Hello wrestling fans and welcome to an exciting new era in the GWF. My name is Johnny Rocket and every month, I will be bringing you the Rocket Report. But that's not all! I will also be calling play-by-play on the brand new wrestling show Monday Night War Games.
Susan McDuff fans have no fear. Saturday Night Invasion will remain on the air and you will still be able to hear her exclaim "oh my goodness gracious!"
McDuff, however, will not be my cohost on Monday Night War Games. I hear she will be doing backstage interviews. I have no clue who my cohost will be. But I have been told that this person's appearance will shock the galaxy.
For this month's issue of the Rocket Report, I want to share with you a conversation I had with Thantos and Krakan.
I met with these two wrestlers two days after Champions of the Galaxy '90. The sight of these two men together was nerve-wracking to begin with. But this conversation was downright frightening.
"Rocket!" Thantos began. "Shut up and take notes. Monday Night War Games begins the era of the Unholy Alliance."
Unholy Alliance. That, I thought, described them perfectly.
"You think Krakan and myself are the Unholy Alliance? We are. But we are not alone."
Okay. Immediately I thought of Bishop Hell. But my thoughts were apparently incorrect.
"The Unholy Alliance will be revealed tomorrow night on Monday Night War Games. And, believe me Rocket, you will never guess these men would be the ones who join us. But make no mistake. The Unholy Alliance will be the most powerful force ever assembled in the GWF."
Wrestling fans, I can't wait for our first airing of Monday Night War Games. But, something tells me I better hold on to the GWF as we know it now.
Tomorrow night, the GWF will change forever.

JANUARY 1, 2091

The show starts with Thantos and Krakan in their dressing room.
"Do you think we can trust them?" Krakan asks.
"No," replies Thantos. "That's why they are perfect."

The camera pans the crowd and then stops at the announce table where Johnny Rocket sits.
"Welcome fans to the debut of Monday Night War Games! And Happy New Year!"
Johnny Rocket is interrupted by the ring announcer. "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to the announcer's table, the cohost of Monday Night War Games, the richest man in the galaxy ... Magnus Colby!"
Magnus Colby power-walks his way down the aisle and takes a seat next to Johnny Rocket. "Hahahah! I can buy anything I want. Even a spot on Monday Night War Games!"
"What? What do you mean bought a spot on War Games?"
"Rocket, you simpleton! It takes money. Lots of money. To put together a production like Monday Night War Games. And it's obvious you need the help calling this show."
"Well, welcome. I think."
Again, the ring announcer cuts Rocket off. "Now, welcome to the ring, Krakan, Hitman for Hire and the Galaxian Heavyweight Champion, Thantos. Now collectively known as the War Mongers!"
Thantos and Krakan come out to a chorus of boos. Thantos takes the mic and laughs.
"You never thought you would see this union exist! Krakan. One power-hungry, sick, sadistic son of a bitch! Just the kind of man to form an Unholy Alliance with. But, Rocket, we promised you more! And here they are. The Galaxian Tag Team Champions Brute and Massacre! Along with Spike! The Gladiators of Aethra!"
The entire arena lets out an audible gasp as the Gladiators come out. But it's not Brute, Massacre and Spike. The tag champs are here but are joined by a different Aethran. And this trio is led to the ring by an unknown man whose lips have been sewn shut. He opens the ropes for the Gladiators as they enter the ring and then he stands behind them.
"What the hell is this?" Thantos demands. "Where the hell is Spike?"
"Spike is on Aethra receiving a Cleansing," Massacre replies. "Not that he has to answer to you."
"I knew we couldn't trust them," Krakan says.
The new Gladiator gets right in Krakan's face. "Careful! There's three of us and only two of you."
"And who are you supposed to be?"
The Gladiator pounds his own forehead with the microphone before letting out a gutteral scream. "They call me Mayhem!"
Thantos grins. "Definitely an Aethran. At least in the brains department."
Before the Gladiators can respond, Star Warrior walks out and the crowd explodes in cheers.
"So, this is your Unholy Alliance? I'm almost tempted to sit back and let you destroy each other."
"We already destroyed you."
"Krakan. Must feel awkward up there. The Galaxian Heavyweight Champion. The Galaxian Tag Team Champions. You going from leader of the Society of Death to just another one of Thantos' flunkies."
Krakan kicks the bottom rope as Star Warrior continues.
"Tonight. War Mongers. War Mongers. Really? Did you come up with that all by yourself, Thantos? How about we have the War Mongers face me and a partner of my choice in tonight's main event?"
"Hah! No one is brave enough or stupid enough to team with you against us."
"Ah, Krakan. You have made more enemies than you can keep track of."
"OWOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"
The fans erupt and Krakan nearly turns white as Wolf comes out.
"Krakan! OWOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I'm going to mutilate you!"

