Guys, you can print from home and have things the proper size!
Printers by default will leave quarter inch margins, and these are noticeable when you try to print out a full 8.5" x 11" page. You're either left with cards with parts cut off or the cards are shrunk.
Most newer printers can print borderlessly, meaning these margins won't exist, you just have to choose the option. The printing takes a while, but the results for me have been professional quality cards at a fraction of the cost of going through a third party.
My printer cost $60 at Office Depot. Before you buy one, ask if it can print "borderlessly". Only use 110 weight cardstock. If you have any other questions, I have a lot of experience with getting cards to print correctly... just PM me!

Oh...Oh how I wish I'd have seen that post before I just spent three hours tirelessly cutting out undersized cards...
