I got Mayhem in the mail today, and I don't have any booklets anymore, so I don't remember how the Leap of Doom worked. Can someone explain it please? I assumed it was a roll finisher somehow, but I don't remember. Thanks for any help.

It's a roll finisher yes...hits of 4,5,6. IIRC, the opponent takes over on lvl 3 offense on the missed, but someone else should who has the book in front of them might want to confirm  |

Yep, Wildfire is correct. Maybe the original Extreme finisher in the GWF
Now that I look back on it, if Mayhem hit the move, he got to add that many to the PIN rating. I wonder if Tom had to do it over, if he missed, Mayhem acquired that many pin tokens (1, 2 or 3). That would have really made it an extreme move
