Hello promoters-I wanted to bring my promotion that I started back in 2009 to the official Filsinger Message Board....I have tried to bring it here in the past under different type of story-lines and scenarios which ended up not working out..so I have decided on the good old KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) method this time around and start the journey from the beginning (I know what a concept)

So with that being said...I hope you enjoy reading and critiquing this promotion from the very beginning in 2009 as much as I had rolling it...and you can bet when we all reach June 2019 it is going to be one hell of a 10 year anniversary show!

So I am proud to go back in time to 2009 and present to you.......




JUNE 22ND 2009

OFFICIAL PREVIEW

"SUPERFLY" JIMMY SNUKA vs. SABU w/ Bill Alfonso
"Two of the biggest high risk takers in the business that helped transcend ERA's , that many believe were before their time. It could be looked at as a dream match, however you want to categorize it, it will be an historic first Main Event of the Tradition promotion"

IRON SHEIK & NIKOLAI VOLKOFF vs. "BULLET" BOB & BRAD ARMSTRONG
"You could argue one of the most under appreciated families in professional wrestling history the Armstrong's are coming to Tradition to face one of the most hated duos at one time in all of pro wrestling, which team makes the first imprint in the tag division with a victory?"

THE SANDMAN vs. "HACKSAW" JIM DUGGAN
"If you want to see a good old fashioned fight, this match is for you! Two guys that dont ever look for style points in a wrestling ring and are as tough as a 2 dollar steak are gonna throw down in what could very well end up in the streets of East Lansing, Michigan!"

JAZZ vs. NEVAEH
"One of the toughest wrestlers on the planet looks to take her dominance to TRADITION, but don't take this upstart Nevaeh lightly Jazz, because this Ohio native is turning heads on the Independent circuit very early on in her career"

JUNE 22ND 2009

JAZZ vs NEVAEH
"The first match in this promotion's history, and what it a match it was, as one of the toughest pure wrestlers to step in the ring; Jazz took control early in this contest thanks to a stiff clothesline followed by a leg drop coming off the ropes. Give credit to up start Nevaeh who withsttod the early onslaught and fight back with some offense of her own.

A knee lift right into a snap suplex got the veteran down and after connecting with a picture perfect elbow drop from the top rope the Ohio native nearly got the three count.

Nevaeh continued on the offense despite Jazz kicking out of the pin...Jazz got stuck via the bridging German suplex, Nevaeh then came off the ropes looking for a sliding lariat but instead got caught with a stiff elbow strike right into a sit out power slam! and right into the STF submission!

Nevaeh was in deep trouble in the center of the ring...she however would scratch and claw her way to the ropes as so it seemed as it looked as though she would finally reach the rope but Jazz being the veteran she is would use her leg to push the bottom rope away while still applying the STF....

Neveah refused to tap and rolled out of the hold and caught Jazz with a flying elbow, BUT Neveah would regret it as she used the same elbow that was in the STF, and that would do more damage to her than Jazz...as the multi time women's champion of multiple promotions over the years would recover and drop her opponent on the top of her head with a DDT for the hard fought 3 count and victory!"

"HACKSAW" JIM DUGGAN vs. THE SANDMAN
"After the iconic ENTER SANDMAN entrance, Duggan chanted USA USA and right after the ECW legend with left and rights backing him up in the corner and busting his nose! Duggan would deliver a tough line clothesline as the bloody faced Sandman slowly came out of the corner!

Duggan set up for his THREE POINT STANCE SPEAR Finisher but the Sandman side stepped the attempt and Duggan went hard into the steel post! Sand man then started pummeling Hacksaw in the back of the head with vicious forearms over and over followed by a nasty stomp to the face of Duggan who laid motionless on the mat! Sandman would then climb to the top rope and hit his leg drop on good old Hacksaw! The former ECW champion then would go to the outside and grab a steel chair and as Duggan slowly got to his feet he would get smashed with said chair but would kick out before the 3 count!

Sandman would go for the chair again but Duggan would stop him with a shoulder block that would knock Sandman hard out of the ring to the concrete floor!, Jim would go out immediately would go after Sandman and start raining down rights and lefts repeatedly, Sandman eventually was able to escape the barrage and quickly went for his Singapore Cane in which he leved Duggan with but Hacksaw responded with his 2x4 to the head of Sandman!

