Heartland Championship Wrestling Wednesday Night Warfare January 18, 2011 (Card #410) Performing Arts Center, Janesville, Wisconsin The show opens with the tune, "Pour Some Sugar On Me" by Def Leppard playing overhead as CHRISTY HEMME dances in the center of the ring. DAYTONDAVE hits the ring wearing a parka and snow boots and holding a microphone.Daytondave: Hey, fans! Welcome back to the frozen tundra of the Wisconsin winter for tonight's episode of Warfare. You better believe that Christy can melt the deepest snow in the Badger state with her moves! And if that isn't enough, Heartland Championship Wrestling action will heat up this arena all night long! We have a big show tonight, with a special Main Event. The number one contender's match for the Heartland Ladies' Championship will be held tonight, with CHEERLEADER MELISSA scheduled to take on TRACI BROOKS! So relax, grab yourself a cold one, and enjoy the show! KEVIN STEEN defeated ULTRAMANTIS BLACK** by countoutThe big man Steen absorbed some punishment from the black masked man, but was unshaken by any of Ultramantis' submission attempts. Steen finally seemed to grow bored of the technical bout, and finally shoved Ultramantis to the ropes. When Ultramantis rebounded, Steen grabbed him and dropped him with a vicious hot shot across the top rope! Ultramantis went down hard, and Steen took control. He followed up with a devastating pumphandle neckbreaker, leaving Ultramantis' body convulsing on the canvas. Ultramantis rolled out of the ring, but Steen followed. In a shocking act of violence, Steen caught Ultramantis on the concrete floor and hoisted him into position for a Package Piledriver! The fans gasped as Steen dropped Ultramantis viciously on the ring apron! The masked man shook on the apron, then rolled off and collapsed to the floor. Steen returned to the ring with a smirk, counting along with the referee as Ultramantis lay motionless on the floor. Daytondave: That was simply brutal! And the worst thing of all was that cocky smirk on Steen's face while the referee counted out Ultramantis. They said this guy was mental- and they were right! Speaking of mental- I am afraid we still have no word on the mysterious disappearance of the former Heartland and FLW Heavyweight Champion CHRISTOPHER DANIELS. Dude still hasn't been seen- but the show must go on. CHRIS HERO pinned DELIRIOUS***Simply put, Delirious was overpowered in this match. Delirious tried his usual arsenal of antics, but Hero leveled him with a big boot and tortured him with a Hero Stomp. Delirious managed to kick out of the Hero's Welcome, but when Delirious tried an attack from the top rope, Hero caught him with a powerslam and pinned him cleanly. Daytondave: Hero dominated that match. Let's check out a couple of exciting young tag teams next- then we'll have a special announcment regarding the Warfare Tag Team Championship. PAUL LONDON* & BRIAN KENDRICK defeated THE YOUNG BUCKS (NICK*** & MATT* JACKSON)It was an exciting match between two high-flying teams, but London and Kendrick stayed one step ahead throughout the match. Crisp double-teaming against Nick had him in trouble as the match wore on. Matt was finally able to make the tag, but he was plastered by an Assisted Shooting Star Splash by London. Nick was too weak to save his brother, and London made the cover for the victory. Daytondave: London and Kendrick can do things that few other tag teams in the business would even think about. They had a nice run as Warfare Tag Team Champions, but that title now belongs to the self-proclaimed "World's Greatest Tag Team" of CHARLIE HAAS and SHELTON BENJAMIN. I am proud to announce that one week from tonight, the champions will defend those titles against THE BRISCOE BROTHERS! Let's get a word from the champions, who are backstage with the lovely and talented CHRISTY HEMME. The fans cheer with enthusiasm as the camera shifts backstage, where CHRISTY HEMME is joined by CHARLIE HAAS & SHELTON BENJAMIN. Christy: Thanks, Daytondave. I am here with the Warfare Tag Team Champions! It has just been announced that you guys will be defending your titles against THE BRISCOE BROTHERS next week on Warfare. How do you feel about facing the Briscoes? Haas: We ain't worried about them rednecks, Christy. As Haas talks, AL SNOW wanders past the interview stand. His eyes light up, and he dashes back to the locker room.Benjamin: Charlie and I are the best athletes in the Heartland, Christy! Those Briscoes are tough- but not tough enough to take these titles! The locker room door bursts open, and Snow excitedly runs out, holding the arm of 2 COLD SCORPIO and babbling excitedly. Haas turns with confusion.Haas: Al? Is there a problem? Snow: We can do this! We can do this! See? A black guy and a white guy can tag together! C'mon, Scorpio- what do you think? Scorpio: What are you, nuts? Man, I don't need to team with no crazy fool like you. Step off! Scorpio sneers and walks away. Snow looks clearly dejected. Christy gives him a sympathetic pout. Haas shrugs and leaves the podium, followed by Benjamin, who gives Snow a hug as he departs. Daytondave: That was... different. Al Snow is out there! All right- fans- we have another match on tap that should blow the doors down. Let's do it! CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI pinned TAZ*In a disappointing match, Claudio quickly overpowered Taz and put him on the canvas with a European Uppercut. Claudio capitalized immediately, planting Taz with a massive Ricola Bomb and putting him down for the three-count! Daytondave: That was not the competitive match I was expecting. Taz is typically good for a fight, but Claudio was too much for him in that match. All right, fans- last week we saw a back-stage attack and a brawl between TYLER BLACK and ADAM PEARCE. Tonight, these two are going to throw down in the ring! GRUDGE MATCH: NO DISQUALIFICATION TYLER BLACK** pinned ADAM PEARCE*A brutal situation took a turn for the worse in this grudge match. Tyler came out aggressively, and got some stiff shots on Pearce in the early going. But Black made a miscalculation, Pearce sidestepped him as he charged the turnbuckle. Tyler went down, and Pearce took over with clotheslines and forearms, followed by a crushing powerslam that shook the ring. Black was hurt, and Pearce went for his leather strap. But Black had his opponent scouted, and managed to roll out of the ring before Pearce could administer more punishment. Black caught him with a superkick as he moved in, staggering Pearce. Tyler immediately picked him up and launched him into the corner with a stunning Turnbuckle Powerbomb! Pearce crashed down hard, and Black quickly covered him for the three count! After the decision, BRENT ALBRIGHT rushed the ring and back-jumped Tyler! Tyler was caught completely off-guard, and crashed hard to the canvas. Albright was all over him, and soon Pearce regained his feet and joined in the attack. Pearce and Albright hoisted Tyler high into the air, and dropped him viciously across their knees with a double gut-buster! Tyler crumpled to the mat, holding his abdomen and gasping. Pearce took out his strap and began to administer a nasty whipping to Tyler, until referees and wrestlers stormed in from backstage to chase Pearce and Albright away from the scene. Tyler required the help of two officials to return backstage as the crowd hissed.Daytondave: What the hell was THAT? Tyler Black is one of the top young talents in this industry- and he just got taken out by a couple of hacks! Why? I have no idea what the issue is between Pearce and Tyler- why Pearce chose to pick this fight- but that SOB just put one of our best wrestlers on the shelf and I am spitting mad! There has got to be some reason- Without warning, Daytondave's rant is interrupted as the music, "Break The Walls Down" hits the sound system, and the arena goes dark. Spotlights shine on the top of the ring ramp, and CHRIS JERICHO appears, accompanied by TRACI BROOKS. Jericho: Ladies and gentlemen... welcome to Jericho Championship Wrestling! On behalf of Team Canada, and all the great Canadians around the world, I am pleased to present the next Jericho Ladies' Champion! She is her tonight to eliminate the goofy gimmicks and the lameness that is personified by Cheerleader Melissa, just a stepping stone to Team Canada's rise to glory. Put your hands together for the one and only TRACI BROOKS!Jericho's introduction is greeted by resounding silence. MAIN EVENT: HEARTLAND LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS' MATCH CHEERLEADER MELISSA* pinned TRACI BROOKS***It was a chaotic main event, as Jericho did his best to disrupt the match and turn the tide in favor of Traci. Melissa dominated the action in the ring, but when Traci went to the floor, Jericho interposed himself and prevented Melissa from continuing her attack. Traci caught a breather and returned to the ring, but soon enough Melissa was pounding on her again. Melissa went to the top rope, but Jericho grabbed her by the ankle and knocked her to the canvas. The referee screamed at Jericho, but Melissa simply picked up Traci and planted her with an Air Raid Crash. Traci was able to stagger to her feet, but Melissa pounced on her with a Reverse STO and pinned her cleanly as Jericho pitched a fit at ringside. Daytondave: Whoa- that Cheerleader Melissa is one bad lady. No matter what Jericho tried to pull, she kept her focus and she beat the stuffings out of Traci. Melissa has another shot at MELINA coming up at Heartland Havoc XLIII and it will be a barnburner! Melissa and Melina have one of the most long-standing rivalries in the Heartland. Although Melina has dominated their recent history, Melissa is a former champion and she has worked her tail off to earn another shot at the belt at Havoc. All right, fans- we're done here. Thanks for checking us out tonight! We'll be back next week with another episode of Warfare, featuring the Warfare Tag Team Championship Match which will pit SHELTON BENJAMIN & CHARLIE HAAS against THE BRISCOE BROTHERS. And don't forget to tune in to Old School this weekend to catch JR JAMES and his crew. There will be major fireworks this Saturday when the boys hook up for the elimination tag match pitting MIKE ROTUNDA, DUSTY RHODES, and BARRY WINDHAM against BRADSHAW, STAN HANSEN, & THE BLACK DEMON. You can bet your bottom dollar that I will be glued to the television set for that epic battle. That's our show, and I AM OUTTA HERE!

