Show #1 GWF Monday Mayhem January 4, 2119 Deimos Arena
-----
After the show opening and a huge pyro display we cut to ringside where Dragon Master and Vanity are standing by.
Dragon Master: Hello and welcome to New Beginnings, a rebirth and restart for the GWF!
Vanity: Luckily they still kept the best announcer in the business around...and they pulled you out of the mothballs too Dragon Master!
Dragon Master: Thanks buddy...I've missed you too. Ladies and gentlemen please welcome the commissioner of the GWF, Massif!
Massif makes his way down to the ring to a massive (no pun intended) reaction from the crowd. He steps into the squared circle and grabs a microphone.
Massif: I want to thank you all for coming out to the arena, and for tuning in tonight. This is a huge night for the GWF, and in honor of that we are going to crown the FIRST champion of the New Beginnings' era!
(The crowd goes wild!)
Massif: Tonight we will have an 8 man tournament...each match is a Titan Death Match...and at the end of the night the winner will be crowned the GWF Heavyweight Champion!
Dragon Master: What an announcement! What a huge first night for the return of the GWF! We'll be right back with our fist matchup after these commercial messages!
-----
Match 1: Sly Drury pins Endgame after a vicious baseball slide to the face at 12:09. 3*
During the match Drury whipped Endgame into the ring steps, busting him wide open. Endgame lost a significant amount of blood and Drury continually went after the wound. The baseball slide (right into that wound) was the final straw, knocking Endgame out and allowing Drury to advance in the tournament.
Vanity: A tremendous victory here for new comer Sly Drury...it looks like Thantos and Encubus made a wise choice when they added him to their team! This guy looks good in the ring. He reminds me of a young me...
Dragon Master: Oh he's much better than that...
-----
Match 2: Encubus pins Switchblade with the Gamemaster DDT in 5:15. 1*
Dragon Master: This sets up a very interesting match in round two as Encubus has to take on his ally Drury!
-----
Match 3: Swarm pins Disaster with the Hornet's Sting at 6:58. 2 1/2*
After the match Havoc and Paralyze hit the ring for a three on one attack, but Minotaur and Antak rush out to even the odds. The Gladiators think better of it and choose to walk away.
-----
In the back Sly Drury is taping up his wrists and getting ready for his second round match. Encubus walks up and sits down next to him.
Encubus: You were impressive out there tonight. Taking out Endgame...well done.
Drury: (grinning) Thank you. I just...
Encubus: Listen, you know why you were brought into the GWF by my Father and I. You know what your role is in this group...right?
Drury: Yes. But this tournament if for the Heavyweight title and...
Encubus: Exactly. And that title is my birthright. It belongs around my waist. That's where it's going to be at the end of the night. So when we go out there for round two...think about why you're here. Think about who brought you here. And do the right thing.
Encubus stands and exits the room, leaving a troubled looking Drury behind.
-----
Match 4: Kill Prey pins Bloodline with the Ambush (+5) at 14:28. 3*
Dragon Master: And so round two is set with Encubus facing off against Sly Drury, and Swarm taking on Kill Prey!
-----
Match 5: Sly Drury vs. Encubus
Encubus and Drury stand looking at one another across the ring as the bell rings. Encubus nods his head and Drury, looking angry and frustrated, lays down on his back.
Dragon Master: Are you kidding me? Is Sly Drury really going along with this? Is he going to just lay down and give Encubus a pass into the finals?
Vanity: Encubus is his boss! He's the leader of the group. Drury is doing his job.
Dragon Master: His job is to compete! His job is to try and win titles! How can he toss aside his self respect like this?
Vanity: Trust me, Thantos and Encubus are paying him enough to forget all about his self respect! It's the same way I can come out here and work alongside you every week if I think about my pay check first! Ha!
Encubus puts his boot on Drury's chest and the ref counts three. The match is over in less than a minute! 0*
The fans cascade down upon Encubus with boos as he saunters to the back grinning.
-----
Match Six: Kill Prey crushes Swarm with the Ambush (+5) at 10:02. 3*
Dragon Master: And so we move to the finals. Kill Prey has had two tough matches with Bloodline and Swarm, just barely eeking out wins and taking a lot of damage in the process. Encubus had a relatively easy first round match against Switchblade, and had a joke of a match in round two where Sly Drury laid down for him! It would seem that Encubus is fresh and well on his way to claiming the title!
-----
In the back David Kinsad is standing by with Kill Prey. Vin Strutter is jumping around and clapping his hands in the background.
Kinsad: Kill Prey you enter the tournament finals, but you've had two tough matches. How are you feeling?
Kill Prey: I came to the GWF to face the best, and I've made that clear since day one. I joined Strutter's team to win big matches and capture titles. Tonight I'm going to win my third match, and capture the biggest prize of them all...the GWF Heavyweight Title!
-----
We cut to another area backstage where Joy Elizabeth is standing by with Encubus. Thantos stands grinning next to his son.
Elizabeth: Encubus my first question is obviously about Sly Drury...was does it do for team morale when you ask a member of your squad to lay down so that you can advance without having a real match?
Encubus: Your first mistake is thinking that I care about team morale. Drury, Epoch, that Slave Dog of his...they all know what the goal of this group is. It isn't all for one and one for all..it's all about ME! The GWF Heavyweight Title is my birthright! It belongs to me! I am the son of the greatest of all time...and soon I will eclipse him! I will become the champion of all champions! Drury did what he was told to do, and he did his job well. He did what was right for the group...which is whatever is right for me.
Elizabeth: That sounds like a surefire...
Thantos: We don't need your opinions you airheaded bimbo! Encubus is going to dominate this federation like only one other man ever has...and that's me! Drury is being paid an insane amount of money to support him and back him up. This is a non issue! Move on to a new line of questioning!
Elizabeth: Very well...Encubus you move onto a final match against Kill Prey who has looked mighty impressive in knocking off Bloodline and Swarm. How do you prepare to take down the greatest hunter in the galaxy?
Encubus: Kill Prey is a tremendous talent, he was a great pickup for Vin Strutter. But he's not as good as me. Tonight I'll give him the match of his life...I'll make him into a superstar! But at the end of the night I'll be walking away with the title and the glory. Because Kill Prey might be master of the jungle, but I am the master of this game.