The official had seen enough and called for the bell as the two continued to batter each other with their respected weapons! Officials and security would come down and seperate these two whom after being seperated had smiles on their blood soaked faces!"

WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK P.N.NEWS AND ROBBIE ICE FOR THE SOUNDS AND SICK BEATS BEING DROPPED TONIGHT IN BETWEEN MATCHES FOR THE CROWD OF 250 PEOPLE HERE AT CRUNCHY'S BAR!

"BULLET" BOB & BRAD ARMSTRONG vs IRON SHEIK & NIKOLAI VOLKOFF

"To begin the match there was actually some cheers for the Iron Sheik, that all went away when Volkoff attempted like so many times before the singing of the Russian national anthem which was quickly stopped at the hands of the Armstrong's double dropkick knocking the big Russian clear out of the ring as the bell sounded to begin the match!

Bob Armstrong then took control on the Iron Sheik via some karate chops in the corner, Brad would quickly tag in and connect with a flying scissors take down out of the corner but would get blindsided by Nikolai who stormed back in the ring and connect with a double thrust to the throat knocking Brad out of the ring grabbing at the throat! Bob would take his attention away from the match and look down to check on Brad when he would turn around right into a kick to the face via a loaded boot by the Iron Sheik who would get the cover for the victory!"

JIMMY "SUPERFLY" SNUKA vs. SABU (w/ Bill Alfonso)
"These two men that help shape how pro wrestling is looked at in their own way, you could argue two athletes that were before their time, stand in the middle of a TRADITION ring as the Main Event of the promotions first show! Dueling chants from the crowd with Sabu getting a slight advantage in support but it was Snuka who got the offense in first thanks to a vicious chop and a head butt taking Sabu down and out of the ring! Alfonso with whisle blowing loud as ever continued to encourage Sabu who again got caught as he was entering back in the ring by another head butt this time to the back of the head!

Snuka would then come off the ropes with a knee drop and go for a quick cover that only got a one count! Sabu would back up into the corner and stomp the left bare foot of his opponent and connect with a dropkick to the knee! Sabu then out of nowhere would connect with his slingshot leg drop and toss Snuka to the outside and set up a steel chair and place Snuka on it climb back up on the apron and connect with air Sabu onto the Superfly and the chair crashing down on the concrete!!!

He would toss Jimmy back in the ring and climb to the top rope only to get caught coming down with a chest bursting knife edge chop! Snuka then would deliver a power slam...This brought Alfonso up onto the apron only to be dragged down by Captain Lou Albano! who came from the back and grabbed Bill and pain brushed him across the face and punched the one time official right in the jaw knocking him out cold! So much so medical came from the back to help Alfonso to the dressing room!

Sabu was furious and tried to go after Albano but Snuka crabbed him and power slammed the ECW legend hard on the concrete...he then tossed his opponent back in the ring and ascended to the top rope looking for the jaw dropping leap of his BUT Sabu quickly got to his feet and pushed Snuka off the top which landed him threw a table outside of the ring onto the concrete once again! Albano went over to check on Snuka when the deranged Sabu grabbed the hall of fame manager and stabbed him in the head with one of the broken pieces of table!

Snuka awake to see this slowly got to his feet and in a fit of rage delivered a flying head butt off the apron onto Sabu as the two crashed hard again on the concrete! Snuka would get to his feet first but instead of going for the kill on Sabu he went to check on Captain Lou and this gave all the time for Sabu to take advantage...pushing Sabu from behind head first into the steel post busting his opponent open!!!!

Sabu would then deliver an Arabian face-buster to Snuka on the concrete with a sickening thud of Snuka's face hitting the concrete! Sabu would then roll in Jimmy Snuka and cover him for the three count!!!"

*AFTER THE MATCH SABU WAS NOT DONE AS HE SET UP A TABLE AND LOOKED TO PUT SNUKA THREW IT BUT BILL ALFONSO WOULD MAKE HIS WAY BACK DOWN TO RINGSIDE HOLDING HIS JAW AND TOLD SABU FORGET ABOUT SNUKA AND MOTIONED TO PUT CAPTAIN LOU THREW THE TABLE!!!

