Stage 3 Protocol
Just a reminder. Once you have posted your fourth card of matches you will be in 'Stage 3' (which is when the Judges Challenges begin). At this point the pacing changes as the process becomes interactive. Hold off on posting your next card until you receive the challenge.
To keep things running smoothly, once you are at Stage 3 begin to send me PMs with direct links to your last posted card. Mark the Subject Line 'Stage 3 1' for your first message. Repeat this format with each PM going forward (ie. Stage 3 2 for your second message, etc).
Turn around time to receive a challenge will be a max of three days. Good luck and have fun!

A Note On Stage 3 Posting
New cards (posts with matches) can only be posted once per calendar week (the first day of each new week being a Sunday). For example, if you post your card on a Sunday, your minimum wait time before posting your next card would be the next Sunday (regardless of when you received your next challenge).
If you posted your card on a Saturday (and received a new challenge that day) your wait time before posting your next card is only the next day (as Sunday starts the new calendar week).
On the flip side there is no time limit on when you must post by.
Any other type of content that you feel can enhance your Fed (ie. interviews, previews, analysis, etc) can always be posted at will.

Updating The Roster Listing Post
To help the judges more effectively plan their challenges, periodically edit in a status update to your roster list (your first introductory post listing all 18 wrestlers on your roster) when a noteworthy event occurs.
Noteworthy refers to any event you feel a judge should take into account when planning a challenge (ie. injuries, evictions, title wins, stipulation consequences, change in allies, etc.). A simple comment next to the wrestlers name suffices. Thanks!