Encubus walks away, and we're ready for our main event!
-----
The Main Event: GWF Heavyweight Title Tournament Final: Encubus vs. Kill Prey
Kill Prey comes out swinging, tossing Encubus around the ring and crushing him with the falling net several times.
Dragon Master: Vanity I hate to point this out, but Encubus looks a bit rusty out there...one can't help but wonder if his lack of a second round match is hurting him...he can't seem to get out of first gear!
Vanity: Shut up! Shut up! C'mon Encubus! C'mon!
Dragon Master: Way to stay impartial....Kill Prey is going to the top...he might be...yes it's The Ambush! He goes for the cover! 1....2....Encubus slips his foot onto the ropes at the last second!
Vanity: That right there is what puts Encubus in a class all his own. He knows the ring, he knows where he is at all times, he...
Dragon Master: He's being stalked by Kill Prey who is climbing to the top again...he's setting up for another Ambush! Encubus stumbles to his feet...Kill Prey hits it again! 1....2....3! That's it! Encubus is embarrassed and pinned clean in the center of the ring!
Kill Prey pins Encubus after a second Ambush (+3) at 5:59. 2*
The show ends with Kill Prey holding his title aloft, looking mighty proud of his accomplishment. Vin Strutter (flanked by Steele Freak, Amazing Mann and Shann-Ra) rush out to celbrate with the champion!
Tune in next time for more exciting GWF action!

Show #2 GWF Monday Mayhem January 11, 2119 Deimos Arena
-----
We open on Vin Strutter in the locker room, instructing dozens of workers who are scurrying about and putting up decorations.
Strutter: No no no! We need more balloons! And a bigger banner! And those streamers simply wont cut it! This celebration is for the GWF HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! It has to be the biggest and the best!
We cut to ringside where Dragon Master and Vanity welcome us to the show.
Dragon Master: Vin Strutter, obviously preparing a huge celebration for GWF Champion Kill Prey...but that isn't the biggest news here tonight, Vanity the big news is that we are going to see first round matches in tournaments for the Interplanetary and Tag Team titles!
Vanity: Commissioner Massif has been busy, and not just at the buffet line! I do have to give him credit, he's put together some great tournament matches tonight!
Dragon Master: Indeed he has, as our main event will feature first round Interplanetary Title Tournament action with Payback taking on Sly Drury! And right now we go to the ring for our first match as Tristan faces off with The Amazing Mann!
-----
Match 1: Interplanetary Title Tournament Round 1: The Amazing Mann catches Tristan off guard with a vicious powerbomb (dropping him on his injured neck and back) and then locked on The Contortion at 1:07 for the submission win. 0*
-----
We see Massif in the back speaking to Endgame. Endgame grins and shakes Massif's hand and then walks away.
-----
Match 2: Tag Title Tournament Round 1 The Guardians earn a disqualification win over The Colonizers at 5:14 when Slave Beast rescues a retreating Epoch by slamming a chair into Valour's back. Valour, unphased by the hit, turns and chases Slave Beast to the back! 2*
-----
Massif makes his way to the ring and grabs a microphone.
Massif: Ladies and Gentlemen I want to come out here tonight and talk about The Rigel Rumble!
(The crowd goes bananas)
Massif: As you know that is not only the name of our upcoming Pay Per View show, it is also the name of the main event of that show. A twenty man, over the top rope battle royal! And the winner will receive a GWF Heavyweight title shot! So what I'd like to do now is announce the first man I've chosen to enter that match, and bring him out here for a few comments about the upcoming match...ladies and gentlemen...ENDGAME!
Endgame makes his way to the ring to a huge pop from the crowd. Before he can say one word, however, The Aethraen War March blares over the speakers! Disaster makes his way to the ring and gets nose to nose with Endgame!
Disaster: This man has proven NOTHING Massif! And somehow you think he deserves entry into this match? And to be called out here and trotted before these idiots for their approval?
Massif: Well Disaster...though I don't appreciate the interruption...you are ALSO going to be in the match. In fact...
Disaster: Good, good...so since we're both in the match...why wait?
With that Disaster slaps Endgame across the face! The two men grab one another band begin to brawl! Massif tries to break it up, but he has no chance by himself! GWF officials rush the ring and finally pull the two men apart!
Dragon Master: In the Rigel Rumble, if these two men get near each other all hell is going to break loose!
-----
Match 3: Tag Title Tournament Round 1. The Troubleshooters earn a count out victory over Animen Invasion when Muss tosses Antak into the ring steps and he is knocked out and unable to return to the ring at 8:23. 2 1/2*
-----
In the back Vin Strutter is still barking orders and setting things up for Kill Prey's celebration. Kill Prey and Shann Ra walk up, and Kill Prey rolls his eyes at the going's on. He taps Strutter on the shoulder.
Vin Strutter: Hey! Champ! You finally made it here! I have everything ready to go! The Amazing Mann has a terrific escape planned, the dancing girls are all oiled up, the elephant is out back being hosed down and...
Kill Prey: Vin...when I signed on to join your team we agreed we'd do things my way. You promised to take care of my contract, and to stay out of my way...I agreed to win matches and titles. (Kill Prey slaps the title belt on his shoulder) I've done my part. (He gestures to the balloons and banners) I don't want any of this. It's not my style.
Kill Prey walks off with Shann Ra, leaving Vin Strutter looking dejected.
-----
We cut to the ring where Sly Drury is coming out for the main event. He climbs into the ring and grabs a microphone.
Drury: I've been asked a million times in the past week why I agreed to lay down for Encubus in the Heavyweight title tournament. The answer, which you simpletons can't seem to comprehend, is that I'm here to do a job. To protect Encubus, and to HURT people.
I did my job last week! I hurt Endgame and took him out of the tournament. I made a clear path to the finals for my boss...and let me tell you I was paid very handsomely for my hard work. And tonight I move on to a new goal, and that is capturing the Interplanetary title!
-----
Match 4: Interplanetary Title Tournament Round 1: Payback crushes Sly Drury with the Exvenge (+6) in mere seconds! 0*
Dragon Master: Well any way you slice it, that was an embarrassing loss for Sly Drury. Payback was all business tonight!
