MONDAY NIGHT WAR GAMES OCTOBER 12, 2093
Spike and Mayhem head to the ring.
SPIKE: I am still waiting for a brave soul to step forwards and take me on in two weeks. Is there no one from the Champions of the Galaxy that has any guts? How about the Devil's Pact?
MAYHEM: We know they are chicken. Thantos hasn't even spoken since I dared him to step into the Torture Chamber with me.
Amazonia comes out.
SPIKE: Forget it, female! I have already beaten down Iron Mane and Wolf enough.
AMAZONIA: I'm not here about the 25th, Spike. I am here to talk about tonight! You want brave souls? How brave are the two of you to face the Galaxian Tag Team Champions?
SPIKE: Haha! Woman, you just made sure your tag champions won't make it to the 25th in one piece!
TONGSOON w/DOOMSAYER VS SCOURGE Rogue decides that Doomsayer hovering around isn't fair and he decides to help out and the ref disagrees. The Keepers then lay out Tongsoon. The Cosmic Forces head out to even the score but Doomsayer waves them off as Tongsoon is left in a heap after the DIVIDE AND CONQUER. WINNER OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A DISQUALIFICATION: TONGSOON
ROCKET: What did we just see happen? Has Doomsayer made up his mind? Is this a sign that Dreadnaught is Doomsayer's favorite?
DOOMSAYER: This is a sign of nothing you nosy little twerp! Simply, I decided the Keepers of the Stone would have to wait until the 25th before Matter and Antimatter finish them off for good!
CARTER: I am glad they are up for a fight tonight, Doomsayer, because I have decided to put them in competition against TitanPower. And that match happens next!
THE COSMIC FORCES w/DOOMSAYER VS TITANPOWER w/TRAINER JIM Matter used the POSITIVE CHARGE to defeat Lord Nexus. WINNERS OF THE MATCH: THE COSMIC FORCES
ROCKET: A huge win. TitanPower is the top contenders for the Interplanetary Tag team Titles so this is a great win for Doomsayer's team.
IRON MANE AND WOLF w/AMAZONIA VS ABOVE THE LAW w/ROYAL OVERLORD Bishop Hell used the FLYING CROSS to pin Wolf. WINNERS OF THE MATCH: ABOVE THE LAW
ROCKET: Look! In the audience! Is that.....that's Exo-King. He looks different but that is Exo-King! Royal Overlord heading over to talk....Exo-King just turned and walked away! What is that all about?
DOUBLE JEOPARDY w/REYNARD B GUILE VS THE GREEK GODS w/SOLARIS Thantos put Proteus away with a sleeper hold. WINNERS OF THE MATCH: DOUBLE JEOPARDY
THANTOS: There's an old saying. Be careful what you ask for. You just might get it! Mayhem! You got it! You're going to wish you hadn't! On the 25th. In a Torture Chamber. The Evil Gamemaster will put you in your place!
THE TITAN EXPRESS AND QUASAR w/TRAINER JIM VS THE HITMEN AND DEATH MASQUE w/MAGNUS COLBY Pulsar Prime used the SOLAR STRAIN to make Death Masque submit. WINNERS OF THE MATCH: THE TITAN EXPRESS AND QUASAR
JIM: We have heard the threats and boasting from Chaos. Chaos. While you have been bragging and ducking, we have been training. Harder and harder. There is one thing you can never change, Chaos. Quasar has beaten you before. He knows how to beat you again.
ANIMAL PACK w/AMAZONIA VS SPIKE AND MAYHEM w/THE GUARDSMAN Spike used the MEGADESTROYER to put away Battering Ram. WINNERS OF THE MATCH: SPIKE AND MAYHEM
SPIKE: And that's all. That's the only challenge the GWF can come up with for me? Come on, Commissioner. You just have two weeks to find me a challenger. Is there anyone left who isn't afraid to face Spike?
The screen goes blank and then the glowing fist appears and the place erupts.
ROCKET: Oh my! The challenge has been answered! It's Alpha Force! We're out of time!

The Aethrans could be in for some serious trouble, despite their big win over the current tag champs on this show... Alpha Force and Thantos answer the challenges of Spike and Mayhem in very dramatic fashion...
Very cool that the Titans won that six-man match... Can Quasar use this momentum to defeat Chaos for a second time?
Absolutely love how you build up the encounters for your big shows... Very well done!

MCDUFF: Why? Why? Why?
VANITY: And we will be interviewing our first guests right here in this very ring. My guests this week are.....
CARTER: Your guests this week are Rogue and Scourge, the Keepers of the Stone! Ring the bell, ref! This is now a sanctioned GWF match!