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"Our opening match is a singles match. Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Darkos, the Head Assassin, Death Masque! And his opponent, Mesmer, Master of the Occult!"

MESMER, MASTER OF THE OCCULT VS DEATH MASQUE
And we finally get to out first match ever in Monday Night War Games history and Death Masque scores the upset with THE MELTDOWN.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 7:04 DEATH MASQUE

"Something has to be done about that illegal move."
"Get a grip, Rocket. In professional wrestling, everything is legal, just as long as you don't get caught."
"Susan McDuff is backstage with Star Warrior, Wolf and Omega."
"Thantos," Omega says. "Once again, you have made a power play. But I am not too sure your Unholy Alliance will not self-destruct. I don't think putting Krakan, the Gladiators and yourself on the same team can end in anything but disaster. Meanwhile, if you want a war ..."
Galactic Punisher and Justice step into the picture.
"...the Defenders of the Galaxy will give it to you."

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"Our next match is a singles contest. Introducing first, being accompanied by Royal Overlord, the #1 contender for the Interplanetary Championship, Bishop Hell! And his opponent, being accompanied by Omega, one-half of the GalactiCops, Galactic Punisher!"

GALACTIC PUNISHER VS BISHOP HELL
Familiar enemies with no love lost. Punisher gives the evil Bishop the VERDICT.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 12:50: GLACTIC PUNISHER

"Galactic Punisher and Justice have joined Wolf and Star Warrior as members of the Defenders of the Galaxy."
"Rocket, in case your math skills aren't measuring up, the Unholy Alliance still has the Defenders of the Galaxy badly outnumbered."
"Susan McDuff is backstage with the Gladiators."
Susan points to the man with the sewn mouth. "Can I ask what the story is with this man?"
Mayhem laughs and smacks the man hard across the back of his head.
"This is The Guardsman," Massacre says. "Thakur has rewarded us with a slave as a result of our total dominance of the tag team division."
"Should you be treating him like this if he is part of your Unholy Alliance?"
Mayhem laugh and slaps The Guardsman again. "He'll do what we want or he will find himself back in an Aethran prison! He knows which fate is worse!"

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"Our next match is a singles bout. Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Doomsayer, Comrade Terror! And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by Amazonia, Battering Ram!"

BATTERING RAM VS COMRADE TERROR
This hard-hitting battle entertains the fans. Terror gets tied up in the ropes and Ram keeps pounding on him and pushes the referee away as he tries to intervene.
WINNER OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A DISQUALIFICATION IN 6:41: COMRADE TERROR

"That's one of your heroes, Rocket? He just abused a referee!"
"Ram's temper got the better of him there. Wait, there is a commotion backstage."
Camera cuts backstage to pick up an argument between Matador of M83 and Reynard B. Guile.
"No match? The very first ever Monday Night War Games and you can't get me a match? And I better not be on that second-rate Saturday Night Invasion either."
"Matador. Look. The camera is on us!"
"Mind your business, punks!"

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"Our next match is a special singles feature bout. Introducing first, accompanied by Royal Overlord, the King of the GWF, Exo-King! And his opponent, Massif!"

MASSIF VS EXO-KING
Once again, these two giants collide with Exo-King taking this one with the Death Vise.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 7:55: EXO-KING

"Look at that, Johnny Rocket. It's the King's World and we're just living in it."
"Those two giants have been battling for years and it doesn't look like this feud will end any time soon. Wait just one minute. Commander Sam is out here."
"Hold on one second, Royal Overlord. Listen up! Look, I know my time as an active wrestler is growing short. But I want one last chance at a title run. Here's the deal! I'll take on either one of your Royal Creeps right now! If I win, then the Bomb Squad gets a shot at the Interplanetary Tag belts."
"Bomb Squad, Rocket? I thought they were calling themselves the Western Powers."
"Fine," Royal Overlord answers. "But if you lose, then you and that punk Adam Blast will never get a shot at the Royal Creeps."

