Galaxy Clash IIIHitmen for Hire vs The TitansThe cage forms around the ring and the action gets started. The Hitmen were dominating The Titans as they took Boxer to task. Billy finally made the tag out to Lord nexus who got dropped by Bounty Hunter before a Collection Crunch by Black Market. Palecai went for
DUST UP, but Nexus ducks the powder and plants Sorm with the
TITAN DROP. Sorm manages to kick out at 2 and an half. Palecai took a lot of punishment before he countered Pulsar as Darsincor came in for the Smuggler Smack. Sorm blasted Pulsar with a loaded glove and Bounty Hunter finished him off with the
AMBUSH.
The Neptunian SpaceCroppers vs Beauty and the BeastThe Creeper has Beast-rider's number as he catches him with a shoulder breaker, and as Beast-rider is rising, blasts him with a heart punch to secure a lightning quick win for his team. Renegade goes after The Creeper, but is hit in the face with a blast of perfume by Vanity. Beauty and The Beast retreat up the ramp.
The COTG vs The Royal Court This was a totally one sided beat down on Exo-King by the COTG. All three members of the COTG took turns pounding on Exo-King before Mesmer locked on
BLACKOUT. Killer Queen made a move to save Exo-King, but is stopped.
The Greek Gods vs The King's MenActagon tried to end things early by locking in the
GRECIAN SLEEPER GRIP, but the Cygnus native escaped, and was able to gain the momentum. Terror tags in Executioner who delivers a short burst of offense before tagging Comrade Terror back in. Actagon manages to make the tag to Proteus, but Comrade Terror dodges Proteus' attack and he spills to the outside. Proteus crawls back into the ring to beat the count and is hit with back to back
ATOMIC WARHEADS. Actagon attempts to make the save and is run down by Executioner with a Hangman's Clothesline.
Freedom Fighters vs The Gladiators of Aethra (5 stars)The Freedom Fighters are on the ball as US Patriot takes Massacre down quickly and tags in Vlad Hammer. Vlad delivers some offense before tagging in US Patriot for the
SUPERPOWER SUMMIT. Brute roars into the ring and yanks US Patriot up for a Gladiator Piledriver before the referee orders him out. The referee starts a count on both men. US Patriot gets to his feet first and executes the
FREEDOM FLYER. The referee drops for the count. ONE...TWO...NO! Once again Brute comes in for the save. The referee escorts Brute form the ring allowing The Freedom Fighters to hit a double drop kick and Patriot goes for the pin yet again. Massacre had recovered enough to kick out. US Patriot tags in Vlad Hammer and he attacks Massacre. Massacre counters a shot by Hammer and tags in Brute. Brute runs Hammer over, but the young man manages to fight back and make the tag to US Patriot. Patriot hits a flying dropkick, a US Blast, and a
FREEDOM FLYER. Brute kicks out. Patriot hits the
FREEDOM FLYER again and Brute kicks out again. Patriot grows frustrated and tosses Brute from the ring before coming off the top rope to the floor...right into a chairshot! The referee misses the attack and Brute tosses him into the ring for the
DECAPITATOR. Vlad Hammer tries to make the save, but is stopped by a
DECAPITATOR by Massacre, as the Gladiators retain the Galaxian Tag titles in a hard fought battle.
Benjamin Shroud vs Star Spangled ShroudAfter his initial shock of seeing a man dressed in his old ring gear, Shroud put the boots to the 'Star Spangled Shroud' literally after countering his opponent's attack with Blind Justice and Oops' Upside Ya Head. He then locked in the
TFD to secure the victory. Benjamin held the move until Star Spangled Shroud passed out despite the referee's warnings. The referee said something to the announcer and reversed his decision giving the win to the Star Spangled Shroud.
Benjamin kicked the referee in the head knocking him from the ring, attacked the prone Star Spangled Shroud, and ripped the mask from his face to reveal an unknown man. Benjamin props the man in the corner and delivers several Oops' Upside Ya Heads before leaving him a bloody mess.
Benjamin grabs the Intergalactic belt and a mic, " I don't know what your game is Sam, but I want you to face me tomorrow night. I'll even give you the key to getting something you have wanted your entire career...a Galaxian Title shot. All you have to do is beat me!"
With that he hoists the Intergalactic title above his head before exiting the ring.Commissioner Carter is out, "Hello everyone and welcome to Galaxy Clash III! We are about to enter a new year and to celebrate that I have the first new acquisition of 2088. He will be facing Thantos for the Galaxian Championship. Hailing from Aethra... I give you SPIKE!!!"Thantos vs Spike (5 Stars)The two men traded blows to open the contest before Thantos gained the upper hand. Once he had the momentum he kept it and soon locked in the
MASTERLOCK. Spike fought the pain and managed to escape the hold. Thantos chop-blocked the Aethran and reapplied the
MASTERLOCK. Spike refused to submit and made it to the ropes to break the hold a second time. Spike battled back to his feet and the war was on. Spike gained the momentum with a spear out of nowhere before delivering the
SUPER DESTROYER. The Galaxian Champion got a foot on the ropes to break the count. A second
SUPER DESTROYER and a kick out. Spike then picks Thantos up for a Gladiator Piledriver for another close pin fall. Spike runs Thantos down with the Decapitator and The Gamemaster rolls from the ring. Comrade Terror is out and distracts Spike allowing Thantos to get in a cheap shot to regain momentum. Thantos locks in the
MASTERLOCK and uses the ropes to increase the pressure. Spike won't give up, but soon the pain is too much and passes out giving Thantos the victory.
Thantos is joined by Executioner and Comrade Terror and they begin to put the boots to Spike which brings out Brute and Massacre who make the save chases off Thantos and his cohorts. The six men stare each other down as Galaxy Clash III comes to a close.
