Because I bring guys in randomly, everyone has an equal chance to get into my fed. Now that said, there are some guys who haven't made it up to the fed yet. And some who have been gone too long. But all the official cards are in the mix. how do you get them all in? Am I just working too hard to come up with storylines? Maybe I shift a bit like the old World Championship Wrestling show in the early 80's, when you never knew who could show up from week to week. I use everyone like that. I usually have 6-8 storylines going on at any time. If a guy isn't involved in a storyline then he just wrestles squash matches and builds up a nice winning streak until I have a storyline for them.

I use everyone including both Bepo Mongol and Nikolai and Missing Link/Dewey Robertson as separate wrestlers. Although I used the two versions of the Ted DiBiase's as the same person, I do the same thing as Troy with Bepo Mongol/Nikolai Volkoff and Jimmy Valiant/Boogie Woogie Man. I just pretend they're separate wrestlers period I don't call the Boogie Woogie Man Jimmy Valiant the Boogie Woogie Man, I just call him the Boogie Woogie Man). In the First Round of this year's Sammartino Invitational (that's my annual major tag team tournament), the Valiants actually wrestled Buff Bagwell and the Boogie Woogie Man with the Valiants advancing when Jimmy Valiant pinned the Boogie Woogie Man.

Because I have a 3 way brand split, I'm honestly able to use almost all of the cards without any single 1 roster being too overloaded yet all of the 3 brands are still interconnected with each other under the name Major League Wrestling. And to keep things fresh I have an annual draft and possible periodic trades. It works well for me.
Right now I'm in the process of debuting all of the cards from Legends Originals onto my various brands (although I'm starting Danielson off in Minor League Wrestling for now) and then the only cards I'm not currently using are:
Dennis Condrey (I've used him in the past both as part of the Midnight Express along with Eaton and Lane and also to feud with Eaton and Lane, but right now I'm not using him because I personally like the Eaton and Lane combo better for the Midnight Express)
Dewey Robertson (instead right now I'm using his alter ego card the Missing Link)
Ilio DiPaolo (I have big plans for him, but I'm not ready to start that storyline yet)
Ted DiBiase, black glove version (I started off using this version of DiBiase but switched to the Million Dollar Man version which I'm probably going to keep using for awhile now)
Wolf (I don't use his LOW card that was included with the orginal version of the first LOW set, but I actually might someday)
In my LOTF fed Minor League Wrestling, with Chuck Taylor scheduled to debut on the next show, the only LOTF cards I haven't used yet are:
Ultramantis Black Crossbones Dr. Cube Louden Noxious
I know I'm going to use those 4 cards eventually, I just haven't made up my mind how I want to use them yet.

I'm kinda like smathis, in that all the cards will eventually get a shot at being in my BCW fed. Some, though, are kind of a drive-by ... for example, Ed Lewis got a match at my Invasion PPV for a chance to enter BCW, lost, and hasn't been seen since. That happened in Year Two of my fed, and I'm now in Year Four, and I think his card might be rolling around again soon for an opportunity.

Maybe I shift a bit like the old World Championship Wrestling show in the early 80's, when you never knew who could show up from week to week. Well, I don't do storylines for one. I have a three brand split (LWF, LOTF and Memphis). The only guys I use are the Official Cards, Cory and Tim's Bootlegs, Travis' Memphis cards and about half a dozen bootlegs I made on my own. That's more than enough, though. I don't sweat who comes in and out. That's all handled through dice rolls. If a guy can win and keep a spot on the roster, he stays. Sometimes storylines emerge from the match results. But I rarely have more than one or two going at any time. Mostly the matches revolve around staying on the roster or earning a spot on it, moving up into contention or winning the title. I let the dice decide the matches and even the booking for the most part. Heck, my promos are even randomized. ;D

For me, one DiBiase is the "Million Dollar Man" and the other is Ted DiBiase. Haven't had a situation where they were active at the same time though. But I don't think I'd blink if the dice had me feuding Ted DiBiase with the Million Dollar Man. As long as it was a good feud.

I restarted my fed a few months back and just introduced the Rematch guys along with Bagwell and Beefcake.
My fed is going to be built similar to the NWA territories since that is what I grew up with. I can shuffle them around, etc. so no one will never get stale.
I love the history of wrestling and read up all the time. I know most of the backstories of anyone who is in Legends, but for those I'm not familiar with, I love to do research on them, which I can get storylines for and incorporated them in my fed.
I'll use everyone who is signed, but won't use "Black Glove" DiBiase/"Million Dollar Man" DiBiase and "Handsome" Jimmy Valiant/"Boogie Woogie Man" Jimmy Valiant at the same time since, while their persona are different, are still acknowledged as the same person.
However, guys like Bepo Mongol/Nikolai Volkoff or Dewey Robertson/Missing Link, since they are acknowledged as different people, I'll use them in the same fed and hopefully match them up. I have something planned out when Robertson makes his way into my fed against the Missing Link . Should be interesting.
I'd love to see more of alternative persona as LE/SE cards (I'd rather get new wrestlers in sets). Hey, we could still get Superstar in his Mongol persona and Lyons and Robertson as the Crusaders (I'm sure there are more, but its just off the top of my head)

Most of the details can be found in the following threads... Non-Storyline Feds filsingergames.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=low&action=display&thread=2095Booking/Promoting with Mythic filsingergames.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=low&thread=2423I've also adopted Havoc's method of booking feds that he was kind enough to share with me a while back. Mainly it's a framework for non-storyline booking, which is what I was sort of missing in the first thread. It's a straightforward system and it produces exciting matches. I have to give kudos (and thanks) to Havoc for coming up with something so brilliant. I can do an extensive writeup on Havoc's booking system, assuming he's cool with it, if you feel more details are needed.