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"This next match is a singles contest with a match for the Interplanetary Tag Team Titles on the line. Introducing first, representing the Bomb Squad, Commander Sam! His opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Royal Overlord, one-half of the Interplanetary Tag Team Champions, the Royal Creeps, Killer Queen!"

KILLER QUEEN VS COMMANDER SAM
Another battle between familiar foes. Sam gains the title shot with SAM'S ATOMIC DROP.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 9:17: COMMANDER SAM

"Sam and Blast have earned a title shot. Wait, Commander Sam has the mic."
"When I said Bomb Squad, I did not mean the Western Powers. I mean the New Bomb Squad. Myself and ..."
Sam points.
"That's Earthquake! Earthquake will be Commander Sam's partner!"
"That's deceitful, Rocket!"
"Commander Sam and Earthquake will get the title shot at the Royal Creeps. Our main event is next!"

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"Our next match is tonight's main event. Introducing first, accompanied by Omega, Star Warrior, Wolf, colelctively known as Special Forces! And their opponents, Krakan, Hitman for Hire and the Galaxian Heavyweight Champion Thantos, The War Mongers!"

THE WAR MONGERS VS SPECIAL FORCES
Thantos and Krakan work better as a team and Wolf falls to the HITMAN'S CARD.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH IN 4:26: THE WAR MONGERS

The show ends with Thantos and Krakan, hands raised in victory, backing up the ramp.

Wow! Now that was a Great & Outstanding debut of Monday Night War Games and the New presention is very Solid. I have to say I like how you've introduced New wrestlers to the Commentary after each match. Every winner on this First MNWG is no surprise in my view, but I'm glad Death Masque and the War Mongers won their respective matches on the night...

Love the main event of Star Warrior - Wolf vs. Thantos - Krakan! Who wouldn't buy a ticket to see thatv one? Big win by Galactic Punisher over Bishop Hell, too! Looking forward to seeing how WarGames plays out in your fed!

JANUARY 6TH, 2091

A replay from Monday Night War Games shows: the formation of the Unholy Alliance; Commander Sam pinning Killer Queen and then announcing his tag team with Earthquake; Krakan hitting the HITMAN'S CARD on Wolf and scoring the pin.

"Welcome to Saturday Night Invasion! You saw what happened on Monday Night War Games. Thantos. Krakan. Gladiators. Unholy Alliance. The GWF as we know it will never be the same."

MAN-MOUNTAIN VS ROYAL OVERLORD
The huge Norse God pins the manager of the Royal Court with the MOUNTAIN SLIDE.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 3:35: MAN-MOUNTAIN

"Tonight, in our main event, the Interplanetary Tag Team Champions, the Royal Creeps, face the former champions, the Barbarians, in a nontitle match. Also, former partners Mutant and The Creeper face off. Let's go to our next match."

ANTIMATTER VS OMEGA
The fans still cheer him, but Omega drops another one, going down to the NEGATIVE CHARGE.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 11:02: ANTIMATTER

LIGHTENING VS DEATH MASQUE
The Norse Gods get a sweep in singles action as the NORSE SLEEPER GRIP finishes off Death Masque.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 4:35: LIGHTENING

VANITY'S AFFAIR
Vanity and Mr. Galaxy come out.
"It must be painful being dumped. I would never know that feeling but Adam Blast knows it all too well. Sweet Thing dumped him. Even Commander Sam dumped him."
Fans cheer as Adam Blast comes out.
"Wrong, Vanity. Sam and I have been training a Russian wrestler named Vlad Hammer!"
Vlad Hammer walks out.
"Vlad and myself will be forming a new team called the Young Allies and we, along with the Eastern Dynasty, will ontinue our fight, as the All-Earth Squad, against Cygnus and any other Earth-hating wrestlers."
The Eastern Dynasty comes out and Ghengis Khan takes the mic.
"Where is Commander Sam? Why does everybody want to betray Ghengis Khan?"
"Wait, nobody is betraying..."
Khan turns and slaps Vlad Hammer across the face, silencing the young Russian. Adam Blast steps in but takes the TWIN THRUST and drops. Hammer goes after Khan but is dropped with a karate kick by Mitsuko. The Awesome Studs get out of the way as the Eastern Dynasty uses the set of Vanity's Affair to beat down the Young Allies until security breaks it up.[/color]

