How do you handle fight cards missed due to injury when there are differnt number of fight cards in different eras? For example, in my Early Classics fed there is one card a month. But in 2123, I run four televised cards plus one Pay-Per-View with an occasional house show each month. Would a 6 fight card injury in the Early Classics era differ from a 6 fight card injury in 2123?

I've always used weeks, rather than fight cards.

I agree. When I run weekly shows I bump the card injuries to weeks.

It depends on how many cards you run during the course of a card year and doing the math from there. Me, I do the injuries a little bit differently, taking a cue from the NFL of all things.
When a wrestler is injured a certain number of cards, I use the following classifications: 1-3 cards - Probable 4-8 cards - Questionable 9-11 cards - Doubtful 12+ cards - Injured reserve
Before they are scheduled on the card, I roll 2d6. If the result is greater than the card injury rating, they wrestle and I use the injury chart to compensate. If the result is the same or lower than the card injury, they cannot compete on that card. Usually, the opponent either gets a night off with pay, or if there is someone not on the card, I allow them to substitute in the match.

I'm just starting an early classics fed. I am playing 1 card a month for 2074-5. I had injuries of 8 cards and 6 cards. I halved the number of cards and made it 4 & 3. If I had a wrestler (Santon) miss 8 cards he'd miss most of the year.

I've always viewed fight cards as independent from the calendar. Some people track fight cards because they don't have regularly scheduled events and play when they can. If they go by fight cards they can always just pick up where they left off.
If you have regulary scheduled cards on a weekly basis. I'd substitute weeks. e.g. roll of 4 would be four weeks out, not four fight cards.