MONDAY NIGHT WAR GAMES OCTOBER 19, 2093
Out to the ring comes Chaos, Matador of M83 and the Keepers of the Stone.
CHAOS: So, tonight, Quasar has a match against Killer Queen. I hope the wrestling fans across the galaxy will record this match on whatever device it is they use. Because it will be the last match you will ever see Quasar compete in on Monday Night War Games. Because, in six days, Quasar, I will break your spine!
MATADOR: Star Warrior. You have something that is mine. The Interplanetary Heavyweight Championship. With Chaos as the Galaxian Heavyweight Champion, when I regain the Interplantary Championship, the Third Force will once again be the greatest faction in the GWF!
ROGUE: Cosmic Forces! Don't forget about us.
SCOURGE: First Matter and Antimatter. Then the Galaxian Tag Team Titles.
Magnus Colby comes out.
COLBY: May money, and I have a lot of it, is on you, Chaos! You too, Matador.
CHAOS: Colby, I have no idea why you think we want you sucking up to us!
COLBY: Just give me a chance to show you what a good manager can do for the Third Force.
CHAOS: You can't even keep your own team from turning on you! Maybe guide them to a win first!
MASSIF AND MESMER w/COMMANDER SAM VS THE HITMEN w/MAGNUS COLBY This does not help Colby's cause. Mesmer has been quiet with his mystic acts but tonight he uses an eye blinder to take down Krakan. WINNERS OF THE MATCH: MASSIF AND MESMER
Chaos comes back out.
CHAOS: That is the best you got, Colby? Now, quit bothering us!
The Assassin Empire comes out.
DARKOS: We are sick of your mouth, Chaos! And sick of you ignoring us, Colby! We're going to prove right now, against the Keepers of the Stone, that the Masked Assassins, and not the Third Force, are the best faction in the GWF!
THE KEEPERS OF THE STONE VS THE ASSASSINE EMPIRE w/MAGNUS COLBY Whiplash helps back up Darkos' boast when he makes Rogue submit to the THUMBSCREW. WINNERS OF THE MATCH: THE ASSASSIN EMPIRE
ROCKET: What a mess between the Third Force and the Masked Assassins! Darkos has a point. The Assassin Empire again beat the Keepers of the Stone and yet Colby is openly courting the Third Force to hire him as their manager. No wonder the Assassins never can get title opportunities. Tonight, in our main event, the Galacticops go up against Above the Law. Quasar is in action next.
QUASAR w/TRAINER JIM VS KILLER QUEEN w/ROYAL OVERLORD Exo-King again makes an appearance. Killer Queen scores an upset with a sunset flip after being sent into the ropes. Exo-King applauds and then leaves again. Killer Queen refuses to allow Royal Overlord to raise his hand, instead raising it himself and then walking off. WINNER OF THE MATCH: KILLER QUEEN
ROCKET: Another loss for Quasar heading into his showdown with Chaos. I hate to say this but it looks like Chaos is right. Quasar's fairy tale has come to an end.
THE TITAN EXPRESS w/TRAINER JIM VS THE COSMIC FORCES w/DOOMSAYER The Titans get the best of the tag team of the future as Pulsar Prime pins Antimatter after giving the Cosmic Forces the Noggin' Knocker. WINNERS OF THE MATCH: THE TITAN EXPRESS
ROCKET: How do you like that? Heading into their big showdown in six days and the Keepers of the Stone and the Cosmic Forces both lose.
DREADNAUGHT w/DOOMSAYER VS LORD NEXUS w/TRAINER JIM Dreadnaught scores points in his feud with Tongsoon by using the GUIDED MISSILE to beat Lord Nexus. WINNER OF THE MATCH: DREADNAUGHT
ROCKET: Our main event is next.
THE GALACTICOPS w/COMMANDER SAM VS ABOVE THE LAW w/ROYAL OVERLORD Bishop Hell is disqualified for using HELLFIRE on Galactic Punisher. How else would you expect this match to end? WINNERS OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A DISQUALIFICATION: THE GALACTICOPS
ROCKET: Oh my! Galactic Punisher is screaming! He is losing it!
PUNISHER: Mark my words! The day will come when punishment rains down upon all law breakers! All of them!
Credits roll

It's going to be fun to watch Punisher gradually spiral downward over the course of the next year... The heat building between the Assassins and Third Force is intriguing... And it looks like Quasar's good fortune might be running dry... Great storytelling!

I really enjoy that both of us are at similar points in our feds, but have two completely different takes on things. It's always neat to see how different promoters handle the storylines.

I too enjoy reading from feds in the same time frame as mine. I tend to follow the booklet pretty close at least as far as heel/face alliances and feuds. I find that it actually makes my fed unique in that I don't deviate too much from the script. Unless, of course, the dice decide they want a Quasar-Chaos Feud.

The Young Allies will face the Eastern Dynasty tomorrow night for the War Games Tag Team Titles. Is Khan putting a hit out on the Allies?

On the other hand, I've gone in a completely different direction, using canon when it fits my fed, not the other way around. I haven't gone completely off the rails, but due to when I started I have a lot of bootlegs that fade away with time but have affected how the fed has gone. And then there's the dice issue...lol.