THE CREEPER VS MUTANT
Sweet Thing accompanies Mutant and ends up getting accidentally crushed against the side of the ring by The Creeper. The Creeper then stays outside the ring with Sweet Thing, losing the match in the process.
WINNER OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A COUNTOUT: MUTANT

The Awesome Studs come out and go after The Creeper but are chased off by The Barbarians. The Royal Creeps then come out and the main event is underway.

THE ROYAL CREEPS VS THE BARBARIANS
The match never had a chance. Vanity came into the ring, being chased by The Creeper. Immediately following them comes Mr. Galaxy. The Creeps and the Studs then gang up on the Barbarians until The Creeper clears the ring with a chair.
THE REFEREE TOSSES OUT THE MATCH AT THE 3:53 MARK.

As I've said I really like your New presentation and the images for the Shows Title is cool. Wow! The Norse Gods each win their single matches and Lightning over Death Masque is the shocker. I loved Vanity & Mr.Galaxy causing trouble with the Young Allies & Eastern Dynasty on set brawl to the Barbarians going after the Awesome Studs not too long after...

JANUARY 8TH, 2091

The show opens in the Gladiators dressing room where Spike is venting on Brute, Massacre and Mayhem.
"What am I hearing? Have you two really sold out to Thantos?"
"Spike, brah! Get in line with the rest of us."
"Oh, shut up, Mayhem! Who are you? What have you done that says you can speak to me? I've been the Interplanetary Champion. I've beaten Thantos to become Galaxian Heavyweight Champion!"
"Spike," Massacre cuts in. "Do as you are told. To get along, you have to go along."
"And if I don't?"
"Then you will be our enemy!"
Spike and Massacre glare at each other and then Spike turns and leaves.

"Welcome to Monday Night War Games! Johnny Rocket alongside Magnus Colby and trouble is breweing in the Aethran camp!"
"Spike better get in line with the rest of the Gladiators or get destroyed like everyone else who has crossed them."
"Brute, Massacre and Mayhem will face the AniMen of Andromeda tonight in our main event. Also, tonight, the Greek Gods meet the Cosmic Forces and Lance At-Las makes his debut."
"WE'RE STUDS! AND WE'RE ... AWESOME!"
"Our opening match is a tag team bout. Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Sweet Thing. Vanity and Mr. Galaxy. The Awesome Studs! And their opponents. Adam Blast and Vlad Hammer. The Young Allies!"
THE YOUNG ALLIES VS THE AWESOME STUDS
Vlad Hammer and Mr. Galaxy make their debuts in this match. As the Young Allies make their way to the ring, a replay is shown from Invasion of them being attacked by the Eastern Dynasty. During this match, Khan strikes again, while the ref has his back turned, landing his TWIN THRUST on the outside of the ring to drop Vlad Hammer and cost the Allies the match.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A COUNTOUT IN 7:42: THE AWESOME STUDS
"What is up with the Eastern Dynasty? Another unprovoked attack on the Young Allies."
"Forget about them, Rocket. What about Vanity and Mr. Galaxy? They're studs. And they're awesome."
The camera catches Amazonia and the AniMen entering the building. Just so happens that Wolf and Amazonia cross paths. Wolf looks away and keeps walking. Amazonia sighs and then continues on as well.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"Our next match is a singles contest. Introducing first, making his GWF debut, being accompanied by Solaris, God of Light. Lance At-Las! And his opponents, being led to the ring by Royal Overlord. The #1 contender to the Interplanetary Championship. Bishop Hell!"
BISHOP HELL VS LANCE AT-LAS
What a wrestler to make a debut against. And what a debut it is as the At-Las World Beater beats Bishop Hell.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 9:13: LANCE AT-LAS
"Lance At-Las has just beaten one of the best wrestlers in the GWF in his first ever match!"
"A fluke! An aberration! You will see who is better when Bishop Hell regains the Interplanetary Championship."
Comrade Terror walks through the hall, followed by the floating Doomsayer. Tongsoon follows Doomsayer.
"When is my shot at singes glory?"
"Later," Doomsayer says. "Much later."
Doomsayer and Comrade Terror continue on as Tongsoon kicks a chair.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"This next match is a singles contest. Introducing first, Massif! And his opponent, being led to the ring by Doomsayer. Comrade Terror!"
COMRADE TERROR VS MASSIF
Terror makes his case for singles stardome, taking care of Massif with the ATOMIC WARHEAD.
WINNER OF THE MATCH IN 9:55: COMRADE TERROR
"Did you see that, Rocket? An impressive win for Comrade Terror."
"I also saw Tongsoon as angry as I have ever seen him. Doomsayer has a powder keg on his hands."
Backstage, Reynard B. Guile is hot on the heels of an angry Matador of M83.
"You can't leave!"
"Why should I stay, Guile? You can't get me a single match! Lance At-Las made his debut. Hell, Vlad Hammer got a match! You've done nothing for me!"
Suddenly, Wolf steps right up into Matador's face. Guile squeals and falls backwards, back-pedaling to hide behind Matador.
"You want a match, bub? I'll give you a match. Right now!"