Heartland Championship Wrestling Old School Saturday Night January 21, 2012 (Card #411) Boone County Fairgrounds Coliseum, Burlington, Kentucky The show opens with the tune, "Old Time Rock 'N Roll" by Bob Seger blasting over the sound system. JR JAMES hits the ring with a well-pressed suit and a confident smile to open the show. JR: Good evening, fans of the Heartland, and welcome back to another edition of Old School Saturday Night. It is a big night tonight- and not in a good way. Tonight we will see an elimination tag team match pitting DUSTY RHODES, MIKE ROTUNDO, and BARRY WINDHAM against BRADSHAW, STAN HANSEN, and THE BLACK DEMON. This vicious grudge match has been months in the making, and no question one- or more- of these men may not escape tonight's bout with their health intact. But we also have plenty of great action in store for you before the Main Event, including the debut of a new tag team that is likely to impress. Now, let's head to the ring for tonight's opening contest! BOOKER T* pinned LARRY HENNIG**The quickness and athleticism of Booker T overcame the power of Hennig after a very competitive match. Hennig hit Booker with some stiff shots, but Booker fought his way through the assault and nailed Hennig with the Harlem Hangover for the win. JR: A fine bout to open the show. Booker T showed remarkable athleticism in executing those manuvers. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, at this time, it gives me great pride to introduce a new team to the Heartland! Please welcome, from the land of Great Britain, the team of DAVE TAYLOR & FIT FINLAY!DAVE TAYLOR & FIT FINLAY defeated THE FLYING REDHEADS (RED BASTIEN*** & BILLY 'RED' LYONS)The Brits were brilliant in their execution of tag team work in their debut. After isolating Bastien in their corner for a long period of time, Finlay wore him out with a pair of backbreakers, then tagged in Taylor to finish the job with a British Suplex. JR: What an outstanding technical performance by Finlay and Taylor! That was a very highly rated tag team which fell to the newcomers in seemingly routine fashion. THE DESTROYER* pinned EXOTIC ADRIAN STREET***This match featured numerous reversals and a very competitive pace. Destroyer gained the advantage after a long struggle, and repeatedly used the dingle-leg Boston Crab to weaken the Exotic One. When Street was ripe for the picking, Destroyer dropped him with a Sensational Suplex to finish off a tough victory. JR: The Destroyer is indeed a capable individual inside the squared circle. He has captured many a contest with his unsurpassed knowledge of the sport. The tune, "In The Air Tonight" by Phil Collins plays overhead. MR. SAITO emerges through the curtain, followed closely by the smiling figure of KEN JEONG. Jeong: Ken Jeong has returned! Everybody clap your hands for Ken Jeong! Ken Jeong and Mr. Saito have come to fight- and Ken Jeong has a special announcment for you tiny-brained fans! JR: An announcement? What are you talking about? Jeong: Ken Jeong is here to win championships and date Heartland women! Next Saturday night- MR. FUJI is challenging BOBO BRAZIL for the Old School Heavyweight Championship- and Ken Jeong will be in corner with Mr Fuji! The fans are shocked as MR. FUJI joins the contingent on the entryway, waving a Japanese flag. Jeong: Next week, Ken Jeong becomes manager of champions! And Ken Jeong will pick up best Heartland lady! Jeong breaks into a self-amused grin and laughs with Fuji and Saito. The trio leaves the platform together.JR: Ladies and gentlemen- it would appear that the landscape for this title match next week has changed. Ken Jeong is a newcomer to the Heartland, but no question he is a man who would go to any lengths to get what he wants. Bobo Brazil had best beware! "SUPERSTAR" BILL DUNDEE** pinned MR. SAITO** (w/ KEN JEONG)How Dundee managed to escape this situation is a mystery! The match quickly erupted into a brawl, which further deteriorated when Ken Jeong tried to interfere on Saito's behalf. Dundee caught Jeong by the collar, and leveled him with a solid right hand! Jeong went down, and this brought MR. FUJI to ringside. Saito capitalized on the distraction, trapping Dundee in a painful Scorpion Leglock! Dundee somehow managed to endure the agonizing hold and make his way to the bottom rope, forcing the break. Fuji taunted Dundee as he staggered to his feet, which only made the Aussie superstar even more angry. Dundee turned his aggression on Saito, pelting him with roundhouse rights! Saito was reeling, and Dundee drilled him with a running spear! Before Saito could recover, Dundee sprang to the second turnbuckle and launched himself down with a flying leg drop, enabling him to score the pinfall! JR: Oh, my goodness! Bill Dundee is your improbable winner of this match. He overcame some steep odds indeed to prevail in that situation. Nevertheless, the combination of Fuji, Saito, and this Ken Jeong character makes for a threat to any one who stands in their path. We'll see if the game plan works any better for this trio next week when Fuji and Bobo Brazil face off for the Old School Championship! Well, ladies and gentlemen, last week we saw a tag team match erupt into controversy when THE MOUNTIE activated his Shock Stick and gave DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE a painful lesson in electronics. Tonight, Page has challenged Mountie to a singles contest to try and gain a measure of revenge. GRUDGE MATCH: NO DISQUALIFICATION THE MOUNTIE pinned DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE*****The grudge match between Page and Mountie quickly exploded into an all-out war! The brawling began at the opening bell, and quickly spilled out of the ring. ANGELO MOSCA appeared at ringside, and blindsided DDP on the arena floor! This brought BOOKER T sprinting to ringside to take up the fight against Mosca. But the damage had been done, and Mountie took advantage by immediately going to the Shock Stick! With no rules in place to limit his activities, Mountie cruelly worked over Page with repeated shocks. After the third application, Page was toast! Mountie casually tossed him back into the ring, and finished him off with a piledriver. After the decision, the brawl between Mosca and Booker continued outside the ring, until Booker spotted his fallen partner in the ring. Booker quickly slid into the ring to check on Page as the referees sent both Canadians back to the locker room. JR: That was a brutal display by The Mountie! He was unfettered by the rules tonight, and no question Dallas Page paid a heavy price. I don't think this issue is quite settled. But ladies and gentlemen, there is still a deeper blood feud on the horizon in our next contest, as two rival factions go to war in an elimination-style tag team contest. MAIN EVENT: SIX-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH - ELIMINATION RULES DUSTY RHODES, BARRY WINDHAM & MIKE ROTUNDA vs. BRADSHAW, STAN HANSEN, & THE BLACK DEMONThe match opened with a vicious brawl between Rhodes and Bradshaw! Rhodes got the best of Bradshaw, and tagged in to Rotunda who got some shots in. Bradshaw left the ring, with Rotunda in pursuit. Stan Hansen tried a sneak attack on Rotunda, but Mike caught him by the arm and whipped him into the steel ring steps! Rotunda got back in to the ring, while Bradshaw tagged in the Black Demon. Demon showed some very nice amateur wrestling moves, and nearly caught Rotunda with a small package! Rotunda fought back, catching the Demon in an Airplane Spin which nearly earned him a pinfall! Rotunda tagged in to Windham, but the Demon was ready for him! Demon greeted Windham with a back elbow off the ropes, then quickly pounced on him wiht a Double Underhook Facebuster and pinned him cleanly! ELIMINATION: BARRY WINDHAMJR: Windham has been eliminated! Ladies and gentlemen, I have seen that manuever before! That was the Angel's Wings! I have every reason to believe that the man under the mask is CHRISTOPHER DANIELS! After losing the fall, Windham was escorted out of the ring by Heartland officials. Demon called out Rhodes, who was happy to oblige. Rhodes and Demon hooked up in the center of the ring- then, disaster struck! A man in a black hooded sweatshirt came over the railing and pulled Rotunda off the ring apron! Rotunda fought with the man, but immediately a second attacker joined into the assault! Rhodes tried to get to Rotunda's defense, but he was cut off by Hansen and the Demon. With Bradshaw directing traffic, the two attackers took control of Rotunda and quickly beat him down to his knees! JR: Oh, no! Rotunda has been attacked! He is at the mercy of these masked thugs! The Demon produced handcuffs, and Rhodes was secured to the turnbuckle. The first masked attacker pulled off his hood to revealMPW'S STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN Austin smirked at Bradshaw and rubbed his fingers together, securing the promise to get paid for his efforts. Meanwhile, the other masked man reached into his hoodie and produced a steel spike! He pulled off the hoodie to identify himself:TRADITION'S JIMMY JACOBS JR: Stone Cold Steve Austin! Jimmy Jacobs! These are two of the most bloodthirsty men in the sport! With Rhodes chained and helpless, Austin put the boots to Rotunda, beating him to the floor. He then pulled Rotunda to his knees, locking Mike's elbows behind him with his own arms and exposing his midsection. Jacobs brought out the steel spike, and drove it viciously into the midsection of Rotunda! Rotunda collapsed in Austin's arms, but Stone Cold refused to let him go. Jacobs took the spike and delivered two more vicious blows into the rib cage of Rotunda! Mike was gasping, and slumped down, with a trickle of blood emanating from the corner of his mouth. A nasty gash also appeared on Rotunda's left side as Austin and Jacobs continued the attack. Bradshaw pulled aside the steel ring steps, setting up Austin to deliver a Stone Cold Stunner on the steel! Rotunda crashed hard onto the steps, then rolled over to the arena floor, lying limp. Bradshaw then lifted the steel steps, held them high overhead, and smashed them on to the fallen Rotunda! Finally, Heartland officials arrived on the scene, but Bradshaw and his boys were already headed to the exits.JR: Oh, no! Ladies and gentlemen, this does not look good at all for Mike Rotunda. Barry Windham was evidently being detained in the locker room to prevent his interference in the bout after having been eliminated. Officials are still attempting to get Dusty Rhodes released from his handcuffs. There are paramedics attending to Rotunda, and it would appear that he has been severely wounded by this dastardly act. I am disgusted. Ladies and gentlemen- we're going to conclude tonight's broadcast while the situation with Rotunda is remedied. It is with deep regret that we sign off at this time, but these men put their bodies at risk on each and every occasion, and the show must go on. As you know, ladies and gentlemen, next Saturday night is a big night on Old School, and we will be back to broadcast the Old School Heavyweight Championship match pitting BOBO BRAZIL against the nefarious MR. FUJI. Until then, fans, so long from the Bluegrass State!

