Well, Lawler and Booker were already eliminated, and Kharma did "chase" Cole over the top rope. Maybe Jim ruled it like a soccer goal... whoever was closest to the elimination gets credit. Sort of like when Drew Carey eliminated himself against Kane (at least, I think that counts as one of Kane's eliminations).