-----
After a commercial break Kill Prey comes out to the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd.
Vanity: I still don't understand why he turned down Vin Strutter's celebration...have you ever been to one of Vin Strutter's parties?
Dragon Master: No, I've never been on the guest list. Does he put on a good party?
Vanity: I can't remember.
Dragon Master: Well it couldn't have been a very good party if you don't even remember it.
Vanity: Man you're lame...the parties you can't remember are always the BEST ones! HA!
Kill Prey: I have always...
Encubus' music hits and he makes his way out onto the main stage!
Encubus: I'm so sorry to interrupt champ, and I call you that now while I still can...because I've just been informed that at The Rigel Rumble it's me and you champ...one on one...for the GWF Title!
Kill Prey nods his head and grins, seemingly confident in his ability to defeat Encubus again. Encubus gives a sarcastic grin of his own and the show fades to black!

Show #3 GWF Monday Mayhem January 18, 2119 Pollux Ice Castle
-----
The show starts with a bang as Disaster, Havoc and Paralyze are in the ring!
Disaster: Massif I know you're here! I know you're listening to me! I want action! I want a match! I....WANT....ENDGAME! He's an overrated punk! I am tired of people talking about him being the favorite in the Rigel Rumble! I'm going to enter that match, toss 19 men to the floor, and then go on to take the GWF Title!
Disaster hands the microphone off to Paralyze.
Paralyze: Tonight The Gladiators take another step toward total dominance. Havoc and I will roll over Stars N Stripes on our way to the GWF Tag Team Titles. There will be no mercy in our souls! There will be nothing but malice in our hearts! Tonight we will HURT people and...
Havoc grabs the microphone away. Before he can speak Disaster takes it away from him and silences him with a ferocious look.
Disaster: Massif I want Endgame in this ring, and I want an answer tonight. If I don't hear word by the end of this show...I'm gonna come get that answer in person.
He drops the mic and Havoc and Paralyze follow him out of the ring.
-----
Match 1: GWF Tag Title Tournament Round 1: The Society of Death defeat Genesis when Tauran submits to The Betrayer's Total Betrayal at 4:02. 0*
A short match in which Anivar is not able to tag in. The Society of Death trap Tauran in the ring and beat him quickly. After the match they try to continue their assault but Tristan and Payback rush the ring and chase the heels off.
-----
Match 2: Interplanetary Title Tournament Round 1: Steele Freak pins Swarm after the Berzerk Pounding Assault at 5:27. 2*
Dragon Master: A shocker here as Swarm was heavily favored in this match.
Vanity: You never bet against crazy, and Steele Freak is grade A crazy!
-----
Match 3: GWF Tag Team Title Tournament Round 1: Havoc and Paralyze defeat Stars N Stripes at 14:33 when Paralyze pins American Guy after the Brutal Infliction. 2 1/2*
-----
We cut to the back where David Kinsad has found Commissioner Massif.
Kinsad: Commissioner you heard the demands made by Disaster earlier tonight...what do you have to say in reply?
Massif: Disaster is not a stupid man, and he knows I don't give in to demands. However I agree that Disaster and Endgame need to settle their differences in the ring. So next week, I'm going to give them that chance in a tag team main event. Disaster will team with Encubus to take on Endgame and GWF Heavyweight champion Kill Prey!
-----
In the back Bloodline and Switchblade are preparing for their first round tournament match.
Bloodline: Best of luck out there man.
Switchblade: Yeah, you too...you're going to need it.
They grin and shake hands. Bloodline turns and walks out into the hallway where he runs into Encubus.
Encubus: Funny...I knew you'd go the goody two shoes route and have an honest match with your underling instead of taking charge and telling him what do do.
Bloodline: That's right Encubus...I don't treat my teammates that way. I'd rather go out and lose an honest match than to win the way you did when you faced Sly Drury. I don't want to be like you and your father.
Encubus: And you never will be. Because at the Rigel Rumble I'm going to be the GWF Heavyweight Champion. And that's something you'll never, ever be.
Bloodline: Interesting. Well I'll tell you what, you do things your way...ordering guys to lay down for you, cheating to take every advantage...and I'll do things my way...working hard and winning on my own merits...and we'll so who becomes a champion first.
Bloodline shoulders his way past Encubus, leaving him looking furious in the hallway.
-----
Match 4: GWF Interplanetary Title Tournament Round 1: Bloodline defeats Switchblade with the Cosmic Big Bang (+5) at 16:15. 3*
A solid match that saw both men hit their finishers twice before the finish. After the match Encubus and Sly Drury rush the ring and attack Switchblade and Bloodline!
Dragon Master: This is disgusting! Encubus obviously enraged over Bloodline's comments to him earlier! He and Drury are beating Bloodline and Switchblade down!
Suddenly from the back Kill Prey rushes the ring with a Lepus Stun Rod in hand! Encubus rolls out of the ring, leaving Drury to take a vicious blow from the stun rod!
Dragon Master: The GWF Champion hits the ring and Encubus is off and running! Kill Prey has no love for Switchblade or Bloodline, but his hatred of Encubus is apparently enough to get him involved!
The show ends with Encubus backing up the rampway, looking enraged, and Kill Prey standing tall on the top turnbuckle with the stun rod and the GWF Title held high!

Show #4 GWF Monday Mayhem January 25, 2119 Pluto Sports Stadium 3
-----
We open the show with Dragon Master and Vanity at ringside.
Dragon Master: Hello and welcome to Monday Mayhem! With The Rigel Rumble just six days away Vanity, the excitement level here tonight is through the roof!
Vanity: Without a doubt! I was in the locker room earlier speaking with some of the GWF Superstars, and to a man, they are looking forward to the Rigel Rumble.
Dragon Master: And that's because so much is on the line at the event. Not only will we see all three of the GWF's titles decided, but we'll also have the 20 man over the top rope Rigel Rumble! But before we get there on Sunday, here tonight we have a huge show! Let's get to the ring for our first match!