Heartland Championship Wrestling Wednesday Night Warfare January 25, 2011 (Card #412) Resch Center, Green Bay, Wisconsin The show opens with CHRISTY HEMME dancing in the center of the ring, to the tune, "Pour Some Sugar On Me" by Def Leppard. The fans cheer wildly as Christy works it. DAYTONDAVE joins her in the ring and waves to the crowd.Daytondave: Hey, fans- welcome back to Wednesday Night Warfare! It's great to be back with another live broadcast of Heartland Championship Wrestling! It's a big night on Warfare tonight- the Warfare Tag Team Championship is on the line in our Main Event when CHARLIE HAAS & SHELTON BENJAMIN take on THE BRISCOE BROTHERS!Daytondave's introduction is interrupted when the tune, "Break The Walls Down" hits the sound system. CHRIS JERICHO appears on the ring ramp, accompanied by TRACI BROOKS. Jericho parades to ringside as the cheering of the fans turns to groaning.Jericho: Seriously? A big night- in Green Bay Wisconsin? Get a grip, Daytondave. This place is full of losers! The Packers bit the big one in the first round of the playoffs, and these poor cheeseheads have nothing better to do than watch the All-American Pansies and the Toothless Rednecks roll around in a meaningless match for a couple of crappy tin belts. Really? But don't worry, Daytondave- the Sexy Beast is here tonight to rescue the people of this backwater ghetto from their collective misery. I, Chris Jericho, have chosen tonight to make my Warfare Wrestling debut! So, fans- be prepared for an exhibition of wrestling expertise like you have never seen before! Once the Ayatollah of Rock and Rollah hits the ring, Warfare will neeeeever... EVERRRRRRRRRRR... be the same.... A-GAIN! Daytondave: Well- I guess- congratulations are in order to the newest Warfare superstar! That's just Jericho being Jericho. Looks like he will be kicking things off on Warfare here tonight. So relax, grab yourself a cold one, and enjoy the show! CHRIS JERICHO pinned SUPER CRAZY*Jericho came out like a house afire and dominated the Crazy one. A sweet Dragon Screw Leg Whip sent Crazy reeling, and Jericho quickly finished him off with a hurricanrana from the top rope. Daytondave: That's about as sharp as I have seen Jericho in the ring since he came back to the Heartland. Great win! All right- fans- the mood is about to change. As you know, MELINA is now in charge of the ladies' division, and she has been cleaning house. The loser of this next match, once again, will be fired! SARA DEL REY** pinned SARAH STOCK****The fireworks continued in the Ladies' division, with a terrific match. Sarah Stock attacked before the opening bell, and unleashed a furious aerial attack! She gained a couple of near-falls, but Del Rey withstood the attack and ultimately managed to turn the tide. Del Rey finally got control of the bout by powering out of an attempted German Suplex, and crushing Stock with a thunderous Powerbomb! Stock held on for dear life, and managed to kick out of a Butterfly Powerslam. But Del Rey was determined, and planted Stock with a second butterfly powerslam to finally claim the victory. Daytondave: An unfortunate loss for Sarah Stock. One of the best athletes in the Ladies' Division- and she took this place by storm when she hit town. She beat Sara Del Rey early on- and she made her mark- but tonight, Death Rey was just too powerful for her. Kudos to Sara Del Rey- looking forward to seeing you in action again here on Warfare! THE YOUNG BUCKS (NICK & MATT JACKSON) defeated THE ALL NIGHT EXPRESS (KENNY KING & RHETT TITUS*)Score one for the Young Bucks! The Brothers Jackson engaged in a lively bout with Kenny King, but when Titus hit the ring, the Bucks caught him with an awesome double team More Bang For Your Buck and scored the pinfall! Daytondave: What a move! You gotta hand it to these kids- Nick and Matt may be physically overmatched a lot of times- but they bring it every night. BRENT ALBRIGHT defeated DELIRIOUS***** by submissionIn a better match than the token count might have indicated, Delirious kept Albright off-balance and scored some damage with the Panic Attack and a serious of clotheslines. Albright took the match to the floor, and wore out Delirious with his superior brawling abilities. With Delirious in trouble, Albright repeatedly locked on the Crowbar until Delirious was finally forced to give it up. Daytondave: Albright is a beast! He can brawl, he can wrestle, and you can't hurt the man. Now that he is hooked up with ADAM PEARCE, and walking on the wrong side of the tracks, he is seriously dangerous! CHRIS HERO* pinned 2 COLD SCORPIO*****Hero dominated this match from the outset. He his some surprisingly athletic moves against the quicker Scorpio, including a brilliant Moonsault which brought the crowd to its feet. Scorpio rallied briefly, but a big boot from Hero put him down and Hero finished him off with the Hero's Welcome. Daytondave: That was some amazing stuff we saw from Hero tonight! Scorpio has got some skills, no doubt about that- but Hero took it to him tonight in a big way. All right- fans- it's time for our Main Event. The Warfare Tag Team Championship is up for grabs- right here tonight! MAIN EVENT: WARFARE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP THE BRISCOE BROTHERS (MARK*** & JAY) defeated THE WORLD'S GREATEST TAG TEAM (CHARLIE HAAS* & SHELTON BENJAMIN)A dramatic title change in the Tag Team Division! After a desperate struggle, the Briscoe Brothers managed to prevail and defeat the World's Greatest Tag Team to win the Warfare Tag Team Championship! Shelton dueled with both Briscoes in the early stages of the match, and pelted Mark with a ridiculous spinning enzuigiri to put his team in control. Mark looked to be finished after Benjamin nailed a 450 splash, but Jay barely made the save and the match continued. Haas and Jay battled evenly for several minutes, until the champions attempted a double-team. Jay ducked away from the attempt, and Benjamin nailed Haas with a stiff kick to the jaw! The Briscoes quickly capitalized, and dropped Charlie with a Spike Jay-Driller to score a clean pinfall! THE BRISCOE BROTHERS CAPTURE THE WARFARE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPDaytondave: Whoa! The Briscoes win! The Briscoe Brothers have just won the Warfare Tag Titles! That was a great match- but you gotta be shocked to see it end on a miscalculation by Haas and Benjamin. But timing is everything, fans- and tonight Jay Briscoe was one step ahead! The Briscoe Brothers are the new Warfare Tag Team Champions. But the World's Greatest Tag Team will be back- you can bet on it! In fact- I am going to book the rematch between these two teams for Heartland Havoc XLIII: Dream On! That card is set for February 4, back at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison- and it is shaping up to be a big night! Looks like there will be three titles on the line! We'll have more about that show next week, fans- plus we will feature a Warfare Combat Championship title match pitting COLT CABANA against TOMMY DREAMER! And don't forget to tune in on Saturday night for JR JAMES and the Old School crew. It's gonna be a huge night! The Old School Heavyweight Championship will be defended Saturday night when BOBO BRAZIL puts it on the line against MR. FUJI. That's our show, and I AM OUTTA HERE!

