Which costs $9.99 per month Anybody else read last week that to cut production costs the WWE is reportedly actually thinking of filming RAW and Smackdown on the same day on a regular basis? Combined with taping Main Event and Superstars, fans in attendance would be sitting there for 6-7 hours at one time. www.lordsofpain.net/news/wwe/WWE_Possibly_Bringing_Back_Combined_Tapings_News_on_Pyrotechnics_at_WrestleMania_31.htmlI also think it is ironic that on the RAW following last month's PPV Triple H started off the show by mocking fans who gave a negative opinion about the PPV ("Oh! You're not going to watch anymore") and then two weeks later Triple H starts off RAW basically begging for fans to spend their money on the WWE by starting off the constant mentioning of "$9.99"

I think they are really taking a pounding on the loss of PPV revenue, which should surprise nobody. I just hope you don't see an astronomical rise in ticket prices for live events, much like what happened in the music industry to offset the loss of revenue by people "downloading" music. I hate to say it, but I foresee a drastic change coming to the price of the network. Maybe something along the lines of $9.99 per month for the "archived" stuff & probably at least double that for access to live pay-per-views?

I read an article analyzing their financials and supposedly PPV revenue wasn't down by much. Surprising to me as I don't see how it couldn't be.
Where they took the big loss was in their TV deals.

Well they need to make more money off the WWE Network . . . that they keep offering free previews for anyway.
