Outlaw Pilot Episode:
The car pulled into the parking lot of an abandoned arena. The driver got out talking on a phone and closer look reveals its Matt Striker.
“No, I found it.” Striker says into the phone. “Yeah, it doesn’t look like much.” Striker says looking at the arenas exterior. “I haven’t seen the inside, but it’ll need a lot of work if the outside is any indication.” Striker listens. “Are you sure you want to spend the kind of money this will take?” Striker winces at whatever the voice on the other end said. “Its your money, I was just doing what you paid me for and bringing up all angles.” Striker walked towards the arena and opened the door the camera peers in and dim light and shadows wait in the depths. Striker on the phone “I’ll see what we have and make notes for the work crews. About the ring…” Striker nods to himself and answers whatever the person on the other side asked “Six-sided as you requested and the championships will be ready on time as well as the straps for the other belts and medallions.” Striker entered the arena and the camera lost him in the darkness after ending is call. “God I love my job.”
2 WEEKS LATER… The arena looked different than when the camera first saw it, like a whole new building. The sign being hung by the work crews read THE ASYLUM.
Matt Striker is seen entering the arena nodding as the sign was placed and the camera quickly followed him. A corridor passed by several locker rooms that were being finished by more work crews. Lockers were being assembled the walls freshly painted and new lights gave the rooms new looks. The camera sped after Striker and into the main part of the arena. In the center was a six-sided ring being was assembled, as the frame was the only thing set up. Striker was directing another crew who were hanging a giant buffalo skull above the entrance and the jumbo-tron. The camera looked around the arena and spotted across from the entrance a lone balcony with a throne and a display pedestal. Striker walked up the stairs he started talking to the workers. “Now remember the balcony is for the champion who will be looking down on all the challengers. The stairs and the gate at the barrier need to be finished before the first show even though the champion won’t be crowned for several weeks.” Striker told the nearest worker. An intern walked up carrying a leather belt. “Mr. Striker these just arrived, where do you want them?” Striker took the belt and looked it over seeing the slots. “Good. Our employer wants these given to the outlaws when they’re hired.” “Outlaws sir?” the intern asked. Striker chuckles. “Its what the wrestlers are going to be called. And these Mandy are Wanted belts.” Striker walked away and she followed listening as he explained their purpose, they got to a table where another crate was and Striker pulled out a star on a plate. “When the Outlaw acquires ten wanted stars he can exchange them for a shot at the champion.” he put the star plate on the wanted belt as an example. “What if more than one Outlaw wants a shot?” Mandy the intern asked. “Then the champion is going to be in one hell of a fight.” Striker said putting the wanted strap down “Did you send out the audition invitations?” he asked her. “Yes sir. Most of the feds agreed to hold the audition six-pack matches.” Mandy said. “Great.” Striker said clapping his hands together. “Sixteen men will have a chance to win the big prize in a round robin tournament.” “Sixteen…that means right now 96 men are fighting for the 16 open positions?” Mandy asked. “Yes they are. Isn’t this great? And that’s just the singles. We sent out invites for the same for the top 8 tag teams to win their spots four teams per fight will battle it out to get a spot. Times like this I wish I hadn’t retired.” Striker walked on. “Come on Mandy we have lots to do before the first show and the workers still have much to do.” “Sir…about the owners private room…”
3 WEEKS LATER…. Matt Striker stood in the middle of the completed six-sided ring as the camera activated. “Hello everyone and welcome to this special edition of Outlaw Wrestling. Matt Striker reporting and in the next half hour I’ll introduce you to the Outlaws as they prepare for the season premiere.” Striker looked around the empty arena that sported banners OUTLAW. “Invitations were sent out for 32 men to sign up with Outlaw they needed to win audition matches. Sixteen men won the right to compete in singles and eight tag teams will be joining Outlaw and enter the two round robin tournaments.” Striker walked up a stairway to a balcony. “This here is where the winner of the Outlaw Star will sit and watch over the competition and who will challenge for the top prize.” Sitting on the display pedestal is a gold belt with a star in the center. Various gems adorn the belt. “Each Outlaw will need ten star medallions on their Wanted belt to challenge for the prize. Gaining stars is simple, they need to win their matches.” Striker held up the black leather belt and started putting the star medals on it. “Once there are ten a challenge can be made and the champion and challenger will face off in an Outlaw Star Match, which will be explained when we have our first one.” Striker laid the wanted belt down and walked back to the ring. “Along with the Outlaw Star there will be the Outlaw Tag Team titles.” Striker said. “Eight teams will compete in a round robin tournament. And like the singles the tag teams will need to acquire wanted stars to challenge the champions. A team must have seven stars to challenge the champions.” Striker leaned against the barrier around ringside. “And here they are the men who will compete in season one of Outlaw.”