-----
Match 1: GWF Tag Team Title Tournament Semi Finals: Havoc and Paralyze destroy The Society of Death in quick fashion with Paralyze crunches The Betrayer with the Paralyzer at 2:03. 1*
-----
We cut to the back where Disaster is watching his teammates victory on a monitor. He smiles and nods his head in approval. Encubus walks up and Disaster turns to face him.
Encubus: You know Disaster, I've been meaning to talk to you. I'm glad Massif teamed us up tonight. I've always had a great respect for the Gladiators, and for you as a wrestler. I feel that together we could be a force to be reckoned with...not just for tonight's main event...but in the future as well.
Disaster: Is that so? Well I've been meaning to talk to you too. I'm glad to team with you tonight because it means I can get my hands on Endgame. And if I don't mind getting in a few shots at Kill Prey too...doesn't hurt to beat on the Heavyweight Champion. But as far as the future goes...you deal with your business and I'll deal with mine.
Encubus: (sighs) Listen, I just...
Disaster: NO, you listen. I hope you go to the Rigel Rumble and win the belt. I honestly do. Because I'm going to win the Rigel Rumble and the title shot that comes along with it. And when I do...I'd like nothing better than smacking that smug look off your face and taking your belt.
Disaster walks off, leaving Encubus looking angry and a little worried.
-----
Match 2: Interplanetary Title Tournament Semifinals: Bloodline dominates Steele Freak from the start, and the wild man has no choice but to grab a chair and slam it into Bloodline's rib cage. Steele Freak is disqualified at 7:04. 2 1/2*
After the match Steele Freak is set to continue his assault, but a chair wielding Switchblade runs out and Vin Strutter pulls his man away.
As they back up the ramp Strutter tries to soothe Steele Freak.
Strutter: Not now Freak! Not now! You can get him in the Rumble! You'll show him then!
-----
Match 3: GWF Tag Team Title Tournament Semifinals: The Troubleshooters beat The Guardians when Muss pins Reckless at 8:18 after Muss Em Up. 2*
The Troubleshooters never allow Valour to tag into the match, trapping Reckless on their side of the ring and beating the youngster bloody before pinning him.
Dragon Master: And so the tag finals are set, at The Rigel Rumble it's going to be Havoc and Paralyze taking on the Troubleshooters!
Vanity: The Gladiators will look to roll over their opponents as they always do, but I think The Troubleshooters could give them some trouble. They're a very cohesive team!
-----
Endgame is walking through the back, seemingly looking for someone. He finally walks up to Kill Prey who is taping his wrists for tonight's main event.
Endgame: Kill Prey I know that we don't share much in common, but in the spirit of team work I'd like to offer you my hand in friendship.
Endgame reaches out. Kill Prey considers for a moment, and then shakes his hand.
Kill Prey: As you know I've come here to the GWF to hunt the biggest and the best. Even though I'm the champion I still look forward to facing all comers and topping all challenges. That includes you.
Endgame nods his head.
Kill Prey: But for tonight we can put that all aside and agree to focus on winning the match. For now, at least, the enemy of my enemies will be my friend.
-----
Match 4: Interplanetary Title Tournament Semifinals: The Amazing Mann drops Payback with the Incredible Neck Grip at 6:49. 2 1/2*
Dragon Master: A great win for The Amazing Mann, and what a match we'll have for the finals of the Interplanetary Title Tournament...Bloodline and The Amazing Mann!
Vanity: What a night The Rigel Rumble could be for Vin Strutter! Kill Prey has the GWF title, Amazing Mann could win the IP title, and Steele Freak is in the Rigel Rumble Battle Royal!
-----
Match 5: Disaster/Encubus vs. Endgame/Kill Prey
A very solid match that sees Endgame tossing Encubus around the ring. Kill Prey tags in, and Encubus makes the tag to Disaster. Disaster uses his power advantage to get several near falls on the champion. Finally Encubus tags in and nails Kill Prey with the 2nd Coming for the pin at 15:50. 3*
Dragon Master: Encubus pins The GWF Champion just six nights before their title match at the Rigel Rumble! What a huge win for the challenger!
Vanity: This can't make Kill Prey or his manager Vin Strutter very happy. And what about Disaster? He wanted this match to get his hands on Endgame and they never got a chance to get in the ring together!
Dragon Master: Indeed, and so it would appear that their first chance to lock horns will come this Sunday at the Rigel Rumble! We'll see you there folks!
-----

Coming Up Next: The GWF Rigel Rumble!

Show #5 GWF Rigel Rumble (PPV) January 31, 2119 Rigel Supra Dome
-----
A huge pyro display opens the show and we go to ringside where Dragon Master and Vanity are standing by.
Dragon Master: What a night we have before us Vanity, with three huge title matches plus the 20 man over the top rope Rigel Rumble!
Vanity: And perhaps the best news of all, you get to call all of the action with me! Ha!
Dragon Master: Aren't I lucky...anyhow let's go backstage to our roving reporter David Kinsad. He's standing by with breaking news on the Interplanetary Title Tournament match!
David Kinsad: Thank you Dragon Master, and yes huge news here at the top of our broadcast as a big change has been made in our opening match. We hear that over the last few days Vin Strutter made a request to Commissioner Massif that tonight's Interplanetary title tournament final between Strutter's Amazing Mann and Bloodline be made into a best 2 of 3 falls match. Gentlemen I can now confirm that Massif has indeed made that change, and our opening bout will be a 2 of 3 falls contest. Back to you Dragon Master and Vanity!
Dragon Master: Wow, big news indeed and Vanity what reason would Vin Strutter have to request a 2 of 3 falls match?
Vanity: Well I don't want to give too much away, but my sources have told me that Bloodline suffered a rib injury this past Monday on Mayhem when Steele Freak slammed him with a chair. I think Vin Strutter feels that The Amazing Mann can use that rib injury, and his extensive submission skills, to wear Bloodline down over the course of a longer match. It takes away Bloodline's ability to hit a high impact move like the Cosmic Big Bang and take the match quickly.
Dragon Master: Sound strategy on the part of Vin Strutter. Well enough talk, let's get to the introductions and start the show!