Heartland Championship Wrestling Old School Saturday Night January 28, 2012 (Card #413) Seabury Center, Berea, Kentucky The show opens with JR JAMES in the center of the ring holding a microphone. The tune, "Old Time Rock 'N Roll" by Bob Seger plays overhead as the fans cheer.JR: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Old School Saturday Night! It is a privilege, and indeed a pleasure, to come to you live from the beautiful little town of Berea, Kentucky, with a terrific night of wrestling action. What a tremendous card we have in store for you tonight! The Old School Heavyweight Championship will be decided in tonight's Main Event, when BOBO BRAZIL defends against MR. FUJI! Fuji would be a decided underdog in that match, but the tide has shifted since he has procured the managerial services of one KEN JEONG. Jeong is an unpredicatble character at ringside, and he brings a dangerous element to this evening's championship match. Now, let's head to the ring for tonight's opening contest! KILLER KOWALSKI* defeated LES THATCHER**** by submissionA good back-and-forth match in the opener, but the power and the rough tactics by Kowalski overwhelmed Thatcher. After a competitive struggle, Kowalski clamped on the Claw Hold and forced Thatcher to tap out. JR: Since he won the Kentucky Heavyweight Championship, the Killer has not missed a beat. He continues to work his way back into contention for the biggest prize in the Old School- the Heavyweight Title! THE ARMSTRONGS (BOB & BRAD**) defeated THE FLYING REDHEADS (RED BASTIEN* & BILLY 'RED' LYONS)A strategic match-up between two well-coordinated teams. The Redheads had success in the early stages of the match, isolating Brad and pelting him with dropkicks. Brad finally broke away and tagged in his father, who battled effectively against both opponents. When Brad had regained some strengthhe returned to the ring and helped his father deliver a crushing double-team face-first suplex to Bastien. Before Lyons could interfere, Bob made the cover and captured the three-count! JR: A nice win for Bob and young Brad! Ladies and gentlemen- before our next contest, I have some sad news to report to anyone who is a follower of the Heartland, or a fan of this great sport. It is with great sadness I must report that MIKE ROTUNDA suffered severe injuries in last week's tag team match. Rotunda will be out of action indefinitely- and he may be forced to retire from the support entirely. The heinous actions of BRADSHAW- and his hired goons, STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN and JIMMY JACOBS- appear to have finally accomplished their objective of eliminating Rotunda from the sport. Bradshaw has refused to come in front of this audience to explain his actions, but he will speak with LANNY POFFO from the backstage area later this evening. DUSTY RHODES defeated THE MOUNTIE**** by submissionRhodes dominated Mountie, who left the ring but didn't dare make a move for his Shock Stick. Dusty was belligerent and pounded Mountie with the Bionic Elbow until he collapsed to the mat. Rhodes wasted no time in wrapping on the Figure-4 and finishing off the beaten Mountie. JR: Rhodes is obviously in no mood for levity. He is without question enraged at the tactics of Bradshaw, and company. Barry Windham is even more upset, and didn't even make the trip to Berea for tonight's card. But Dusty is here and he took care of business. STAN HANSEN pinned 'EXOTIC' ADRIAN STREET*Hansen hit the ring in a rage and assaulted Street before the opening bell. A barrage of body slams and elbow drops put Street into a tizzy, and Hansen annihilated him with a massive Lariat for a clean pinfall. JR: Wow! Whatever Dusty Rhodes showed us in the previous match, Hansen just upped the ante. After Hansen's role in the attack on Mike Rotunda, you can only assume that he is on a collision course with Rhodes somewhere down the line. But for tonight, Hansen and Bradshaw are ready to celebrate their achievement this past weekend. Let's head backstage to catch up with Bradshaw and LANNY POFFO.The scene shifts backstage, where Poffo appears with Bradshaw.Poffo: Thanks, JR. I am here tonight with Bradshaw- Bradshaw snatches the microphone from Poffo. Bradshaw: Of course, you are here with Bradshaw! Isn't that what your skinny boss just said? You don't think much for a self-proclaimed 'Genius', do you? Folks, what he meant to say was, "I am here tonight to congratulate Bradshaw, and to thank him on behalf of the entire Heartland for taking out the trash last week." Right, Lanny? Poffo reaches for the mike, but Bradshaw continues on talking.Bradshaw: How about that match last week? Lanny, did you see the way I took out Rotunda? Let's see that video! Footage is displayed from the previous episode of Old School. During a six-man tag team match, Rotunda is seen gasping, and slumping down, with a trickle of blood emanating from the corner of his mouth. Rotunda crashed hard onto the steps, then rolled over to the arena floor, lying limp. Bradshaw then lifted the steel steps, held them high overhead, and smashed them on to the fallen Rotunda!Bradshaw: How do you like me now? Am I a one-man wrecking crew, or what? Bradshaw holds his hands high, in triumph. Poffo finally manages to secure the microphone. Poffo: Wait a minute... that video footage has been edited! We saw that match- and we saw STEVE AUSTIN and JIMMY JACOBS show up at ringside to attack Rotunda! Bradshaw: What in the sam hill are you talking about? I did what I had to do, and Rotunda is on the shelf. I single-handedly put him out of action and that's that. Poffo: Are you serious? You put a bounty on his head! Don't tell me you're not going to pay Austin and Jacobs for taking out Rotunda! Bradshaw: What those boys from those other organizations want to do with their free time is nobody's business. They got a little worked up, that's all. I had nothing to do with that. Heartland needs better crowd control, that's all. There is one reason- and only one- why Rotunda is not going to be seen around here again. That reason is named John Bradshaw Layfield. I crushed Rotunda with those steel steps, and that is why he is gone. End of story. End of interview. The camera abruptly shuts off, and the scene returns to ringside.JR: Well... ladies and gentlemen- isn't THAT an interesting development! Bradshaw is taking full credit for eliminating Rotunda. I'm not sure that Jimmy Jacobs and Steve Austin are going to be happy to hear that. Ladies and gentlemen, as controversial as the situation between Bradshaw and Rotunda has been, there are other issues swirling about the Old School that need to be settled in the ring. This next match puts two of those competitors against each other in a No-Disqualification Grudge Match! GRUDGE MATCH: NO DISQUALIFICATION ANGELO MOSCA** defeated BOOKER T**** by submissionA rugged grudge match between two fierce rivals saw both men deliver plenty of punishment. Booker T impressed the fans with his athletic ability, coming at Mosca from every angle with flying headscissors and jumping kicks. Mosca absorbed a lot of punishment, and finally turned the tables when he took the match out of the ring. Mosca gave Booker a hellacious beating on the arena floor, capped off by a vicious football tackle on the concrete! Booker was woozy, and Mosca slapped on a tight sleeper hold. Before long, Booker collapsed and the referee called for the bell! As Booker lay slumped on the canvas, Mosca went into his tights and took out a loaded elbow pad! He prepared to launch a vicious elbow drop to the skull of Booker, but DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE dashed in from backstage and pulled his partner to safety.JR: How about that? Things nearly went from bad to worse in that situation- but Page was ready to come to the aid of his partner and avert the disaster. The tensions between these two factions continue to escalate! All right, fans- the time has come for tonight's Main Event! Are you ready? MAIN EVENT: OLD SCHOOL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MR. FUJI*** (w/ KEN JEONG) defeated BOBO BRAZIL******* (c)In a monumental upset, Mr. Fuji conquered the massive Bobo Brazil to capture the Old School Title! The match was not without controversy, and not without managerial involvement. Fuji started the match by attacking the champion with an array of martial arts moves, and effectively weakened him with the Fuji Nerve Grip. Brazil struggled to break free, and finally had to resort to clutching on to the middle rope. The referee forced the break, and Bobo was finally able to must a rally. Brazil came back with punches and dropped Fuji with a vicious backbreaker, forcing the challenger to escape the ring and regather his thoughts. Ken Jeong taunted Brazil and shouted at the referee, buying Fuji time to gain his strength- and secure a packet of salt from ringside! Brazil attempted to bring Fuji back into the ring, but Fuji greeted him with a face full of salt, blinding him! Bobo staggered, and collapsed to his knees, where Fuji again latched on the Nerve Grip. Fuji was relentless, keeping the torturous hold in place until Brazil was motionless on the mat. The referee checked Bobo's arm, and on the third try, called for the bell! MR. FUJI WINS THE OLD SCHOOL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPJR: Ladies and gentlemen, history has been made here in Berea, Kentucky! Mr. Fuji has captured the Old School Heavyweight Championship! An improbable victory for the man from Osaka, Japan! His tactics are underhanded, and no question he has become even more threatening with the presence of this unpredictable Mr. Jeong at his side. Regardless of whether you like the man, you have got to respect his talents which have now carried him to the Old School title! Ken Jeong is beside himself with excitement as he helps Mr. Fuji on with the title belt- and the fans don't seem to know what to think. Ladies and gentlemen, this brings to a close a terrific night of Heartland professional wrestling action. We thank you so much for joining us! Old School will be off next Saturday, so DAYTONDAVE and the Warfare gang can present Heartland Havoc XLIII: Dream On. That should be a terrific show! And the Warfare crew will be in action this Wednesday Night with their usual offbeat brand of wrestling action. Until then, fans, so long from the Bluegrass State!

