if all goes as planned we will be getting at least 24 new cards in 2009, maybe more with SE releases. So I've just been thinking what we might be looking forward to.
Legends Bob Roop Reginald Love Hartford Love Penny Banner JJ Dillon (maybe) probably 1 card will be an alternate personality (Bolo Mongol)
LotF Brent Albright SoCal Val (maybe) Chance Cordova
so that's about a third of what we can look forward to in the coming year.
anyone I'm missing?

I remember reading that for LOW that referee Dick Wuehrle was also signed back at Wrestle Reunion 2. But just because they're signed does not guarantee they'll necessarily be in the next upcoming sets. I think Brent Albright is the only wrestler we know for sure who will be among those getting a card released next year.

True, Mr. Vegas, we don't know who is guaranteed to be in (other than Albright), but then again, idle speculation is seemingly the coin of the realm when it comes to the boards ... plus, it's a lot of fun ... :-)
Having said that, we need to boost up that Legends group with a few more names ...

Thats a good list, J.J.Dillon, Tully Blanchard and Manny Fernandez are the three on that list I would like to see in the next Legend set this coming Summer the rest would be cool but we'll have to wait and see to see who really makes the cut and who Tom has signed...

I am just happy for any Legends or LOTF stuff, as it just bolsters our rotsers. Really looking forward to Brent Albright

I won't get into all the details now, but I will say that fans of women's wrestling will be happy with some of the 2009 names in LOTF2 and LOW8.