-----
Match 1: Best 2 of 3 Falls: Interplanetary Title Tournament Final: Bloodline vs. The Amazing Mann
The two men trade holds back and forth early on. It becomes obvious that Bloodline does have a rib injury and Mann is focusing his attack there. Bloodline nails Amazing Mann with the Shining Star (busting him open in the process) and climbs up top for the Cosmic Big Bang.
Vanity: And this is exactly why Vin Strutter wanted two of three falls...Bloodline hits this and the fall is over, but not the match!
Dragon Master: Bloodline flies in the air...and The Amazing Mann rolls out of the way!
Bloodline crashes into the canvas ribs first! Amazing Mann rolls over and locks on the Contortion! Bloodline has no choice but to tap out! The Amazing Mann takes the first fall at 21:04.
The referee separates the men and we start fall two. After several more near falls on both sides, Bloodline hits the Shining Star and scores a pinfall at 32:16! We're all tied up!
Dragon Master: And it all comes to this, the third and final fall!
Bloodline keeps on the advantage, throwing the Amazing Mann all over the ring. He goes up for The Cosmic Big Bang and misses for a second time! Once again the Amazing Mann locks on Contortion! This time Bloodline is unconscious and the referee calls for the bell at 34:51. 4 1/2*
After the match the fans give both men a standing ovation for one hell of a match!
Dragon Master: Both men gave it their all, what a fantastic start to the show!
Vanity: Never, ever downplay the intelligence of Vin Strutter. His plan worked to perfection and now The Amazing Mann is the FIRST Interplanetary champion of this era!
-----
In the back Epoch bursts into the locker room looking for Slave Beast. He finds him and yanks him to his feet.
Epoch: What number did you draw in the Rigel Rumble? Huh? Is it better than mine? If so hand it over!
Slave Beast: Ummm...well sir it...I mean...aren't we supposed to...it's a random draw and....
Epoch starts shaking him back and forth.
Epoch: I said hand it over you twit! Or....
Commissioner Massif steps into frame behind Epoch and taps him on the back.
Epoch (turning to face him): Sigh....what do you want?
Massif: I know what number you drew Epoch, and that's where you'll enter the Rumble. People need to learn that things are different in the GWF now. The board of directors is 100% behind me. There will be no questioning my authority. There will be no underhanded tricks. You keep that in mind.
Massif walks off and Epoch smiles to himself.
Epoch: We'll just see about that Massif...we'll just see.
-----
Match 2: GWF Tag Title Tournament Finals: The Troubleshooters defeat Havoc and Paralyze at 6:02 when Bomb pins Paralyze after Trouble Times Two. 2*
-----
In the back Disaster is furious that his teammates have lost. He slams his hand into a wall (creating a huge hole in it) and stomps out of the room. The camera pans to show Endgame looking on, concerned.
Vanity: What is that creep Endgame doing lurking around?
Dragon Master: Well Endgame, Valour and Reckless have made it well known that part of their role in the GWF is to keep an eye on the Gladiators. And Disaster has made it clear that he wants to get his hands on Endgame. I feel that those two men will tear into one another if they get the chance in the Rigel Rumble tonight!
-----
Encubus and Thantos hit the ring, readying themselves for one of our two main events. Encubus takes the microphone from the ring announcer.
Encubus: As I stand here tonight, looking out into this sea of humanity, thinking about all of you watching at home...I can't help but feel sorry for all of you.
(A chorus of boos from the crowd.)
Not because you deserve my pity...because you don't...and not because I really care about any of you...because I most certainly do not...but because you will all live your tiny, pathetic, insignificant lives...you'll work at low paying jobs, marry ugly women, have even uglier children...and you'll have to do all that without ever knowing what it's like to be....a champion. A winner. To be exceptional.
(Encubus sucks chants break out.)
But perhaps even greater than the pity I feel for you is the pity I feel for Kill Prey. Because as we speak he IS a champion. He got a fluke win over me in the tournament finals...but that's beside the point. He IS a champion. So it's going to be even worse for him when I beat him tonight. Because he will have to live the rest of his life knowing that he wasn't good enough to keep his title. He wasn't good enough to remain a champion. He wasn't as good...AS ME.
(The crowd is booing so loud that Encubus has to shout his last sentiments over them.)
So tonight prepare to view history. Prepare to cheer your little hearts out. Because tonight Encubus takes what should have been his all along. Tonight I take what I have been destined to take since the day I was born...my birth right....MY GWF HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE!
-----
match 3: GWF Heavyweight Title. Kill Prey (c) vs. Encubus
Encubus, true to his word before the match, attacks Kill Prey's knee mercilessly and locks on the Maffei Masterlock for the submission win at 3:04. 0*
Dragon Master: Well congratulations to Encubus, but Vanity I think Kill Prey may be seriously hurt.
Vanity: It sure looks that way, he had to tap out to avoid an even more serious injury to his knee...Encubus isn't just all talk. He's a dangerous, dangerous wrestler!
Dragon Master: Indeed he is, and he is the heavyweight champion! The only question that remains tonight is who will win The Rigel Rumble, thereby earning the right to challenge Encubus to a title match?
-----
Match 4: GWF Rigel Rumble:
GWF Ring Announcer Joel Andrews: Ladies and Gentlemen it is now time for the Rigel Rumble. Our first two entrants will come to the ring, and a new competitor will join the match every two minutes after that. The only way to be eliminated is to be thrown over the top rope and have both feet hit the floor. And now the man who drew number one....
Epoch's music hits! He comes to the ring looking furious!
Dragon Master: No wonder he wanted to switch! Things aren't looking good for the Deep Space Assassin!
Joel Andrews: And now the man who drew number two!
Tristan's music hits and the fans go wild! Tristan and Epoch will start off the match!