Heartland Championship Wrestling Wednesday Night Warfare February 1, 2011 (Card #414) La Crosse Center, La Crosse, Wisconsin The show opens with DAYTONDAVE in the center of the ring. The tune, "Dream On" by Aerosmith plays in the arena as CHRISTY HEMME dances. The fans buzz as the Heartland Havoc XLIII banner is unfurled overhead.Daytondave: Hey, fans- welcome to Wednesday Night Warfare! We are just three days away from the next exciting Havoc pay-per-view! We'll have some big announcements about that card throughout the night. Of course, as you know, the Main Event will be for the Heartland Heavyweight Championship. It will be a terrific match between two top-notch athletes when A.J. STYLES defends his title against MIKE QUACKENBUSH! But- before we get ahead of ourselves, let's not forget that we have a great card planned for tonight. The Warfare Combat Championship will be up for grabs in the Main Event when the champion, COLT CABANA, takes on the INNOVATOR OF VIOLENCE, TOMMY DREAMER. So relax, grab yourself a cold one, and enjoy the show! SUPER CRAZY pinned ULTRAMANTIS BLACK**A very fast-paced and unpredictable opening match. Ultramantis dominated much of the early action with brutal strikes, until Crazy countered a chop and dropped the masked man with a leaping DDT! Action went to the arena floor, where both men exchanged high-impact blows. Crazy was the first man back into the ring, and he caught Ultramantis coming in with a backbreaker, setting him up for the Moonsault and the victory! After the match, the tune, "Comin' in the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins plays overhead. Old School Heavyweight Champion MR. FUJI appears on the ring ramp, accompanied by KEN JEONG. Daytondave: Check this out! I wasn't expecting to see those two dudes tonight. The Old School Champion is here! Congratulations, and welcome to Warfare! Fuji smiles and nods, clutching the Old School belt over his shoulder. Jeong takes the microphone.Jeong: Yes! Yes! Ken Jeong is manager of champions! Ken Jeong is international playboy! Congratulations to Ken Jeong and Mr. Fuji for winning Old School Championship! Daytondave: Absolutely. Congratulations for a surprising upset victory. What brings you gentlemen to Warfare tonight? Jeong: Ken Jeong came to Warfare to watch great matches! Ken Jeong came to Heartland to snag best Heartland lady! Daytondave: Of course. The international playboy came to Warfare to meet women. Well, sir, you have come to the right place! We have a ladies' match coming up next. Fans, as you know- this is the last of our elimination matches, which were set up by MELINA. The loser of this match is fired! Melina has made her play to weed out her competition, but she faces a big test this weekend at Havoc when she defends her title against her long-time rival, CHEERLEADER MELISSA! It's always an exciting time when these two ladies throw down. Now, let's head back to the ring for tonight's ladies' elimination match. TRISH STRATUS pinned AMBER O'NEAL**Another action-filled, intense match in the Ladies' Division! The action started before the opening bell, when Trish hit the ring and delievered a crushing Spear to Amber! Both ladies tumbled out of the ring, where they exchanged forearms and kicks in hysterical flurries. Trish got the upper hand in the brawl, and sent Amber reeling with a Chick Kick on the floor. Amber never regained her bearing, and Trish quickly finished her off with the Stratusfaction. After the decision, fans cheered loudly with Trish. Amber knelt in the ring, her hands over her face, despondent as the reality of her firing sank in. She finally rolled out of the ring, where she was greeted by MR. FUJI and KEN JEONG. Before she could turn away, Jeong pulled her close and whispered in her ear. Amber hesitated, then nodded. She took Jeong by the arm, and Amber and Jeong were accompanied away from the ring by Fuji.Daytondave: Well... either Jeong is quite the charmer... or Amber is deeply desperate after losing her job. Guess we'll wait and see. Congratulations to Trish on winning that match, and keeping her contract! All right, fans- let's head on to our next match. I don't know about this- two of the biggest lunatics on the planet are about to square off in a match where anything is possible. AL SNOW* defeated DELIRIOUS**** by disqualificationThis contest was crazier than anyone anticipated! Snow and Delirious mixed it up all through the La Crosse Center! On the few occasions these two managed to fight inside the ring, Delirious controlled the action and nearly pinned Snow after a Panic Attack. Snow repeatedly went to the arena floor to seek advice from his Head. Delirious was agitated and confused, babbling as he tried to communicate with the mysterious Head. Twice, Snow suckered in Delirious and bopped him with stunning Head Shots, which only served to confuse the issue. Delirious finally flipped his lid and came after Head with a steel chair! Snow grabbed Head and dashed away, causing Delirious to instead waffle Al with the chair and get himself disqualified. Delirious continued to babble as he ran away from the ring. As Snow departed, 2 COLD SCORPIO came to the rampway. Scorpio took one look at Snow, talking to Head, and shook his head in disgust. He left the ramp and headed back to the locker room. Snow pouted and called for the microphone.Snow: Hey! Scorpio! What's wrong with you? You don't wanna tag with me and Head? Fine! I will find my own tag team partner- at Dream On! You think you can do better than me? I challenge you to a tag team match! Good luck finding a partner! Snow glares at the video screen, then looks back at Head. Snow: I guess I am going to have to find a partner, too. Daytondave: Unreal! That whole situation leaves me at a loss for words. But- it looks like it will be Snow vs. Scorpio in a tag match at Havoc- with partners yet to be determined. Should be an entertaining bout. Speaking of tag teams- two of the mainstays of Warfare Tag Team action are coming at you next. PAUL LONDON & BRIAN KENDRICK defeated VAL VENIS* & CHRIS CANDIDOVenis came to the ring in a state of depression, after the firing of his main squeeze Amber. He was clearly off his game, and the former tag champs took advantage. Kendrick was all over Venis at the opening bell, as Val tried in vain to match quickness with him. Kendrick set up Venis, and London came in for a stunning double-team drop kick! Venis went down, and London made the cover before Candido had a clue what had happened in the ring. Daytondave: A rough night for Venis. Dude lost his woman... and got his tail kicked. He'll need to get his head together quick! The scene shifts backstage, where AMBER O'NEAL is partying with KEN JEONG and MR. FUJI. Champagne is poured and laughter fills the air. Venis walks past the scene, unnoticed by Amber, and heads to the locker room. AL SNOW comes out and eyes Venis.Snow: Mr. Venis! Mr. Venis! I need a tag team partner for this weekend! Will you be my partner? Venis' eyes never leave the floor, and his disappears into the locker room without a word. Snow spots Mr. Fuji, and dashes to the party. Snow: Mr. Fuji! Mr. Fuji! Will you be my partner? Jeong: No... no... Mr. Fuji is Old School Champion! He is far too important for your meaningless little match. Friend- Ken Jeong will find you a partner! You good boy, you like Head like everybody! You like Head, Ken Jeong like Head, my beautiful Amber like Head too! Snow: Amber? I remember her! She loved Head! It took me forever to get Head from her! Amber giggles.Jeong: Good for you, my son! Ken Jeong like you! Ken Jeong take care of you, my friend! Come, have champagne with Ken Jeong and we find you partner for Heartland Havoc! Daytondave: Wow... just when we thought things couldn't get any more bizarre... But we need to get back to business in the ring. We have a terrific singles match in store for you next! BRYAN DANIELSON**** defeated JERRY LYNN**** by submissionA fantastic match! Lynn and Danielson went all out in a contest that featured technical maneuvers, aerial assaults, and good-old fashioned brawling. Lynn used his quickness to take control of the early stages of the match, stunning Danielson with a DDT! Danielson staggered to his feet, and Lynn plastered him with a twisting leg drop! Danielson rolled to the floor, and Lynn immediately took to the sky with a tope suicuda which left both men wiped out on the concrete! After a near double-countout, Danielson managed to get a second wind, and worked over Lynn with repeated suplexes. Lynn was gassed, and Danielson wrapped him into a triangle choke to gain the submission! Daytondave: You gotta love that! If you are a fan of wrestling, then that match proved what it's all about. Two of the upper echelon right there, fans. As Lynn recuperated, 2 COLD SCORPIO came to the ring to assist him. Lynn left the ring on his own power, and after talking with Scorpio, gave the "thumbs up" sign as he disappeared behind the curtain.Daytondave: Well- how do you like that? Looks like Lynn lost a match, but gained a tag team partner tonight. Two terrific athletes with ties to the old ECW. I hope Al Snow can come up with a partner to match up with this squad- if he sobers up in time. All right, fans- it's time for the Main Event! The Warfare Combat Championship is up for grabs, starting right now! MAIN EVENT: WARFARE COMBAT CHAMPIONSHIP COLT CABANA** (c) pinned TOMMY DREAMER*This match didn't last long, but it was brutal from start to finish. Dreamer took Cabana out of the ring and beat him from one side of the arena to the other, but Colt absorbed the punishment and fired back with haymakers and a vicious Bionic Elbow. Dreamer was staggered, but came back for more, tying Cabana up in the ropes and drilling him with a baseball slide in the corner! Colt was stunned, and Dreamer planted him with a DDT- but the champ kicked out! Cabana went back to the arena floor with Dreamer in pursuit. But Colt, thinking quickly, grabbed a diet soda from a ringside fan, shook it, and exploded it into the face of Dreamer! Dreamer was blinded, and Colt smoked him with a Bionic Elbow which nearly knocked him senseless. Colt pitched Dreamer back into the ring, where he slumped in the corner. Cabana then delivered a crushing Flying Hip Attack and scored a clean pinfall! COLT CABANA RETAINS THE WARFARE COMBAT CHAMPIONSHIPDaytondave: Cabana wins it- with a dose of Tommy Dreamer's own medicine! The effective use of ringside weaponry is essential to keeping hold of the Combat Championship- and tonight, Cabana got the job done. It has been quite a night, fans- with some unforgettable moments and some good wrestling thrown in. Thanks for hanging out with us tonight! Be sure to come back this Saturday Night and check out Heartland Havoc XLIII: Dream On, from the Alliant Energy Center over in Madison. Two grudge matches will get the action rolling, and there will be three title matches on the card! I am especially excited about the Main Event for the Heartland Heavyweight Championship. AJ STYLES will defend the belt against MIKE QUACKENBUSH in a spectacular match that you won't want to miss. That's our show, and I AM OUTTA HERE!

