so no updates on whether Hammermeier has a facebook page? Note: Grizzly, Vin Gerard, and Iron definitely do. I haven't spotted 3.0's fb pages yet though.

Well there are eight wrestlers on the current CHIKARA roster (last I checked):
Mark "Mr. Touchdown" Angelosetti
Greg Iron
Scott "Jagged" Parker
Shane Mathews
Saturyne
Grizzly Redwood
Jakob Hammermeier
Vin Gerard
Given that the last five pack was Rudos, I think the top five Tecnicos will be this five pack.

I thought so too, but the Chikara Tribute Pack were all Tecnicos, and even with Ophidian having since turned Rudo, you still have the Colt Cabana and Bryan Danielson cards to bring the count even. My list would definitely read something like 1. Grizzly Redwood 2. Jakob Hammermeier 3. Vin Gerard and then some combination of 3.0 or Gregory Iron/Saturyne/Mr. Touchdown. But then again, reading this weekend's results, it sounds like Vin Gerard may be out of Chikara, so his status is in doubt, so maybe we could get: 1. Grizzly Redwood 2. Jakob Hammermeier 3. Gregory Iron 4. Shane Matthews 5. Scott Parker Really I'd be fine with any five of the names you listed though. |

Actually, Larry Sweeney could (and probably should) be considered a Rudo. And Colt and Bryan actually skew things towards the Tecnico side. so I would like to see a mix in this set. I have only read the results on the CHIKARA page so I don't know any fine details, but if Vin Gerard is possibly out then Gran Akuma is possibly back in. And I like your list there..but I might be biased... Personally I do hope the five we get are Shane Matthews, Scott Parker, Greg Iron, Grizzly Redwood and Jakob Hammermeier. It doesn't really matter who we get though, I will use them all! |

Is it said anywhere that this would not be a tribute set? I want a One Man Gang Chikara card!
In fact, a OMG card to go along with Matt Classic and the Jackson 3 would make my day. We all know that the Young Bucks need new art anyway.

I'd be happy with anyone but I will admit I don't care who the other three are as long as two of them are Grizzly Redwood and Jakob Hammermeier.

Agreed. Grizzly is the biggest Indy name on their roster who doesn't have a card yet, and Hammermeier is the most regular performer that doesn't have a card.