SABU DID TOSS THE BLOODY SNUKA ASIDE AND PUT THE HURT CAPTAIN LOU ON THE TABLE SABU THE CLIMBED TO THE TOP ROPE AND DELIVERED A MOONSAULT ONTO LOU AND THREW THE TABLE!!! TO THE SHOCKED CROWD...BODIES LAID EVERY WHERE AS MEDICAL STAFF AND OFFICIALS CAME DOWN TO RINGSIDE TO CHECK ON EVERYONE AS THE SHOW ENDS*

8 MAN TAG TEAM ELIMINATION MATCH

BOB & BRAD ARMSTRONG & NEW AGE OUTLAWS vs. IRON SHEIK & NIKOLAI VOLKOFF & FOREVER HOOLIGANS

"The Armstrong's bring another family into the mix with BG James and his long time partner Billy and to counter the veteran team of Sheik and Volkoff bring in one of the young and young international teams in 2009 Alex Koslov and Rocky Romero.

The match was pretty even within the first 15 minutes or so. no clear advantage really offensively for either team, several pin attempts but no elimination for another 5-8 minutes....

FIRST ELIMINATION:
B.G. James with a boot to the chest of Volkoff when Brad tagged in and went right to the top rope came off with an attempted cross body block but instead got caught in mid flight with a nasty double thrust to the throat! This lead to Alex Koslov tagging in and connecting with his Soviet Strike for the three count!

Billy came storming into the ring and caught Alex flush with a flurry of punches which led to a press slam and Bob Armstrong tagging in and delivering an elbow drop but as he whipped Koslov into the corner he got caught with a nasy knee strike which led to Romero getting tagged in and applying his Diablo armbar submission!

Bullet Bob would struggle mightly but eventually force the break thanks to reaching the ropes,,,the Iron Sheik looked as though he would get the pin as he looked to finish Armstrong off with his "loaded" boot BUT Armstrong would catch his opponent with a knee lift of his own and quickly make the hot tag to BG who spiked Sheik right on his head with a DDT for a NEAR fall!

SECOND ELIMINATION:
BG and Billy were feeling it and played to the crowd a little bit as they were getting ready to deliver a spike pile driver to Iron Sheik BUT Koslov came over and pushed Billy off the top rope which sent him crashing to the concrete floor with a nasty thud! James went to check on his long time partner BUT got cut off by Volkoff as Romero tossed Billy back in the ring and the Iron Sheik delivered a side winder suplex and the three count!

James and Bob both went after Sheik and Volkoff after the elimination but Rocky came up from behind James and delivered a exploder suplex followed up quickly with a jumping high knee!

THIRD ELIMINATION:
Rocky went for the pin but got tossed outside by Bob Armstrong who then got caught by big Nikolai via a nasty shoulder tackle right into a double stomp...the veterean from Marietta Georgia rolled out of the ring BUT BG got caught in the CONTRACT KILLER Finisher by the Hooligans for the elimination!

It was a 4 on 1 situation for Bullet Bob Armstrong with the crowd chanting USA USA the legend battled and survived several pin attempts and stayed in the match for a good 10 minutes or so.....

FOURTH ELIMINATION:
With the referee trying to get the other members of his team out of the ring Alex Koslov smashed his opponent in the face with a wooden bar stool! To the disgrace of the crowd who began to liter the ring with paper cups and wrappers! The Iron Sheik tagged in and applied his CAMEL CLUTCH Submission Finisher,,,Armstrong tried to escape the hold for several moments but eventually passed out giving the clean sweep to the Hooligans Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff!

With that win both teams qualified to be in the BOUND BY TRADITION TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT happening in December 2009"

*AFTER THE MATCH, WITH THE CROWD BOOING THE INTERNATIONAL FOURSOME STOOD TRIUMPHANT MOCKING THE FANS,,,WHEN SUDDENLY JIM DUGGAN CAME STORMING TO RINGSIDE TO THE DELIGHT OF THE CROWD AND WITH 2 X 4 IN HAND LOOKED LIKE HE WAS GOING TO GET IN THE RING UNTIL THE SANDMAN CAME TO RINGSIDE AS WELL AND AFTER A STARE DOWN THE TWO BEGAN TRADING PUNCHES!

