My LWF Fed I hold a St Patrick's day PPV on the day . But hold it usually in Ireland . If it was switched to the USA . Which venue would you hold it in ?

I would say the city should be Boston since it has a really large percentage of people of Irish ancestry among its population (especially compared to other US cities) and they call their pro basketball team the Celtics.
For an LOW fed, I would suggest in Boston using TD Garden (home to the Celtics and Bruins) as the venue.
For an LOTF fed, I don't know many of the smaller arenas around the Boston area but there is the Plymouth Memorial Hall (where ROH had its Defy or Deny show earlier this year.)

I know that this is a bit late, but the biggest St. Patrick's Day towns in the US are Boston, Chicago, New York, Kansas City and Savannah, GA. San Francisco used to be huge as well, but has died down a bit in recent years from what I've heard.
