Glad that people seem to be enjoying the set! I think this was one of my favorite sets to work on. As Chad listed, there's a wide variety of guys (and gals!), so everyone should fine someone to make them happy!
I'm personally excited that we finally got Lou Thesz signed. I think his artwork is some of the best of any LOW set. I'm also looking forward to bringing in Memphis legends Eddie Gilbert and Bill Dundee into my USWA at some point.

I too thought this set had a lot of possible options for fellow promoters. With Lynn, Super Crazy and Venis you get some contemporary wrestlers for people who prefer using guys they have seen work. Thesz is huge and will hopefully be someone we can point to in the future when someone says "Well, who's in the game?" Gilbert, Sullivan and Fuji give you some leverage as far as manager/ring leader types, and Dundee was a major name and draw for a long time. The Sheepherders are a solid team and will also appeal to the hardcore fans. Muldoon is one of the most amazing characters I've ever researched. I highly suggest you see if your local library has a book called "Muldoon: the Solid Man of Sport" which is a great read. Mister X will be a fun curtain jerker. And Ty likes the chicks. Not sure who I'll eventually be using. I've got NWF booking done thru April 2011, so it will likely be after that unless I have a brainstorm (highly unlikely).

This is a fantastic set with something for everyone. From the card art to the stats I think everything is pretty much spot on. I already have plans for most of the guys (and gals) in my territory fed. Funny thing is on the boards I'll have to change Jazz' finisher to the B* Clamp as in my most recent fed posting the B word was censored ;D Also, thanks to guys like Ty and Vegas for all of their hard work in getting us some of these great names. It is really appreciated.

But then he listed it in the announcement of her card, so we had to do a quick change.

Thing about Eddie Gilbert is if he didnt die so young he would have been a MAJOR star!

I got Legends Ten in the mail on Saturday morning and so far I've already played out and posted some results that have included the debuts of Mr. X (on my Smackdown brand) and Super Crazy (on my EAWA brand where he has already won a match using the TRIPLE MOONSAULT) and Jazz (also on my EAWA brand) in my LOW fed Major League Wrestling. in the near future I also plan on soon debuting Jerry Lynn, Val Venis, the Sheepherders, Bill Dundee, Mr. Fuji, and Lou Thesz I'll debut all the others too once I decide how and where I want to use them my personal favorite cards are Lou Thesz, William Muldoon, Val Venis, Super Crazy, Jerry Lynn, and Jazz, but the entire set is a fantastic addition to Legends and I am glad to have them all! as others have mentioned, a great overall mixture of wrestlers as in terms of card strength we get a range of wrestlers from arguably the greatest wrestler of all time in Lou Thesz to perhaps the weakest card we'll ever get in Legends- Mr. X, and in terms of time period we get wrestlers ranging from the 1800s in William Muldoon to current active wrestlers such as Super Crazy, Jerry Lynn, and Val Venis. The GWF 2125 color card I got with my set was Sly Drury. At first today I thought about adding him to my LOW fed Major League Wrestling at some point too (after all the word "Legends" is on his card ,) but I probably won't do that even though I am still seriously considering adding Wolf with his LOW card from the original version of the LOW box set to my fed. I also think the art for all 14 cards looks great. Excellent job Steve Stanley! and thanks to Tim, Chad, and Cory for another outstanding job with writing these cards!

I am hoping to get my set Monday or Tuesday and I plan on adding most cards to my new massive undertaking, the relaunch of WCW.....I figure it's time to expand the CCW into a global company, hopefully things will work out with this expansion on my fed as I'll pretty much be using almost everything from the Legends sets, minus the Legends of the Future sets (thinking they could debut as a new younger version of the n.W.o. at some point)

So Sullivan, Fuji, and Gilbert all have wrestler cards AND Distractor ratings? I'm thinking of forming the 3 into a stable where one is always at ringside, since he has a DR and uses the Wrestler Interference Chart. I'm going to have some fun with these devious, underhanded three!

i just noticed something, did anyone else notice the background of Nora Greenwald's card? Yeah I noticed that right away, a nice touch for sure... I have to say the art for each wrestler is excellent and the innovative backgrounds for this set really make it all come together...
