Your Legends Unleashed has been on fire and I loved that six-man tag main event with Harley Race & Road Warriors beating the Leg Breakers Club. It was shocking to see the Road Warriors lose the tag titles so quickly but I like the idea of Greg Valentine & The Destroyer as the tag champs. I also like the thought of Bruiser Brody & Ted Dibiase challenging them for the titles.

The first Harley Race vs. Buddy Rogers bout did not disappoint and I expect this to be a torrid rivalry over the Legends Unleashed title. I am also interested to see the rise of Pampero Firpo who has been looking great so far.

Season 1, Episode 19 - Caged!

The announcers welcome us to another episode and Legends Unleashed and cannot wait to tell us about tonight’s main event. Booker Bill has finally had enough of the ongoing dispute between Hacksaw Jim Duggan & Nikolai Volkoff and tonight they will meet inside a steel cage!

We are in the office of Booker Bill. Buddy Rogers is with Booker Bill demanding a title shot against Harley Race. Booker Bill is quick to point out that Rogers already had his opportunity and came up short and questions why he should get another one when there are so many competitors who are proving their worth. Rogers tells Booker Bill that it does not matter about the other competitors because he is the best thing Legends Unleashed has to offer and Booker Bill knows it. Booker Bill agrees that Rogers is a special talent but he has decided the Rob Van Dam was a fighting champion and deserves a rematch for the title and that match will take place next episode. Rogers is not pleased.

The announcers are psyched about the main event for the next episode and then turn their attention to the ongoing feud between the Hennigs and the team of Ted DiBiase & Larry Hennig.

I have to say it again: I really like the Leg Breakers Club. AN impressive win by them. You can't beat a much tougher team than Thesz & The Road Warriors.

By the looks of it, the Race/RVD rivalry will continue to the benefit of the fans.

No matter what way you look at it the Leg Breakers Club beating the Road Warriors & Lou Thesz was huge. Very impressive win for that team. I was also greatly impressed by Pampero Firpo beating Bobo Brazil and Curt Hennig beating Bruiser Brody. It was also cool to see Larry Hennig get some revenge on Ted Dibiase. Legends Unleashed no doubt delivers the goods.

Booker Bill tells Van Dam that he understands his frustration but the list of contenders for the Legends Unleashed Title is long and there are several competitors who have recently being putting together impressive performances in the ring. Van Dam is not impressed but Booker Bill offers him the opportunity to win another title match in a special four man contenders tournament tonight. If he can prove he is the better man, the title match will be his.

Great storytelling! Harley plays the heel so well in this fed. I like that he isn't a chickenshit heel like we see on TV today. Harley will still kick your ass, he's just gonna take every advantage he can to do it.

Season 1, Episode 22 – The Gauntlet

The show opens with Booker Bill in the ring. He announces that tonight there will be a battle to determine the next challenger for the Legends Unleashed Tag Team Titles. It will be a gauntlet match. Iron Man hits which brings Hawk and Animal to the ring. The Road Warriors are anything but happy and apparently were not invited to compete in the gauntlet. Booker Bill points out that the Road Warriors have had plenty of opportunities to regain the Legends Unleashed Tag Team Titles but have failed to do so. The Road Warriors promise to destroy every team that walks out from the back tonight and Booker Bill concedes that they can be included in the gauntlet but they are team number one.

The announcers give us a quick welcome and tells us that in addition to the gauntlet matches, Harley Race defends the Legends Unleashed Title in the main event against Curt Hennig!
