallel universes really adds to great storyline ideas. But I think he's Scion more so. That's my thought.

This is going to sound insane... But I think he's Mutant. Whaaaaaaaaa? I should preface this with the fact that I'm a Legends player and haven't played COTG since 2092 maybe? But Mutant was basically a science experiment gone horribly wrong, right? Well, maybe Perfect Specimen is result of the experiment gone horribly right?
