Mmmmm, and sadly enough another guy I'd probably end up using as a face for the dearth of them currently.

What The LOW is missing ? More names from Legends Originals Amen! On a side note: Of all the wrestlers in the history of wrestling, I had a strange dream last night... that Dan Spivey was in the upcoming set. Why? I have the slightest idea LOL.

Oh, I'd love Spivey, just to do the whole "Waylon Mercy" thing ... I used to like the promos ...
Let's see ... back to idle speculation on LOW Originals (taking into account that not every wrestler HAS to be completely tied to the theme) ...
1. I like the Tully/JJ Dillon idea (original Horsemen)
2. Figure from the hints we're getting either Penny Banner or D'Lo ...
3. Rob Van Dam certainly could embrace the term Original ... as could Shane Douglas ...
4. I had some other "Original" ideas, but the thoughts and names escape me at the moment ...

What is LOW missing? Scott Norton. Werner and I pitched the game to him and he was REALLY into it. We passed along his personal contact info to the powers that be. So I wouldn't say this would be a total impossibility. But who knows?

So I wouldn't say this would be a total impossibility. But who knows? It would be a true shame if someone like Norton, or just about any wrestler for that matter, was really into being included in LOW and was not.

I had talked to Norton via email a while back and he was very into it then as well. He seemed like a really nice guy then. Very respectful and appreciative of my praise.

I will say though that Werner and I were NOT official LOW reps though. We only showed him other cards and talked a little bit about it and he was excited. He said he wanted to do more stuff like that to get his name out there. But that doesn't mean he's a 100% signing.
I'm saying this because I hope, posting what I did above, that I've made Tom, Todd and the rest of the LOW crew's job harder. The LOW guys MAY have contacted him and he MAY have assumed he was going to get tons of $$$ by signing up so that may have stopped his inclusion in the game. Werner and I are in no position to discuss any of the details, only see if there's interest.
So, all I'm saying is we talked to him and he was interested, but there's a million details that go into getting a card each of those details have a yes/no answer that could derail things.
I hope that's clear to everyone. As I said, I hope by posting what I did above I didn't put undue expectations on the LOW crew who does a great job.
I, for one, have known for years that Jimmy Hart knows about the game, seems interested, but, as far as I know, hasn't signed on the line. Could be the same with Norton.

Scott Norton would be so damn awesome.
Would you rather have nWo Black & White Norton or today's Norton?