THE TEAMS IN THE RING BEGAN MOCKING THEM AND THE UNITED STATES...DUGGAN AND SANDMAN SUDDENLY STOPPED LOOKED AT EACH OTHER AND BOTH ENTERED THE RING WITH THIER WEAPONS AND CLEARED EVERYONE OUT TO THE CHANTS OF USA USA USA...SANDMAN OFFERED A BEER TO GOOD OLD HACKSAW WHO AFTER A MOMENT ACCEPTED TO MORE CHEERS OF USA BY THE CROWD TO END THE SHOW!*

"After the surprising team of Duggan and Sandman crashed the celebration of the Hooligans and Iron Sheik & Nikolai Volkoff at the end of United We Stand, they demanded this match..which after a few cold beverages and fist a cuffs at the bar the newly formed team had no problem accepting they young internal team's request!"

10 MAN OVER THE TOP ROPE 10,000 DOLLAR BATTLE ROYAL
"The all time classic match comes to TRADITION, the question is now who are the participants looking to become 10,000 dollars richer?Well we can confirm at least two men that have officially announced their participation...those being SABU and JIMMY SNUKA the same two gentlemen that tour the house down in the main event of TRADITION: ONE.

Surprises are sure to be had during this match with eight spots open ANYONE could show up!"

RETURN GRUDGE MATCH
NEVAEH vs. JAZZ

"Another demand of a rematch brought to the Tradition offices from TRADITION: ONE when these two athletes made history to open the first show of this promotion. The young Nevaeh feels she can beat Jazz which prompted the challenge. Jazz eventually acceppted the match but was not happy about it, as rumblings and reports say she has nothing to prove to the young Ohio native and qoute "that little song bird rookie needs to get her ass to the back of the line! Because the measuring stick around here needs BETTER competition"

Eventually Jazz accepted the match saying- Hell I will keep bringing in the winners purse from this company by beating her down as many times as that blonde haired Barbie wants it

The rematch is set!"

"This match NEVER officially got started as the brawl between the two began at the guerrilla posistion right behind the curtain, thier was also reports that these two had an altercation earlier in the day at catering that also involved REDD DOG (Jazz's husband) and JAKE CRIST (Nevaeh's boyfriend)

Words were exchanged once again right before Jazz was going to go threw the curtain and an all out brawl erupted between the two, officials as well as Crist and Redd Dog separated the two BUT not before both Nevaeh and Jazz each hit an official as they tried to get at each other!"

BOB ARMSTRONG (By: King Kong Bundy despite a valiant effort by Armstrong whom at one point had the big man over the top rope but could not knock him off the apron and eventually Bundy got back in the ring and launced Bob over the top rope and hard to the concrete for the 10,000 dollar victory! Suddenly Chris Candido came to the ring from the back and celebrated with Bundy!) 

TAG TEAM FLAG MATCH
BLOOD, SWEAT & BEERS (Jim Duggan & Sandman) vs. FOREVER HOOLIGANS (Rocky Romero & Alex Koslov)

"USA USA USA chants from the rowdy crowd rang throughout the bar for the entire match, as the apparent new formed team of Duggan and Sandman fed off of the energy and got out to a quick offensive advantage thanks to a Duggan tough guy clothesline followed up quickly by the Sandman and a leg drop from the top rope for a near fall!

Romero made the save and paid for it as Duggan connected with his FLYING SPEAR Finisher to the delight of the fans as it launched both he and Romero through the ropes and hard down to the concrete!

Meanwhile Sandman looked to put Koslov away and wave old glory as he attempted a Heinekenrana but instead Alex caught the ECW original with a nasty Soviet Strike followed up with a missile drop kick! Rocky recovered and tagged in and went to apply an ankle lock submission BUT Duggan stormed back in and connected with a face breaker! followed up with his Old Glory Knee Drop before the official made him get out of the ring..this gave time for Rocky to recover as he and Koslov connected with thier CONTRACT KILLER Finisher!

However Sandman somehow was able to kick out of the pin to the delight of the crowd! The hooligans could not believe it and you could see the young team get frustrated as they whipped Sandman into the turn buckle and Koslov went for a huge splash but missed crashing into the turnbuckle and Sandman then hit his HARDCORE DDT Finisher on Rocky who somehow got to his feet after getting spiked but that just set up Duggan after getting the hot tag for his FLYING SPEAR Finisher once again connecting this time for the three count!!!

Duggan and Sandman each grabbed and waved old glory as confetti fell from the ceiling with chants of USA USA USA from the crowd when suddenly it was announced that because of this win the team of BLOOD SWEAT & BEERS are now qualified for the BOUND BY TRADITION Tag Team Championship Tournament to end the show!"

