Watching the WWE Hall of Fame documentary on Bobo Brazil tonight on WWE 24/7, I was wondering how Bobo Brazil does in your fed. In my LOW fed Major League Wrestling (MLW) Brazil is one of only 3 wrestlers (along with current champion Jimmy Snuka and Nick Bockwinkel) to hold the World Championship. In addition, Brazil and Mil Mascaras (they're best friends in my fed) form the occasional tag team the Brothers of Other Mothers and they've won both of the two Sammartino Invitationals which is the major annual tag team tournament my fed holds each game year. As the Brothers of Other Mothers, Brazil and Mascaras are also set to challenge the MLW Tag Team Champions the Fabulous Kangaroos at my upcoming Wrestlemania 2 PPV. And the Brothers of Other Mothers also sell the most merchandise for my fed over at MLWSHOP.COM. So how does Bobo Brazil do in your fed?

In a previous fed set-up, Bobo was the champion, beating all comers. He was defeated in a non-title match by Justin Credible of all people (which gave JC a title shot) but soundly thrashed him in the title match...in a cage!
I also teamed him with Giant Baba for a short time (simply known as Bobo & Baba) and they whupped the Midnight Express twice before parting on friendly terms.

Haven't we had this discussion before?
Actually, what discussions HAVEN'T we had in some form .... :-)
Bobo was the first in my BCW fed to have won all three titles (tag, u.s., world) ... he was tag champion with Red Bastien in Year One, later went on to with the U.S. title, then captured the world title from Ted DiBiase before eventually losing it to Jimmy Snuka in a face vs. face matchup ...
Now in Year Four, he's floating around the edges of title contention and remains a popular face ...

He's done fantastic.
In my first year he won my triple crown (World, World Tag, & US). The only one to do it so far.
In my current year he won the newly created Extreme Championship to become the only Grand Slam Champion.
In addition to holding that title, he also just won the World Championship again.

Bobo has been a top guy in my NWA--World Class region since day 1. He has a long standing and bloody feud with the Shiek and/or Sabu. A multiple time and the current World Class champion. When he lost a "loser leave town" match to the Shiek the fans created such an uproar that he was finally brought back (this coupled with a few sightings of Bobo in the area and an attack by the Shiek at one of the sightings) led to his return.
Doesn't fare well in his matches for the NWA Heavyweight Title, but a major impact player. Currently defending the World Class title against the Iron Shiek.

Bobo did well the first year of my fed. Then he just dropped off the map. Unfortunate because I really like him. But the dice didn't.
Interestingly, your other two champions (Bockwinkel and Snuka) were also two of my longest reigning champions. Bockwinkel held the title for almost 2 years and Snuka just recently passed him by. I'm doing a reboot soon. But those two guys held my titles for 4 out of 5 or so years of my fed history.
I hadn't thought of teaming Mascaras and Brazil. I'll have to try that. I bet they'd be a huge fan favorite.

I used him Bobo in my fed from 2003-2006 and he had an overall singles record of 45-35-1. He briefly held the U.S. Title in 2003, defeating Gorgeous George and losing to Nikolai Volkoff.
His most successful tag-team was with Red Bastien, and they went 30-22 overall. They beat the Valiants to win the tag belts in 2004 and later dropped them to the Midnight Express.
He was better for me than his singles record indicates, and was ranked in the Top 10 for 35 months.

In additon to everything I wrote above about Brazil, one thing I forgot to mention is that he was invovled in the feud of the year against The Sheik last year. They had some great matches including a classic 4 star coffin match that Brazil won at New Years Revolution by using his COCO BUTT to knock The Sheik backward and into the coffin. But overall, Brazil lost that feud which culminated 2 weeks ago at my Royal Rumble PPV in a Hell in a Cell match won by The Sheik via a FIREBALL.

I hadn't thought of teaming Mascaras and Brazil. I'll have to try that. I bet they'd be a huge fan favorite. Yeah, they're the most popular tag team in my fed. I started teaming up Brazil and Mascaras sort of by accident. At the start of Major League Wrestling History, they were both involved in some angles together (such as a triple threat along with Buddy Rogers in the finals to determine my first United States Champion- a match won by Rogers at my first ever PPV, Backlash) and I just decided to team them up together for my first Sammartino Invitational shortly afterward. Because Brazil and Mascaras won the Sammartino Invitational (and also the Second Sammartino Invitational 1 year later), I kept teaming them up together and I came up with the name The Brothers of Other Mothers based on something I heard in the movie "Snakes on a Plane" later that year. Nowadays, The Brothers of Other Mothers are sort of like my version of DX in that they're really popular and an official tag team, but they usually wrestle mostly in singles matches. However, The Brothers of Other Mothers are challenging the MLW Tag Team Champions the Fabulous Kangaroos at my upcoming Wrestlemania 2 PPV. It should be a good match as the Fabulous Kangaroos have held the MLW Tag Team Championship since Unforgiven. And then shortly after Wrestlemania 2, Brazi and Mascaras should be teaming up again for the Third Annual Sammartino Invitational which this time will consist of 64 tag teams. Can the Brothers of Other Mothers make it 3 out of 3?

I guess I am going to go against the norm here. Bobo didn't really accomplish much for me when I started my fed. I have brought him in from time to time and nothing really for me. He just can't seem to get the big wins when he needs to.
