Hi i plan on using a one card pewr month until at least 1989, By then the roster may grow. Anyways when did you start adding more cards per year? Weather it be for house shows/more wrestling shows? Just getting an idea when i should. Thanks IO plan on starting with the EC fed

EC is a great place to start! It will help you build a solid history to your fed.
I've always done 30 cards a year, even in the EC years. I plan to split the roster into 2 shows in 2089, and still run 30 cards per year for each show.

I started with a card a month, then slowly when up to every other week through the 2070s... I personally think having guy wrestle 20-30 times per game year is what I like... gives enough time to develpo everything without getting bored... how many cards that takes depends on how you format your card.

I started with 15 or so cards a year, expanded to 18, then once you get a roster of around 30, moved to 24 cards a year. Originally you had 1 per month, plus my special months that include the Rigel Rumble, Ring Warrior Tournament, Galacticon, GWF Anniversary, First Blood, Last Chance, and my Random Violence PPVs.

In my restart 2087, I'm running one card a week (Monday), one supercard a month (Saturday Night's Main Event), and an occasional PPV (the biggie Champions of the Galaxy). I'll probably increase to two cards a week in 2089 or 2090...we'll see When I ran my EC fed, I ran one card a month with four supercards a year...adding where I felt necessary.
