Good day. It seems as if the ordering and receiving process has gone the way of the dinosaurs for Filsinger Games. Used to be in the past when I ordered something that I would recieve it in a week or under. I ordered a set of cards at the beginning of last week, and still not received it. There are just a series of emails received in which I am notified of confirmation of reception of payment, and nothing else. Is this happening to anyone else? It used to be in the past that getting products via the mail from FG was easy, but now it's a bit more difficult. Please put someone in charge who can get our orders out in a timely manner. Thank you.

It seems that when the last set of special cards and promoter prime came about 2-3 weeks after they were released, but that was with regular mail. Like you, I used to get them within the week. I ordered priority mail for my Christmas gift to myself so we shall see how long they take. I agree it used to be easy dealing with Filsinger Games, but as of late they have gotten slow and don't get back to you in timely matters.

A couple things to remember. There are more people ordering then in the past plus they are at the mercy of the USPS like the rest of us. All mail, especially this time of the year, tends to slow down. My experience is, beyond preordering, is if I place an order for past sets it takes a week or two between processing it and the mail getting it from them to me.

Maybe FG should start offering a disclaimer that processing and shipments might take up to 15 business days. Back in the day you’d order and constantly be on the look out for when your items would arrive. Now with the advent of informed delivery via USPS, I get notifications on tracking before I receive my order complete email.
The USPS is just slower now in general, let alone during the holidays.

I had a small item I ordered from Amazon get lost last week and had to cancel. Frustrating. A few weeks ago I ordered some dumbbells and the delivery estimate was 2 weeks. They showed up 6 days later. So I’m not sure there is any rhyme or reason to it.

Just a lottery when anyone will get stuff. Some stuff comes then next time takes say 3 times as long. In UK we have got postal strikes over pay and conditions. I believe the Royal Mail management want to try and copy Evri (formerly known as Hermes) system. It is NOT someone's fault at Filsingergames, when a envelope should arrive? It's the postal system fault.