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"Our next match is a singles challenge match! Introducing first. Wolf! And his opponent, being accompanied by Reynard B. Guile. Matador of M83!"
MATADOR OF M83 VS WOLF
Matador was upset that Guile followed him to the ring and was even more upset when Guile got caught grabbing Wolf's leg.
WINNER OF THE MATCH AS A RESULT OF A DISQUALIFICATION IN 5:55: WOLF
Matador shoves Guile to the mat and grabs a microphone. "Guile! Don't you ever come to the ring during one of my matches ever again!"
Bounty Hunter comes out and gets in Matador's face but Guile gets between them.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"This match is a tag team feature bout. Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Doomsayer. Matter and Anitmatter. The Cosmic Forces! And their opponents, being led to the ring by Solaris, God of Light. Actagon and Proteus. The Greek Gods!"
THE GREEK GODS VS THE COSMIC FORCES
The feud between these two teams intensifies as the matches become even more competitive. Antimatter comes off the top rope but is caught in a powerslam by Proteus for the 1..2...3.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH IN 21:00: THE GREEK GODS
"What a great match that was! Our main event is next."

COMMERCIAL BREAK

"This match is our main event! Introducing first, being led to the ring by Amazonia. Incredible Badger. Battering Ram. And Iron Mane. The AniMen of Andromeda. And their opponents, being seconded at ringside by The Guardsman. The Galaxian Tag Team Champions Brute and Massacre and their partner Mayhem. The Gladiators of Aethra."
THE GLADIATORS AND MAYHEM VS THE ANIMEN OF ANDROMEDA
It comes as no surprise that this one breaks down with all six wrestlers in the ring before Battering Ram pins Massacre following a running clothesline.
WINNERS OF THE MATCH IN 9:48: THE ANIMEN OF ANDROMEDA
As the AniMen and Amazonia celebrate in the ring, the camera cuts to the back where Wolf is watching on a monitor. Wolf reaches out to touch the screen where Amazonia's image is and then he walks away as Monday Night War Game goes off the air.

The Aethrans lose to the AniMen is Huge and could this truly bring Trouble to the door front of the Aethran faction. Lance At-Las with a Huge debut Victory over Bishop Hell is Awesome! Speaking of Awesome, I really enjoyed the Eastern Dynasty helping the Awesome Studs to win and now Vanity & Mr.Galaxy can continue on the rise to Championship Glory. Overall another Fun Monday Night Wargames...

Love the slow build towards the Wargames... Matador throwing a fit because Guile was at ringside gave that mangy mutt a win... Lance At-Las could be tough in the early days and he won the debut match here I see...The Gladiators losing was kinda of a shock but they have to get used to their cleansing and everything will be hunky dorey afterwards! ;D

Plus Vanity winning is always a plus...
