With the LFSotCE starting it has peaked my interests in the GWF Classics and had a question. On the Online store it has under Alternate Universes it has...
Early Days of GWF 2070's-2080's
and then under Classics it has the individual years
Are both of these considered classis or just the individual sets?

Well the Classics titles are cannon. They are official, Filsinger approved history. Early Classics 70's and 80's is termed "Alternate Universe." It may or may not be true, as things revealed by Tom himself may possibly contradict that information, and anything Tom says is what happend. Still the set is sweet. Hope that helps.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, but I'm assuming that people mix the sets when doing feds most of the time?

With the L-FSCE starting it has peaked my interests in the GWF Classics and had a question. On the Online store it has under Alternate Universes it has... Early Days of GWF 2070's-2080's and then under Classics it has the individual years Are both of these considered classis or just the individual sets? Early Classics is a great supplement to the existing GWF Classics Sets. I'd even go so far as to say its indispensable to getting a full experience out of the 13 year period it covers. L-FSCE will build the 'periphery' of the wrestling landscape and will over time eventually move Classics from the 'least' supported CotG period to the 'most' supported period. EC is a core part of the base. You can read a very extensive overview on EC here: Early Classics Set Overview: By Mike M For any of the Classics sets (especially out years like 2084 & 2086) you may want to send Tournament Master a quick PM to check on card stock availability.

I have mixed the sets, and they have worked out great. In fact, the combination of sets worked so well that I wound up relaunching my GWF history. While this has set me back to where I'm only up to 2097, I never really taken my time to enjoy the sets year by year before, and this has given me a chance to really develop a full and rich history of my GWF. Definitely worth getting!
