I'd like to pick up the promoter prime 2015 edition, but it doesn't appear to be available anymore as a tabletop release, only an online. It says you do when I look at it, but has anyone gotten a PDF to print out as well?

PP 2015 was never a physical edition.
It does include a PDF printout though.