Jon Moxley
Roderick Strong
Chuck Taylor
Lance Hoyt
Cedric Alexander
Adam Cole
El Generico
Michael Elgin

After the montage the camera saw Matt Striker standing in the ring. “Sixteen men will fight it out to claim the Outlaw Star here in the Asylum. These men beat the odds. And the tag teams had to fight just as hard to win their auditions. And here are the eight teams who will compete here in Outlaw.”

The BSW closed suddenly and without warning. The fed that welcomed everyone was gone in the blink of an eye as financial backers vanished and Shane McMahon left to deal with family issues, the BSW shutdown without word or statement. From the ashes a new fed is crawling from the ashes. Outlaw Wrestling coming from the Asylum… This is where it begins…
R-Star Productions announced the new fed will be given a trial run its first season, which will feature round robin tournaments to crown the first Outlaw Star and Outlaw Tag Team champions
Auditions were held in numerous feds in the form of six-pack matches and the winners were offered contracts to the Outlaw Roster. The Outlaws (wrestlers) are primed and the show is set to start
R-Star Productions presents... OUTLAW WRESTLING The Midnight Run 01.01 – from the Asylum

El Generico vs. Michael Elgin -Speed versus power as Elgin got a near fall twice but Generico recovered and tried for the BRAINBUSTAAAHHH but Elgin fought him off but Generico with the SPIKE BRAINBUSTER nearly got the three. Elgin with a spinning backfist nearly took Generico’s head off and got another near fall. Another high risk move nearly won for the masked wrestler but Elgin with the AVALANCHE ELGIN BOMB ended it with a three count. (06:21) Winner: Michael Elgin via pin fall Fatigue: Generico: 4 – Elgin: 3
Kevin Steen vs. Johnny Gargano -Intense fight and the Whole Shebang survived the PACKAGE PILEDRIVER and continued to wear Steen down applying a Crosston Crab and Wrestling’s Worst Nightmare couldn’t escape. (08:13) Winner: Johnny Gargano via submission Fatigue: Steen: 2 – Gargano: 2

Really like the format and there were a number of exceptional matchups on this premier episode... Savage trying to fight his way into the Asylum was a cool moment... And I can't wait to see what the Menace has in store...
Great start!

Really like the format and there were a number of exceptional matchups on this premier episode... Savage trying to fight his way into the Asylum was a cool moment... And I can't wait to see what the Menace has in store... Great start! Savage nearly won the audition match but Layne with a distraction allowed Dalton to steal the victory from the Macho Man. and Savage is one not to forgive and forget. yeah I snuck Dark Menace in, the DMF might not have qualified but he's always looking for new talent. and note BG James was the first to get an official license to manage in Outlaw. Hathaway had to talk fast when Moose was the first audition winner and found out he had to apply and not just walk in. Veda Scott and Angelus Layne both applied before the show Nigel signed up when Drew won his audition. Anarchy's leaders will keep an eye open in Outlaw. Truth signed when Lethal won, and was happy when Dijak and Joey won their tag audition. Not sure on how many episodes for the season, but looking at 16-18 possibly and the Outlaw Star championship final is going to blow minds took some of column A + B and came up with something different for title defenses of the big title. can't wait to reveal that. fighting the urge to power play and mass post