Epoch is #1 Tristan is #2 Disaster is #3 Disaster eliminates Epoch with the Rampage at 3:56 Tauran is #4 Steele Freak is #5 Swarm is #6 Minotaur is #7 Slave Beast is #8 Disaster eliminates Tauran with the Rampage at 13:38 Tanck is #9 Tristan eliminates Tanck via Thunder Fire Driver at 14:47 Switchblade is #10 Swarm backdrops Steele Freak to the floor at 17:25 Valour is #11 Switchblade eliminates Valour with a spin kick at 19:01 Antak is #12 Swarm eliminates Slave Beast with Hornet's Sting at 21:47 Anivar is #13 Anivar clotheslines Disaster over the top rope at 23:15 Payback is #14 Payback eliminates Antak at 24:24 Sly Drury is #15 The Betrayer is #16 Tristan dumps The Betrayer after The Arcana at 29:18 Endgame is #17 Switchblade eliminates Sly Drury after Blade of Retribution at 31:55 American Guy is #18 American Guy dumps Anivar at 32:13 Reckless is #19 American Guy dumps Reckless at 35:40 US Male is #20 US Male dumps Payback at 36:50 Swarm clotheslines American Guy over the top at 38:07 Endgame dumps US Male at 40:01 Swarm dropkicks Endgame over the top at 44:55 Tristan suplexes Swarm to the floor at 45:35 Minotaur dumps Tristan with Minotaur's Charge at 46:02 Minotaur dumps Switchblade with Minotaur's Charge at 46:40
Minotaur wins the Rigel Rumble!
Dragon Master: A huge win for Minotaur! Great showings in the tournament by Swarm with 4 eliminations and Tristan who lasted the longest, but Minotaur is the big winner!
Vanity: Mostly we think of him as a tag wrestler, but if I were Encubus I'd be worried...this guy is big, strong and mean!
Dragon Master: Well that's it here for the Rigel Rumble! Tune in tomorrow night for Monday Mayhem! Goodnight Folks!

Show #6 GWF Monday Mayhem February 1, 2119 Saturn Palladium
-----
We open the show with Dragon Master and Vanity at ringside and Anivar standing in the ring.
Dragon Master: Ladies and gents welcome to our show, and a huge match to start things off here as Disaster has requested a match with the man who eliminated him from last night's Rigel Rumble, Anivar!
Vanity: This is not going to be a good night for Anivar...an angry Gladiator is a very, very dangerous Gladiator.
The Aethraen War March blares over the loudspeakers and Disaster makes his way to the ring. He grabs the microphone.
Disaster: I'll keep it short and sweet...Anivar you made a big, big mistake last night when you went after me. You took away my chance to win the Rigel Rumble and get a shot at the GWF Title. For that...tonight...I'm going to make an example of you. Every wrestler in the back needs to sit up and pay attention.
-----
Match 1: Disaster dominates Anivar, crushing him with the Decapitator for the pinfall at 5:03. 0*
After the bell he continues kicking and stomping Anivar. Tauran runs in to save his tag partner, but Disaster catches him with a vicious clothesline and sends him over the top rope too. He turns to continue his assault on Anivar, but Endgame rushes out and nails Disaster with a dropkick right to the mush! Disaster topples out of the ring, but lands on his feet. He backs his way up the ramp, never taking his eyes off Endgame.
-----
After a commercial break Vin Strutter leads the brand new Interplanetary Champion The Amazing Mann out to the ring.
Vin Strutter: They call me the manager of champions! I am a great leader of men! I take mere wrestlers and transform them into SUPERSTARS! Ladies and gentlemen, here is your Interplanetary Champion, The Amazing Mann!
Mann: You know Vin, I'm very proud to hold this title and to be the Interplanetary champion. And I'm proud of the match I had with Bloodline last night. He gave me one hell of a match, and I'd like to ask him to come out here right now.
Vin Strutter looks surprised by this announcement. Bloodline's music hits and he makes his way to the ring.
Mann: Bloodline, I don't like you. I think you've become a goody two shoes. But I do respect you, and I'd like to shake your hand.
Bloodline looks a little suspicious, but he reaches out and shakes Mann's hand.
Mann: As you know, I like to show off my wrestling skills just as much as I like to show off my escape skills. So in the interest of that, I'd like to offer you the first shot at my title...at Night of Champions!
The fans cheer wildly! Bloodline nods his head and shakes Mann's hand again! Vin Strutter looks infuriated!
-----
The Troubleshooters make their way to ringside with Phantasy. They provide guest commentary during the next match.
-----
Match 2: Elimination Tag Match for the Tag Team Title Top Contendership: Stars N Stripes vs. The Colonizers vs. Society of Death vs. Fighting Titans.
Payback falls victim to the Betrayer's All Fall Down at 10:15. Epoch submits to Tanck's lifting hammerlock at 21:12. Betrayer goes for a top rope splash but misses, and US Male rolls him up for the win at 32:08!
Dragon Master: And Stars N Stripes win the match, and earn a title match at Night of Champions! Bomb...Muss...your thoughts?
Bomb: Like I've been saying all match long Dragon Master, it doesn't matter who we face. The Troubleshooters are on a whole other level from these other teams. Tell 'em Muss!
Muss: My main man the Bomb is right on the money! Stars N Stripes as top contenders? Man they're top pretenders! The Troubleshooters are the only team that matters in the GWF! These belts aren't going anywhere!
-----
After the commercial Sly Drury makes his way to the ring with a microphone in hand.
Drury: Switchblade...you got lucky last night when you eliminated me...and I'll have more to say about that later. But I want to talk about my match tonight with Minotaur!
The fans cheer for the winner of the Rigel Rumble.
Drury: Yeah yeah yeah, cheer that stinking animal all you want. Deep down you all know that he's nothing but a big pile of bull crap! He's a joke! He's a fraud! And Encubus is going to make hamburger out of him!
The fans boo Drury and a "Sly Sucks" chant starts up.
Drury: So tonight, Minotaur, I'm going to prove that you got lucky last night too. I'm going to prove that the emperor has no clothes. I'm going to beat you silly, and then send you home after Last Call.
-----
Match 3: Sly Drury nails Minotaur with Last Call for the pin at 8:21. 2*
-----
In the back Thantos and the Society of Death are watching Drury's win. Thantos claps his hands together and grins.
Thantos: Excellent! Let's go and get ready for my son, he should be here any minute and I have a feeling he'll be in the mood to celebrate!
-----
Disaster is in the back with Thrash, Havoc and Paralyze. He is giving his teammates a talk to pump them up for their match with The Guardians.
Disaster: You two do to them what I did to Anivar earlier tonight! Crush them! Show them who the dominant team in this federation is!
