I know we can get the color versions of the old sets online, I was just wondering if there were plans to go back and rerelease in card stock.

I would doubt it. The cost is too high and many members of the community already own the sets and may not want to fork over the $$$ for cards they'll never use. I think if Tom were going to start colorizing all the old sets, he wouldn't have just done the mini-set of colored original cards last year.
