I don't do match time. For match rating, I use the Graymar Business Model method. Count up number of tokens, then divide by number of wrestlers in the match. For card rating I let CotgOnline Stattracker take care of that (not that card rating matters to me, but I like rating the matches).

For time, I use one minute of real time= 3 minutes of match time. This is the best method I've found yet, seems to work well with the game flow and doesn't feel rushed at all.