Midnight Run 1.02 – From the Asylum
Footage from a wrestling show held in Japan as Domi-Nation beating Criminal Justice, The Colony and BoneSaw in a four corners match to win their “audition” and shocking everyone at them winning the spot.
ReDRagon vs. Domi-Nation -Nation survive Fish’s opening salvo and dominated then a tag to Davis saw a double flying shoulder block. Davis continued the assault and a 3 SECONDS AROUND THE WORLD brought O’Reilly in and he attacked Davis ignored the referee who called for the bell. (01:43) Winners: Domi-Nation via disqualification Fatigue: N/A
O’Reilly was incensed at the loss and locked Davis in the ARMAGEDDON over the ropes and officials and the masked bounty hunters finally helped free Davis the damage was done and he would be out of action 2 week/cards. It was announced by Matt Striker that O’Reilly would be suspended for 3 weeks/cards. Both teams would either have to fight handicapped in their matches or forfeit and take the automatic losses.
American Wolves vs. Irish Airborne -Dave Crist was a human rag doll as the Wolves tore him apart and he missed several tags and Richards after a double team superplex locked on the ANKLE LOCK and Dave tapped before his brother could make the save (03:14) Winners: American Wolves via submission Fatigue: Dave: 2 – Jake: 0 – Richards: 0 – Edwards: 0
War Machine vs. House of Truth w/Truth Martini -Rowe and Daddiego started and while Hanson dominated Rowe caught Joey with an exploder suplex and got the three count. (03:01) Winners: War Machine via pin fall Fatigue: N/A
Truth Martini was screaming at the referee and backed into Hanson and Rowe. They grabbed him and was about to do something when Dijak and Daddiego attacked War Machine and fought them and retreated their manager was safe.
MAIN EVENT Briscoe Brothers vs. Kings of Wrestling w/Sara Del Rey -The Kings and the Briscoe’s battled back and forth many high spots and and fans were going wild as Claudio kicked out after the JAY DRILLER and Jay survived two KING’S REIGN SUPREME’s. Hero survived a FROGGY BOW and Mark avoided the ROLLING ELBOW twice but Hero couldn’t kick out after the DOOMSDAY DEVICE as the referee counted three. (21:54) Winners: Briscoe Brothers via pin fall Fatigue: Claudio: 3 – Hero: 4 – Mark: 2 – Jay: 3
The Asylum was chanting "This was Awesome!” as the Briscoe’s celebrated the win and without a doubt had the best match of the night.
**
Matt Striker stood in the dimly lit owners box looking at the monitor while talking on the phone. “Yes sir, the first rounds were a success and the ratings are looking good. The network ordered a full season so we can spread the tournament out.” Striker listened to the phone. “Yes sir…next week? Your box is ready. No one in the Asylum can see in and the monitors are hooked to all the cameras you requested.” Striker hung up and looked around the room. The wall full of monitors caught his eye. “And there are some things you need to see.”

Brilliant performances by the Briscoes and the Kings... ReDRagon took a rough loss to open the show and O'Reilly's frustration could cause issues for both teams moving forward...
The Wolves vs Airborne did not even come close to showing the true capabilities of either duo... Hoping that the Crist brothers can pull it together... Richards and Edwards could be the team to watch...
Things are just getting ramped up in the Asylum... Exciting stuff!

O'Reilly and Fish have issues that I swear the dice pick up on. Domi-Nation are surprising. I expect a lot from the Wolves, maybe too much at times. same with Airborne as they were top ranked in my BSW. so far the first round was tight. thanks for reading and since the tag show went fast I should have the next show up tonight or tomorrow