Paralyze: Yeah, and maybe then that punk Massif will give us a title shot. I can't believe we weren't even put in the top contender's match.
Disaster: We don't need anything from Massif. We will go out there and decimate everyone in our paths. The Guardians, The Troubleshooters, Anivar, that stinking Endgame...we'll crush them all and then they'll have no choice but to give us title shots...because there wont be anyone left that's healthy enough to wrestle!
Havoc: Speaking of Endgame...I'm not the type to question authority, but he came out and ruined your attack on Anivar. Shouldn't you take care of him?
Disaster (looking annoyed): Oh I'm going to do something about it. I've been trying to get that match signed for weeks, but Massif seems reluctant to make it happen. So next week I'm going straight to Endgame and challenging him to a match at Night of Champions...face to face.
-----
Match 4: Havoc and Paralyze defeat the Guardians at 2:03 when Paralyze hits The Paralyzer on Reckless. 0*
Dragon Master: Wow, a great night for the Gladiators as they pick up two big wins. And next week Disaster plans to challenge Endgame to a match!
-----
Thantos, Sly Drury and The Society of Death come out to the ring. Thantos grabs the microphone.
Thantos: Get up on your feet, and shut your mouth you vile maggots! Open your eyes and take in the glory of the NEW GWF Heavyweight Champion....Encubus!
Encubus comes out to the ring with the GWF Title around his waist and a smug look on his face.
Encubus: Thank you Father, Sly, Tanck, Betrayer...and thank you all for being here to witness history. Last night I did exactly what I said I would do to Kill Prey. I put him in the Maffei Masterlock and I made him tap out. His knee is in such bad shape that he's not here tonight. In fact I've heard rumors he may be out for quite some time thanks to me.
The fans boo this.
Encubus: And now I turn my attention to my next opponent, and as Sly Drury proved earlier tonight, it shouldn't be much of a challenge at all. In fact...
Suddenly the music of the Animen hits, and Minotaur, Swarm (with She Devil) and Antak come down to surround the ring. Encubus and his men look worried. Minotaur grabs a microphone.
Minotaur: Encubus you want to call me a joke? You think I'm not legit? You think I won the Rigel Rumble on a fluke? Well we just talked to Massif and next week you're going to get to see for yourself what I can do in the ring. It's going to be an 8 man tag match....your 4 men against The Animen...and Switchblade!
Switchblade's music hits and he rushes the ring! The show ends with all 8 men brawling inside the ring!

Show #7 GWF Monday Mayhem February 8, 2119 Omicron Omniplex
-----
The show opens with Dragon Master and Vanity in the ring to introduce the program. Before they can start the GWF Tag Team Champions, The Troubleshooters, hit the ring and grab the microphone!
Muss: The Tag Team Champions are here! Everyone in this building needs to stand up and give respect to Bomb, Muss and Phantasy! Get on your feet!
Bomb: Muss is absolutely correct! We are the premiere tag team in this industry! We are the top of the heap! And you people have never given us the respect we deserve!
Muss: And now we gotta fight Stars N Stripes? We got those fools at Night of Champions? Are you kidding me? Is this a joke? Because I'm not laughing! How did this suckers even get a title shot?
Bomb: Stars N Stripes...a couple of redneck hicks from Earth...and you people think they can hang in the same class as us? Please! We're going to send them back to whatever trailer park they came from, and have them crying for their momma's!
Suddenly The National Anthem of the United States of America plays over the loudspeakers and Stars N Stripes rush out with Latasha at their side! American Guy grabs the microphone away from Bomb.
American Guy: You know, back on Earth there's an old, old country song that says it's time for a little less talk and a lot more action...and I think everyone in this arena agrees with that...so...
With that he bashes Bomb in the face with the mic! The two teams (and their valets) begin brawling all around the ring. GWF officials have to rush out and break things up.
Dragon Master: What a way to start the show! The Troubleshooters had better be careful, they have a non title match coming up later tonight against Genesis! I hear our robotic cameras have picked up something in the back...let's go to the that now!
-----
In the back we see Epoch and Vin Strutter talking quietly. Epoch takes out an envelope and passes it to Strutter who flips it open, quickly counts the money inside, and then grins. He shakes hands with Epoch and walks off.
Epoch turns to see Slave Beast waiting for him.
Slave Beast: Master, if it wont anger you...may I ask what that was all about?
Epoch (grinning): It wont anger me...I'm in a very good mood tonight. At the Rigel Rumble Massif told me he's keeping an eye on me. Now I don't want to disappoint him, so I've given Vin Strutter a little cash incentive to carry out a plan for me. I've picked out my first target for destruction in the New Beginnings era, and tonight the wheels go into motion. We'll see how Massif likes it when I bring a little chaos into his life.
-----
Match 1: Endgame defeats Steele Freak with the Rolling Figure 4 at 6:15. 3*
Dragon Master: Well a valiant effort on the part of Steele Freak, but Endgame proves too much for him on this night.
The Aethraen War March plays and Disaster makes his way to the ring! Massif, apparently expecting this after Disaster warned of a face to face challenge last week, leads a team of officials out to the ring to keep the two men from tearing into one another. Disaster has a microphone with him.
Disaster: There's been enough dancing around the subject Endgame! Neither of us has the GWF Title right now, but we both think that we are the best in this federation...I know you don't have to guts to admit that, but I do. I think I'm the best, and I want to prove it against the best. I want you in the ring at Night of Champions. 1 on 1.
Endgame, glaring at Disaster, simply nods his head. Massif takes the microphone.
Massif: Very well, it's obvious you two need to settle some issues, and I think Night of Champions is the place to get it done. Endgame vs. Disaster, one on one, at Night of Champions!
The crowd erupts with applause. Massif holds up his hand to quiet them, as he isn't done with his proclamations yet!
Massif: And as a preview of that match, next week I'm going to give you two the chance to get in the ring together. It will be a tag team match, and you may both pick your own partner. Good luck gentlemen.
Vanity: Endgame made a big mistake agreeing to this match. He's been ducking Disaster for weeks and he should have kept it up!