Heartland Championship Wrestling Heartland Havoc XLIII: Dream On February 4, 2011 Alliant Energy Center, Madison, Wisconsin The show opens with the tune, "Dream On" by Aerosmith filling the darkened arena.
A single spotlight shines on CHRISTY HEMME, dancing soulfully in the ring. As the tune ends, DAYTONDAVE hits the ring and takes the microphone. Daytondave: Hey, fans! Welcome to Heartland Havoc XLIII: Dream On! It is a terrific day in Wisconsin! The Buckeyes came to town and laid waste to the Badgers on the hardwood, and tonight we are amped to bring you a loaded card of action! AJ STYLES and MIKE QUACKENBUSH are going to throw down in tonight's Main Event with the Heartland Heavyweight Championship on the line! But first off- a goofy situation, as always, involving AL SNOW. Dude has been trying to recruit 2 COLD SCORPIO as a tag partner, but Scorpio ain't interested. So- Scorpio has hooked up with JERRY LYNN, and they are challenging Snow and- somebody- from the mind of the International Playboy, KEN JEONG, in our opening tag team match. So relax, grab yourself a cold one, and enjoy the show! The tune, "Coming In The Air Tonight" by Phil Collins plays overhead. AL SNOW emerges through the curtain, accompanied by KEN JEONG and AMBER O'NEAL. Jeong points to the curtain, and the crowd gasps at the emergence ofTAJIRI AL SNOW** & TAJIRI* defeated 2 COLD SCORPIO******** & JERRY LYNN***In spite of the dramatics, Snow and Tajiri jelled beautifully as a unit. Snow and Scorpio started the match with a competitive exchange which neither man was able to gain control. When Snow tagged out to Tajiri, the fun began! Tajiri dazzled Scorpio with his martial arts brilliance, peppering him with kicks and chops and putting him down with a Shining Wizard! Scorpio rolled out of the ring, but Tajiri followed. When Scorpio attacked, Tajiri spewed a blast of green mist that caught Scorpio full in the face! Scorpio was blinded, and Snow came into the ring and pummeled his rival with repeated head butts. Scorpio finally managed to tag out to Lynn, but Lynn fared no better. Snow whipped Lynn into the corner, where Tajiri once again spewed the green mist and blinded Lynn! Tajiri tagged in, and dropped Lynn with a textbook Brainbuster! Lynn was nearly out cold, but managed to crawl to the corner and tag out to Scorpio. Tajiri was waiting, and he immediately blasted Scorpio with a Buzzsaw kick! Scorpio went down in a heap, and Tajiri covered him for the victory! Daytondave: Talk about mayhem! Scorpio and Lynn just got their heads handed to them! Both those dudes are a mess- green from head to toe. And Scorpio ate that buzzsaw kick- he was out cold before he hit the ground. This combination of Tajiri and Snow is going to be dangerous! All right, fans- we're just getting started! The time has come for the Heartland Ladies' Championship- MELINA has held this title for over a year and she has put aside every challenger to her title. Tonight, she faces the woman who she took the belt from! HEARTLAND LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIP CHEERLEADER MELISSA* pinned MELINA****** to win the Heartland Ladies' ChampionshipAn amazing performance by the challenger! Melissa came on strong from the outset, overpowering Melina and tossing her around the ring with repeated suplexes. When Melina was dazed, Melissa picked her up and planted her with an Air Raid Crash! Melina kicked out, saving herself from defeat, but Melissa was relentless. Melina never regained her bearings, and Melissa hoisted her up for yet another Samoan Drop and scored a clean pinfall victory! CHEERLEADER MELISSA CAPTURES THE HEARTLAND LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIPDaytondave: How about that? Ladies and gentlemen, Cheerleader Melissa has finally defeated Melina and ended her reign as Heartland Ladies' Champion! She has held that title for over a year, but finally- here at Dream On, Melissa has done it! She clearly had a game plan- she overpowered Melina and beat her down with suplexes and throws- and she pretty well dominated that match from the opening bell! As Melissa celebrates, the tune "Break the Walls Down" plays overhead. CHRIS JERICHO struts through the curtain, along with TRACI BROOKS. Jericho slides into the ring, dropping to his knees and raising his hands, bowing mockingly at Melissa. Traci holds open the ropes, pointing to Melissa to clear the ring. Melissa scowls, taking the belt and glaring at Traci as she departs. Jericho takes the microphone as the crowd jeers.Jericho: Thank you! Thank you! Now that the Barbie Dolls have finished their little spectacle, it's time for you Heartland fans to see the pay-per-view debut of a man who will not be easily forgotten. This man is 270 pounds of rage and fury from the Great White North. He has come to the Heartland in the proud Canadian tradition to chew gum and kick ass... and unfortunately for tonight's opponent... he is all out of gum. Put your hands together, fans, for the newest member of Team Canada... THE CANADIAN SENSATION, KEVIN STEEN!Daytondave: Unbelievable! Jericho just upstaged the celebration of a terrific match by Melissa- congratulations to her on finally winning back the title! Steen is here, and he is definitely a beast. But he has a tough opponent tonight and I expect this match to rock! BRENT ALBRIGHT* defeated KEVIN STEEN** by submissionDespite the hype for Steen, it was Albright who brought the intensity level to tonight's contest. Albright weathered an assault from Steen and survived a painful Sharpshooter, then turned the tables on Steen and planted him with a Northern Lights Suplex. Albright locked on the crowbar, and despite the urgings of Jericho and Traci at ringside, Steen was unable to reach the ropes, and was eventually forced to give it up. Daytondave: Great performance by Albright. Dude is tougher than shoe leather- and he ain't gonna take a back seat to Steen or anybody else. Albright has picked it up a notch, along with ADAM PEARCE, since these two have gotten a little more- shall we say- aggressive. Now it's Pearce's turn to step into the Steel Cage and face the challenge of a man he brutally beat down in the locker room a few weeks back, STEEL CAGE GRUDGE MATCH ADAM PEARCE pinned TYLER BLACK*****Flawless victory! Pearce was brutal in his attack on Tyler. Tyler started the match with a flurry of flipping and spinning kicks, scoring several impressive shots on Pearce but failing to do any real damage. Pearce finally caught Black coming off the ropes and hammered him with a spinebuster, leaving Black shaking on the canvas. Pearce went into his tights and pulled out a leather strap, then proceeded to deliver a vicious beating across Tyler's back and chest. Tyler crawled to the corner in an effort to escape, but Pearce only picked up the intensity. Pearce caught Black by the hair and ground his face against the steel cage! Tyler was an ugly mess by this point, gasping and slumping over the middle rope. Pearce finally seemed to grow bored with the whole affair, and pulled Black to the center of the ring, where he delivered a Jumping Piledriver to finish the victory. Daytondave: Dayum! Pearce was a monster in that cage match. He strapped Tyler, tore up his face on the cage, piledrived him and left him laying. And nothing Black tried to do to Pearce even left a red mark. Maybe Tyler should learn his lesson and be careful what he wishes for. All right fans- it's time for our two championship matches! First off- a rematch for the Warfare Tag Team Championship! Can Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin regain the titles? WARFARE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP CHARLIE HAAS & SHELTON BENJAMIN defeated THE BRISCOE BROTHERS (MARK** & JAY) to win the Warfare Tag Team ChampionshipChaos in the tag team title match! Haas and Benjamin went after both Briscoes before the opening bell. Quick as a whistle, Haas took Jay out of the ring with a clothesline. Shelton blasted Mark with a flying knee smash, then tossed him to the canvas with a Northern Lights Suplex. Before Mark could recover, Shelton caught him in the T-Bone Suplex and pinned him cleanly! CHARLIE HAAS & SHELTON BENJAMIN REGAIN THE WARFARE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPSDaytondave: Unbelievable! That plan worked to perfection- just the way the former champs drew it up. They used a quick strike offense to get Jay out of the ring, and Shelton delivered the big play! The World's Greatest Tag Team is now the Warfare Tag Team Champions once again. The Briscoe Brothers? Dem Boys don't even know what hit them. So- the score now stands at one win for the Briscoes and one for Haas and Benjamin. So- in the Heartland fashion, we will settle this championship rivalry with a two-out-of-three falls showdown for the title! When we get that match booked, it will bring the house down! But for tonight- congratulations