Who could I use?
Is there an official announcer that comes later in the game?

Qualitar and Johnny Rocket spring to mind.
I would also strongly consider using Morpheus...or one of the pre-87 wrestlers.

How about Torin Caelum and K.O. Keller? Caelum trains Colossus later on Sagitta and comes back as a referee, so why not Caelum? Plus, with Keller you could throw in fun with Billy Jo Boxer or something. I also like the idea of using Ricken Prince as a villain announcer with obvious bias for the Royal Court. I feel that being an announcer is beneath Morpheus. Mighty Grogan would also be good. If you wanted a female, you could make Amazonia or Sweet Thing announcers before escorting their men to the ring.

I feel that being an announcer is beneath Morpheus. I agree. I think that after retiring in 2085 he would feel as if Omega had won their feud. So, he gets his revenge by helping Cosmos turn into Thantos. He can watch the results of his work from afar and not feel the need to be back in the thick of things. Now, I can see Morpheus as a manger or commissioner, both of which end up happening down the road.