Dragon Master: Ducking him? He looked ready to leap into the fray right here and now! Not only will we see them in a 1 on 1 match at Night of Champions, but next week we'll see each of them picking a tag partner and facing off in the ring!
-----
Match 2: Non Title: GWF Tag Team Champions The Troubleshooters defeat Genesis at 3:04 when Bomb pins Tauran after Trouble Times Two. 1/2*
Dragon Master: Well the Tag Champions are certainly looking dominant, and...wait a minute, what's all this?
As Anivar is helping Tauran up, Steele Freak rushes the ring with a folding chair! He clobbers Anivar from behind and then slams the chair into Tauran's ribs over and over again! Steele Freak is screaming and frothing at the mouth standing over the two men.
Dragon Master: What is the meaning of this?
Epoch (flanked by Slave Beast) walks out on the main stage laughing and grinning.
Dragon Master: Now I see, this is the plan that Epoch and Vin Strutter agreed to earlier in the night. Despicable!
Epoch: I have a challenge Tauran...you and Anivar against me and Slave Beast at night of champions. I know you aren't really in shape to answer right now, so I'll await your response next week.
With that he turns and leaves, with Slave Beast and Steele Freak both following behind him.
-----
We cut to the back where David Kinsad is standing by with Bloodline.
Kinsad: Bloodline up next you face GWF Interplanetary Champion The Amazing Mann. The winner of your match gets to pick the stipulation for your title match at Night of Champions. I have to ask...if you win, what stipulation will you pick?
Bloodline: Well David, we just saw that miserable Steele Freak come down and attack two good men in Tauran and Anivar. I trust that The Amazing Mann wants to have a good match, but I don't trust the company he keeps! Steele Freak and Vin Strutter are nothing more than scumbags, and I know Strutter will do whatever it takes to keep the belt on his man. So if I win tonight, I'm going to pick a stipulation that will keep Steele Freak and Strutter out of the picture. When I win tonight, I want a Cosmic Cage Match at Night of Champions!
-----
Match 3: Winner picks the stipulation at Night of Champions: Non Title: GWF Interplanetary Champion The Amazing Mann vs. Bloodline.
A terrific match that see multiple pin and submission attempts from both men. Near the end of the match Vin Strutter throws a handful of paralyzing powder into Bloodline's face! Bloodline is trapped in the Contortion but he fights to the ropes to get out of the hold. Bloodline come back with the Vertebreaker and follows that up with the Cosmic Big Bang (+3) for the pinfall at 12:39. 4*
Dragon Master: Wow, what a fantastic match! Bloodline combats the odds, and at Night of Champions it will be a Cosmic Cage Match for the Interplanetary Title!
-----
We cut to the back where The Animen are getting for for our main event, 8 man tag match.
Swarm: Alright, Antak you ready to roll?
Antak: You know it Swarm. Minotaur you set?
Minotaur sits silent, his head down and his shoulders slumped.
Swarm: Minotaur...what's up?
Minotaur: Everyone is saying I'm a joke Swarm. Everywhere I go people act like Encubus retaining his title is the only possible outcome at Night of Champions. What if...what if they're right? What if I'm not good enough to beat him?
Swarm: Are you kidding me? You won the Rigel Rumble! Do you think that was a fluke?
Minotaur: Well...no but...
Swarm: Of course it wasn't a fluke! I was in that match with you and you were an animal! You were the strongest guy out there!
Antak: He's right! You punched me in the head during the match and it nearly knocked my head off.
Minotaur looks up and grins.
Minotaur: Man, you guys know just want to say. You're right, I can't let this stuff get in my head.
Swarm: Of course not! We've got no worries. At Night of Champions me and Antak are taking on The Society of Death. Switchblade has signed on for a singles match against Drury. We'll make sure all of Encubus' allies are too hurt to try and interfere in your match. All you've gotta do is go out there and PROVE to him that you're no joke.
Minotaur stands and slaps his partners on the back.
Antak: Ow! Take it easy man!
Minotaur: Ha! Let's go kick some behinds guys!
-----
Match 4: 8 Man Tag Match: Encubus, Sly Drury and The Society of Death vs. Minotaur, Switchblade and Animen Horde
During the match Minotaur tags in and goes after Encubus! Encubus bails to the floor where Thantos throws a clothesline on Minotaur right in front of the ref! The referee calls for a DQ at 6:48. 2*
After the decision all 8 men continue to brawl in and around the ring! Swarm and Tanck brawl into the audience. Antak and Betrayer take one another out with a vicious double clothesline on the rampway. Switchblade and Sly Drury go brawling up the ramp and into the back. Minotaur finds himself alone with Encubus!
Dragon Master: Minotaur has Encubus cornered in the ring...but here comes Thantos and he's got a chair!
Minotaur spins around and blasts Thantos with a punch! Thantos drops the chair, but Encubus picks it up and slams it across the back of Minotaur's skull! Minotaur is knocked out cold!
Encubus begins shouting instructions to Thantos who goes out and pulls a small bag from under the ring.
Dragon Master: And what is this....what's in that bag? What does the GWF Heavyweight Champion have planned here?
Encubus pulls a small device out and turns it on. It becomes obvious that it's a small lazer saw. Thantos holds Minotaur's head up, and Encubus uses the saw to cut off one of his horns!
Dragon Master: We need officials out here right now to stop this! This is a terrible show of disrespect by Encubus!
(Quick history note for readers and fans, many hundreds of years ago on Andromeda a heroic group of horned animen were defeated in battle. Their opponents, not satisfied with victory, cut the horns off of all their prisoners of war. Since that time the cutting or breaking of the horns of an animen is recognized through the galaxy as the ultimate sign of disrespect.)
He looks to cut off the other horn, but Swarm is able to free himself from Tanck and rush back into the ring. Encubus and Thantos bail out, but the damage has been done.
Dragon Master: I can't even look at Encubus right now...this man is our champion and THIS is the kind of behavior he engages in? Disgusting...a disgusting display here tonight.
Vanity: I don't normally agree with you, but...yeah I think Encubus crossed a line here. That's something you just don't do to a horned animan.
The show ends with Swarm in the ring checking on Minotaur, and Encubus walking up the ramp with the horn in his hand, holding it aloft and grinning wildly.