to Haas and Benjamin for an awesome victory! All right, fans- it's time for the Main Event! It's the Heartland Heavyweight Championship match- and it's always a special moment when the biggest prize in the Heartland is on the line! MAIN EVENT: HEARTLAND HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP AJ STYLES*** (c) pinned MIKE QUACKENBUSH****After a sensational event, AJ Styles survived a tough challenge from the FLW Cruiserweight Champion to retain his championship. Both men threw caution to the wind, flying inside the ring and out to the arena floor! The action was fast-paced and hard-hitting from the beginning, and Quackenbush nearly took the title when he delivered the Quackendriver II. But AJ kicked out, and mounted a comeback. He exploded off the ropes and drilled Quackenbush with a running spear! Quackenbush went down hard, and the AJ Air Show began. A springboard crescent kick from Styles nearly knocked Quack's head off! With victory in his reach, AJ went for the Styles Clash, and finished off a hard-earned victory. AJ STYLES RETAINS THE HEARTLAND HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPDaytondave: Congratulations to AJ for retaining his title! That was a rough match for both men- they filled the skies with planchas and topes- and in the end it was AJ who came out on top. Neither man has anything to be ashamed of after that match- but Quackenbush has got to be disappointed after losing such a tought contest. All right, fans- we're done here. Thanks for checking out tonight's pay-per-view! Congratulations to our new champions, CHEERLEADER MELISSA and THE WORLD'S GREATEST TAG TEAM. Heartland Championship Wrestling will be back one week from tonight when JR JAMES and the men of Old School return to action. That's our show, and I AM OUTTA HERE!

Heartland Championship Wrestling Old School Saturday Night February 11, 2012 (Card #415) Mitchell Athletic Center, Granville, Ohio The show opens with JR JAMES in the center of the ring with the microphone. The tune, "Old Time Rock 'N Roll" plays overhead as the fans cheer. JR: Good evening, fans of Heartland Championship Wrestling, and welcome to Old School Saturday Night! It is great to be back in Ohio, coming to you live from the beautiful campus of Denison, Ohio, just outside the capitol city of Columbus. And, it is great to be back on Warfare after a week off. At our last show, we saw one of the great upsets in Heartland history when MR. FUJI shocked the world and captured the Old School Heavyweight Championship! We'll here from our new champion later in tonight's broadcast. We have a loaded card in store for you tonight, fans, with a special grudge match in our Main Event. With MIKE ROTUNDA retired from the Heartland, his former tag team partner BARRY WINDHAM is on the warpath looking for revenge! His journey begins tonight, in a No Disqualification Grudge Match, against one of the men responsible for eliminating Rotunda- the so-called BLACK DEMON, CHRISTOPHER DANIELS! Now, let's head to the ring for tonight's opening contest! LES THATCHER* defeated DAVID TAYLOR** by submissionA very elegant and technical match between two skilled grapplers to open the show. After an excellent display of counter-wrestling from both men, Thatcher trapped Taylor in the Stump Puller and forced him to tap out. JR: Nice job by Thatcher to catch the duke. He is not a large man, but pound-for-pound he can compete with anyone in the business when it comes to wrestling knowledge and skill. BRADSHAW* pinned LARRY HENNIG**At the outset, Bradshaw seemed to want nothing to do with the powerful Hennig. Larry backed the big Texan into the corner and delivered a punishing series of body punches. Bradshaw was winded, and Hennig dropped him with The Axe for a two-count. Bradshaw fought back, smartly reversing a whip to the ropes and plastering Hennig with a DDT. Bradshaw rode that momentum to victory, pinning Hennig after a Big Boot. JR: Bradshaw remains the most controversial man in the Heartland, but when push comes to shove, he can still get the job done inside the squared circle. BRAD ARMSTRONG defeated FINLAY by disqualificationThe match had barely begun when DAVE TAYLOR stormed the ring! Taylor pulled Armstrong out of the ring by his ankles and took him to the concrete floor. Finlay joined in on the attack, retrieving his shillelagh and joining Taylor to beat down Armstrong on the floor, until BOB ARMSTRONG dashed to ringside to make the save. Taylor angrily swung out at both Armstrongs, then stormed to the microphone. Taylor: You people fail to realize the impressive talents of the fine European athletes which bless your territory! Brad Armstrong? That man is a proven loser, and any of you ignorant Yankees who would support such a buffoon have no place in this audience! Armstrong is a long-hair, underdeveloped, underachieving boy who is the very epitome of everything that has brought America to the point of crisis. My partner Finlay and I will do whatever it takes to clean up this territory and remove these soft American deadbeats! JR: Strong words indeed, and a strong statement by these Brits. Finlay and Taylor have not been here long, but tonight they have thrown down the gauntlet. Knowing the Armstrong Boys as I do, the response will be swift and it will be decisive! THE IRON SHEIK defeated DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE* by submissionThe battle for these men was brief, but intense. Several vicious exchanges took place at the turnbuckles, and Page gained the advantage by dropping Sheik with a spinning neckbreaker. But Dallas got greedy, and attempted to go to the top turnbuckle, where Sheik caught him and hurled him to the mat. Before Page could recover, Sheik locked him into the Camel Clutch and forced a painful submission. JR: One mistake in the ring can be costly. There is no question that Sheik's application of the Camel Clutch can bring a man to surrender. History has proven that time and time again, as one BOB BACKLUND will attest. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, as we have promised, at this time we bring you a special interview with the newly crown Old School Heavyweight Champion, MR. FUJI! Let's take you backstage where my broadcast colleague, LANNY POFFO, is standing by. The scene shifts backstage, where Lanny Poffo stands in the middle of a raucous scene. MR. FUJI holds the Old School Heavyweight Title over his shoulder, smiling. He is accompanied by MR. SAITO. In the background, KEN JEONG is tearing around the interview set, chasing AMBER O'NEAL. Amber is giggling and squealing. AL SNOW and TAJIRI are also seen in the background, both engaged in a deep conversation with HEAD. Lanny: It's an exciting scene back here, JR, as we celebrate with the Old School Heavyweight Champion. Mr. Fuji- congratulations! Before Fuji can speak, Ken Jeong runs into the scene and grabs the microphone.Jeong: Hooray for Mr. Fuji! Hooray for Ken Jeong! Mr. Fuji is champion of Old School! Ken Jeong is manager of champions! Ken Jeong is international playboy! Ken Jeong is dating best Heartland Lady! Come, Mr. Lanny, and party with international playboy! Mr. Saito grabs Poffo in a bearhug and carries him across the room. Amber pulls him by the arm and begins dancing with him. Fuji joins in on the dancing routine. Before long, the scene breaks down into uncontrolled frivolity.JR: Well... it would appear that the fun never ends for the new Heavyweight Champion. What a goofy lot! But make no mistake, ladies and gentlemen- Fuji is devious and dabgerous in that ring, and the presence of Ken Jeong at ringside makes him even more unpredictable indeed. Now that he has that belt around his waist, he will be a difficult champion to unseat. Can one of these next men be the heir to the throne? "SUPERSTAR" BILL DUNDEE pinned DUSTY RHODES**Shenanigans! Rhodes and Dundee staged a competitive match, going back and forth until BRADSHAW made his way to ringside. Both Dundee and Rhodes greeted him with a glare, and he tried to look innocent as he backed away from the ring, hands raised in the air. But Bradshaw picked his spot, and tripped up Rhodes coming off the ropes! Rhodes staggered, and Dundee launched himself with a flying spear to take Dusty down hard. Dundee immediately went to the top turnbuckle and delivered the Superstar Bomb to score the pinfall! After the decision, Bradshaw laughed at Rhodes and pointed. Rhodes glared back, but the referee held him back to prevent any escalation in the violence. JR: A disappointing match- and a costly loss- for Dusty Rhodes. Rhodes is already in a bad spot- he has lost a valuable ally in MIKE ROTUNDA- but the threat of Bradshaw and his men is still an ever-present reality. Perhaps our Main Event will bring an opportunity for Rhodes and his side to even the score! MAIN EVENT: GRUDGE MATCH - NO DISQUALIFICATION BARRY WINDHAM pinned THE BLACK DEMON****Windham was at the top of his game tonight, getting the best of the Demon in virtually every exchange. A pair of amazing Missile Dropkicks from Windham had the Demon in a bad way! Demon was reeling, and Windham destroyed him with a Flying Lariat to take the victory. After the decision, Windham made a move on the Demon and tried to take his mask! Demon wriggled free and escaped up the ring ramp, where Bradshaw quickly greeted him and escorted him to the back.JR: A nice win for Barry Windham in the Main Event! Not sure why he made a move on the mask. It's no secret that CHRISTOPHER DANIELS is the man behind it. What role Daniels will play with Bradshaw's men moving forward is unclear- but no question this is a man who is as unpredictable as he is dangerous. All right, ladies and gentlemen, this conludes tonight's broadcast. Thank you for joining us! We'll be back in one week with another great night of action, including a very special Main Event. You'll see a rematch for the Kentucky Heavyweight Championship when KILLER KOWALSKI defends against his good friend, ANGELO MOSCA. Until then, fans, so long from the Bluegrass State!