"King Kong Bundy looks to continue his winning ways after winning the 10 grand battle royal he looks to get one step closer to tag team gold with fellow New Jersey native Chris Candido, they will face two men that Bundy eliminated in the Battle Royal collectively known now as CODE RED. Which team takes that next step to be BOUND BY TRADITION?"

SPECIAL CHALLENGE MATCH
JAKE CRIST vs. REDD DOG
BREAKING NEWS: "We can confirm that both Jazz and Nevaeh have been suspended for this event do to there actions during ONE STEP CLOSER. Red Dogg and Jake Crist both demanded this match after the last event fully anticipating their significant others would be at ringside, how does this change now that they will not be allowed in the building if any?

One thing is for sure get ready for a good old fashioned fight"

ROAD WARRIOR ANIMAL vs. OX BAKER
"Speaking about a fight how about this good old fashioned slobber-knocker! Two tough dudes that made a hell of an impression as surprise entrants in the 10,000 dollar Battle Royal go one on one in a what will be what would be a Hoss fight!"

A HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE INVOLVING THE TRADITION EVENT HAPPENING IN JANUARY 2010!

EAST LANSING, MI

ROAD WARRIOR ANIMAL vs. OX BAKER
"A huge pop from the crowd as Road Warrior Animal made his way to ringside riding a Harley Davidson while Ox Baker paced back and fourth in the ring and as soon as 1/2 of one of the most dominate tag teams in the history of the business made his way into the ring Ox caught with a stiff clothesline!

Followed up by a knee drop to the head for a near fall....Animal after escaping the pin rooled to the outside but Baker would follow to the floor and the two would slug it out until the official came out and was actually able to separate the two and ordered Baker back in the ring. As that was happening suddenly SIR OLIVER HUMPERDINK came down to ringside!

When out of nowhere from behind he would push Animal from behind right into his Harley that was parked at the side of the isle, Animal smashed hard and when he got back to his feet he would have a big gash on his forehead as blood covered his face!

Ox Baker thanks to the guidence of Sir Oliver then would toss his blooad soaked opponent back in the ring and after delivering a nasty back breaker high up on the back and shoulder area he would then get the three count for the victory!"

A NEW TRADITION IS BORN AS WE PRESENT......

"A year end event that will be a 16 person single elimination submission only Tournament...this historic event KICKS OFF THE new year, JANUARY 2010..stay tuned for some major updates on participants entered in this years Tournament as we get closer to the our Bracket Breakdown Show the night before what will sure to be an historic event!"

JAKE CRIST vs REDD DOG
With both Nevaeh and Jazz suspended for this event Jake and Redd Dogg left off where their significant others began an all out brawl literally as the bell sounded to begin the match!

Jake would get the upper hand early thanks to a running spear! However the veteran Redd Dog would withstand the early onslaught and fight back and nearly get the victory thanks to an STO

Crist would kick out but get shot into the turnbuckle and as he bounced off he would get rocked via a spine buster for yet another close pin fall!
Jake would try agian to use his speed to his advantage coming off the ropes but again Dog would out maneuver his younger opponent thanks to a shoulder block setting up his running power slam BUT Crist would slip out and connect with a tiger suplex dropping him right on the back of his head for what many believe a surprising three count and victory for Jake Crist!

BOUND BY TRADITION TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT QUALIFYING MATCH
KING KONG BUNDY & CHRIS CANDIDO vs BILLY "RED" LYONS & RED BASTIEN

"Very competitive King Kong Bundy dominated early thanks catvhing Lyons off the ropes with a bear hug and dropping him in the corner followed by Candido with a top rope huracanrana for a NEAR fall

Bastien not only made the save but hit Candido with a flying dropkick that rocked the New Jersey native threw the ropes hard onto the concrete! Lyons then recovered and both he Bastien hit Bundy with a double dropkick sending the big man down Lyons then attempted to go to the top for what looked to be a flying elbow attempt BUT before it was executed Candido recovered from outside the ring and tripped up Lyons unseen by the official! Lyons went crashing down to the concrete!

Bastien attempted to check on his tag partner but got blindsided by Bundy who knocked him off the apron right into the steel guard rail head first!

Candido then threw Bastien back in the ring which led right into the AVALANCHE Finisher in the corner for not only the three count but FIVE! Count for the victory and placement into the BOUND BY TRADITION TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT in December 2009!"
