I've been a part of the Filsinger Family since 1990, bought everything I wanted, and even branched into Indy stuff.
That being said, I haven't played an actual card in almost 5 years, yet I continue to buy the sets as they come out.
Quite a few times I've wanted to get rid of everything and move on with life, but I never do.
I'm really at a crossroads here guys. I love this game, but I never play it.....

Unless you want to sell yourstuff due to a financial decision, which I hope isn't the case, put it away for a rainy day. You never know when the bug may hit you again and if you got rid of everything, you'd have to start over
I strictly play online, but I still get the cards. I just keep them in a tote so I'll have them.

I'm in a similar boat. I rarely have time to play and when I do I have a hard time keeping myself motivated to play with the constant distractions in my life. I too buy everything that is released but recently with the last legends release I decided not to get it. I've decided to stop buying sets for a while. I love this game and the community, even if I'm not as active as I'd like to be, but I've been thinking about taking a break. Maybe not thinking about the game for a while will help.

I would say if you think you'll ever play again, don't sell your stuff. I've gone a few years without playing a couple times.

I'd keep it unless you needed the money. You never know when free time will hit. I was at that point for a while and then Legends Color became a thing. Haven't stopped rolling the virtual dice since.

I think most of us hits periods where life gets in the way and we can't play much if at all. But if you're dedicated enough to be posting on a message board and have been playing for over 30 years, it's probably in your blood by now. As others have said, unless you are really in need of the money, keep it in storage and pull it out when the itch to play starts coming back. Real life comes first, but the game will always be there should you want to return.

Like has been said, keep your cards unless you could use the money from selling them. Look at it this way, even if you don't play at all they are still cool collectibles. If you go to shows you can see which you can get autographed.