Heartland Championship Wrestling Wednesday Night Warfare February 15, 2012 (Card #416) Grand Opera House, Oshkosh, Wisconsin The show opens with the tune, "Pour Some Sugar On Me" by Def Leppard blasting over the speaker system. CHRISTY HEMME dances in the center of the ring as the fans buzz with anticipation. DAYTONDAVE hits the ring, resplendent in a European suit and scarf, holding the microphone as he prepares to start the show.Daytondave: Hey, fans! Welcome back to Wednesday Night Warfare! Me and the men of Heartland Championship Wrestling are back with another fantastic night ahead. We have a double Main Event tonight! First- a special challenge tag team match as the brand new team of AL SNOW and TAJIRI throws down against VAL VENIS & CHRIS CANDIDO. Val has been one teed off dude since his main squeeze, AMBER O'NEAL, got fired- and then got picked up by the so-called International Playboy, KEN JEONG. It might not be pretty if Val decides to take out his frustrations on Ken Jeong here tonight. And, in our final match of the evening, once again the Warfare Combat Championship will be up for grabs when COLT CABANA defends against CHRIS HERO. So relax, grab yourself a cold one, and enjoy the show! ADAM PEARCE pinned 2 COLD SCORPIO****It was a good fight, but Pearce was too powerful for Scorpio and wore him down as the match progressed. Pearce smelled the weakness in the tiring Scorpio, and pitched him to the arena floor, where he administered a brutal beating. When Scorpio had had enough, Pearce slid him back into the ring and finished him with a Jumping Piledriver. Daytondave: Pearce has been coming on strong since he hooked up with BRENT ALBRIGHT. You don't believe me? Just ask TYLER BLACK. Tyler is still pretty messed up after the beating Pearce gave him in the steel cage a couple weeks back. JERRY LYNN pinned TOMMY DREAMER*Two ECW legends hooked up in a very competitive match. Lynn made a mistake early in the match, allowing Dreamer to take the match to the arena floor. Dreamer put a whoopin' on Lynn, but Jerry managed to make his way back into the ring and survive the assault. Lynn turned the tables when he caught Dreamer charging the turnbuckle and nailed him with a hard back elbow smash! Dreamer was staggered, and Lynn immediately put him down with a Cradle Piledriver to earn the victory. Daytondave: That was a heckuva match. Dreamer is a tough man, but Lynn took all his best shots and came back for more. Kudos to Jerry for picking up the W. TAZ** pinned DELIRIOUS*****A wild match, inside the ring and out. Taz pummeled Delirious and tossed him around with his arsenal of suplexes, but Delirious kept coming back for more. Delirious baffled Taz with his antics and managed to put him down with a vicious knee at the turnbuckle to set up a sensational Shadows Over Hell! But Taz kicked out, and delivered a Dragon Tazplex which sent Delirious crashing to the canvas on the back of his head. Taz saw his opportunity, and delivered a crushing T-Bone Tazplex to finish him off. Daytondave: That little guy Delirious put up a terrific fight, but Taz is a human wrecking ball and he proved it here tonight. BRYAN DANIELSON** defeated TYLER BLACK* by disqualificationBlack wrestled at peak intensity tonight, despite suffering from a previous injury. Danielson took it to him from the start, working over the injured ribs and opening a gash on Black's head. Tyler got desperate, and retrieved a steel chair from ringside. When he waffled Danielson with the chair, the referee immediately called for the bell. Daytondave: What was up with that? Frustration? Survival? Who knows- but it has been a rough go for Tyler Black these past few weeks. Danielson is lucky to get out of that situation with his hide intact. All right, fans- let's check out some tag team action! SPECIAL CHALLENGE MATCH: NO DISQUALIFICATION VAL VENIS* & CHRIS CANDIDO* (w/ TAMMY SYTCH) defeated AL SNOW* & TAJIRI* (w/ KEN JEONG & AMBER O'NEAL)Insanity reigned as expected in this bizarre confrontation. Venis and Candido dominated most of the in-ring action, double-teaming on Tajiri throughout the contest. Ken Jeong was very little help at ringside, spending most of the match fawning over Amber. Venis was visibly upset, but Tammy prevented him from going after Amber and Jeong. Tajiri was beaten from pillar to post before finally tagging in to Snow, who hit the ring on fire and laid waste to both his opponents with multiple head butts! But Snow turned his attention to ringside momentarily, where Jeong and Amber were playing with Head. Desperate to join in the fun, Snow lost sight of Candido, who alertly nailed him with a baseball slide dropkick. Candido went to the top rope and delivered a crushing Blonde Bomb to capture the pinfall. Daytondave: That was about the goofiest thing I have ever seen! Snow let him get caught up in Amber's head games once again, and it cost his team the victory. A small measure of revenge for Venis and Candido, but I don't think Val will rest easy until this situation with Amber works itself out. All right, fans- just when you thought things couldn't get any more surreal, it is time for COLT CABANA to defend his Warfare Combat Championship!MAIN EVENT: WARFARE COMBAT CHAMPIONSHIP CHRIS HERO* pinned COLT CABANA*** to win the Combat ChampionshipIn a violent and action-packed Main Event, Chris Hero outfought Colt Cabana to capture the Combat title! Most of the match was contested on the arena floor, where both men dished out as much punishment as they took. In the end, Hero took control after an amazing moonsault, and finished an impressive victory with the Hero's Welcome. CHRIS HERO WINS THE WARFARE COMBAT CHAMPIONSHIPDaytondave: How about that? Chris Hero is the new Warfare Combat Champion! That moonsault was amazing- especially from a guy coming off the top rope at 6 foot 5! You gotta hand it to my man- he fought a terrific match tonight! After a successful reign as Tradition champion, Hero gets his first taste of Heartland gold. Give it up for the new champion! All right, fans- we're done here. It's been a great night here at the Opera House- thanks for checking us out! We'll be back next week with another show that you won't want to miss. Two out of three falls for the Warfare Tag Team Championship! THE BRISCOE BROTHERS will get their shot at revenge against the recrowned tag champs, CHARLIE HAAS & SHELTON BENJAMIN! And don't forget this weekend's broadcast of Old School, where you will see another outstanding rematch between KILLER KOWALSKI and ANGELO MOSCA. That's our show, and I AM OUTTA HERE!
