From WWE.com: Following John Laurinaitis' presentation on Monday, the WWE Board of Directors has decided that the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations will remain as Interim General Manager of Monday Night Raw.
Well, the Cthulhu reference by Triple H made my day yesterday...this kind of sucks.

I really like Lauranitis. I actually took his side in his feud with Punk.

Johnny Ace is almost always a highlight of Raw. HHH was at his absolute worst when trying to fire him last week and this week. I am looking forward to Johnny ace gloating repeatedly for the foreseeable future.

I kind of figured that with Johnny L not being officially fired during "Raw Was Promos" last night, that he would be kept on. I think he is getting a good reaction in his spot. I give him 5 out of 5.

"Raw was Promos" LOL! I was wondering how Raw was lastnight because I've seen little talk about it. I think another reason John is still interim GM is HHH will be facing Taker @ WM28 and Johnny Ace is still the perfect fit so they are holding off on the Firing of him. I do like John as the GM and he has added a different vibe to the whole WWE product...

I have no problem with Clownshoes, but the "boss" angle is getting pretty old. Can we just move on to good old school ring action. The "Raw was Promos" line AWESOME!

Honestly, I think that was the fastest I have fast forwarded through a Raw in quite some time. Lets see we had:
About 10 video packages Triple H talking for 15 minutes with 3 video packages interspersed. Daniel Bryan vs. Big Show...again. The same 8 diva tag match that we had at the Royal Rumble... although with Snuka winning A Great Kahli match John Cena and a Nascar Driver Otunga Tebowing
The 2 segments with Punk and Jericho are the only parts I watch intently. And no Brodus Clay!

I noticed the lack of Clay as well. Could the Funkasaurus be extinct already? Somebody call his momma!
Seriously though, isn't that Ernest Miller's music from his later days in WCW?

Seeing as the Funkasaurus was edited off of Smackdown, then not included anywhere on Monday Night Smackdown, or Raw is Promo's, I have a feeling that the Funkasaurus is going the way of the Gobbly Gooker

Damn. I did not notice the absence of Brodus Clay but now that it is mentioned, that sucks. Reading the SD spoilers, he wasn't on there either.
On a side note, so f'ing sick and tired of these big time singles matches ending in DQ's, or no contests (anything but a clear winner). It literally happens every single week. WTF is the problem with a top guy going over another one every once in a while? Daniel Bryan has been involved in this kind of thing every week dating back several. two bs endings vs. Big Show, a DQ ending vs. Punk and then this week on SD. He probably had another one in there with Henry at some point. Absolutely ridiculous. Not even worth watching if going in you know it's gonna end in a DQ every time.
