Thesz vs. Rikidozan for the ROC Universal Crown - book it! It should be interesting to see how Thesz handles Mr. Fuji on the next show and I'm looking forward to the match between John Tolos and Austin Aries.

Championship TV - 15: Terry Gordy & Jimmy Snuka vs. Destroyer & Masked Superstar: Gordy and Masked Superstar started the match. Gordy got a near fall with the Oriental Spike. Superstar mounted a comeback and locked on the Cobra but Gordy made it to the ropes. Superstar tagged in Destroyer and Destroyer locked on the Intelligent Sleeper but Jimmy Snuka made the save. Gordy hit a big powerbomb on the Destroyer but Superstar made the save. Gordy tagged in Snuka and Snuka hit the Superfly Leap on Destroyer but Superstar made the save. Snuka tagged Gordy back in and Bamm Bamm hit the Oriental Spike on Destroyer for the win.
Johnny Saint vs. Finlay: Finlay pummeled Saint to the mat, busting him open. Saint rolled up into a ball. Finlay took the bait and Saint got the win with the Johnny Saint Special.
Lou Thesz vs. Mr. Fuji: Thesz tore into Fuji at the opening bell. Thesz wore Fuji down with a hammerlock and hit the Greco-Roman Backdrop for a near fall. Fuji tried to roll free but Thesz kept his grip locked and dropped Fuji with the Greco-Roman Backdrop a second time for the win.
John Tolos vs. Austin Aries: Tolos and Aries wrestled a back and forth match. Tolos wore Aries down and hit the corkscrew for a near fall. Aries battled back and hit two brainbusters, knocking Tolos senseless. Aries locked on the Last Chancery but Tolos made it to the ropes. Tolos made a comeback and hit the flying knee drop. Jimmy Hart leaped up on the apron and threw Aries the megaphone. Aries blasted Tolos with it in full view of the refree, earning the DQ.

What a great opening bout. Like to see those two teams go at it again. I've got to agree with VX on that Stellar tag team match and I like the tandem of Terry Gordy & Jimmy Snuka. I was pulling for Austin Aries to win over John Tolos, but I'll take Aries smashing Tolos with Harts Megaphone...

Destroyer wore Sullivan down with the Sensational Suplex and the Single Leg Boston Crab and tagged in Superstar. Destroyer knocked Williams off the apron and Superstar hit the Superstar Clothesline for the win.
Lou Thesz vs Mr. Saito: Saito worked Thesz over with hard strikes in the early moments of the match. Thesz absorbed the punishment and took control, quickly hitting the Greco-Roman Backdrop for the win.
John Tolos vs. Roderick Strong (with Jimmy Hart): Strong took control early and never let up. Strong hit the side backbreaker for a near fall and got the win with the Gibson Driver.
Freddie Blassie vs. Johnny Saint: Saint took control early and scored a near fall with the Russ Abbot. Blassie took control and hit two Southern Neckbreakers for the win.
