Fear not loyal fans the Canadian Wrestling Alliance is not dead yet. After sitting down with all three promotions the CWA has decided to return with a brand new direction.
The first major change is coming from the Quebec Major Wrestling Association. Which is re-branding itself as the HARDCORE arm of the C.W.A. from now on the Q.M.W.A. will be known as Quebec Warfare Wrestling and will feature no limits or rules wrestling. Already this shift in direction has lead to the majority of wrestlers known for getting "Extreme" to flock to this promotion.
Now while Quebec Warfare Wrestling is going extreme Stampede Wrestling is going in the opposite direction. Stampede Wrestling is going to be throwing the book at its talent as it is reinstating the rule against throwing your opponent over the top rope. Not only that the referees working in Stampede Wrestling have been ordered by management to lay down the law in the ring.
And finally the Ontario Wrestling Alliance is without it's own changes. The OWA will be focusing on bringing the deepest talent pool into the CWA. The OWA won't be extreme as either of the other two promotions as it will try to find the perfect balance between Stampede Wrestling and Quebec Warfare Wrestling.
(Game notes: What this new direction means is Quebec Warfare Wrestling will be ignoring all disqualification rolls and will feature "Extreme" rules matches on nearly every single card.
Stampede Wrestling will be a single DQ roll fed, and when a wrestler is thrown out of the ring 2d6 will be rolled right away, if the result is a 2 or 12 the wrestler throwing his opponent out of the ring will have to roll disqualification.
Finally the OWA will be a little more lax in the DQ department as it will allow wrestlers to make 2 rolls if necessary to beat their disqualification)
