I was glad Duggan pulled it out. Sheik dominated him early. Yeah, I was surprised at the Fantastics loss. They dominated but one missed chart roll and Zhukov got a lucky pin attempt that was the difference. Oh yeah... I meant to ask - Who is AJ's tag partner in Styling and Profiling? My initial thought was Brutus Beefcake... Just wondering... Thanks!

I was thinking the same thing as Pariah - & Stylin & Profilin is a great team name. Lots of fun action here. Really enjoyed the wins by Thesz, The Destroyer and Race especially. And the Midnights. Barry Windham needs back up lol. Great stuff TTX!

I'm sure he'll find some help, Bri. Hopefully the next shows won't take so long.

Always fun to see you rolling out the action TTX. The Hutch beats Captain Lou, outstanding! Although I'm a big Curt Hennig fan it was cool to see Johnny Saint pull off the win.

Thanks Cruefun. I always love it when Ron wins. Saint and Curt had a great match and I thought Curt had it but Saint got a reversal late and cradled him up for the three count.

Eastern Pro Wrestling Part 1
(Three New Feds using the color cards. Eastern Pro Wrestling, Hardcore Xtreme Wrestling, Southern Wrestling Council)
Johnny Saint knocked off Gorgeous George with a cutblock and folding press. This was a really fun match with George nearly taking it several times but Saint's defensive abilities shining through with both the Johnny Saint Special and The Russ Abbot coming into play before a late cutblock and press gained the three.
The Fantastics overcame The Valiants with the Rocket Launcher on Jimmy Valiant. This was a great tag match with the Fantastics double teams more than the Valiants dirty tactics. Albano tried a late distraction but it was not enough as Fulton nearly had the three with the Fantastic Cradle before a Rocket Launcher took down Handsome Jimmy.
Alexis Smirnoff battered Brutus Beefcake with the Heart Punch. This was quite brutal as Beefcake never wanted to give up so Smirnoff just kept bashing him with blow after blow. Beefcake would get a few chances to counter but eventually the Heart Punch was just too much and Beefcake crumpled to the mat as Smirnoff placed one foot on his chest.
Iron Mike DiBiase crushed Wild Bill White with a series of punches. This was short as DiBiase dominated from the opening bell before he grabbed and punched White out for the pin.
Double Axe Attack overcame The World's Greatest Tag Team when Curt used the Hennig Plex on Benjamin. WGTT actually dominated most of the match and it was only a late mistake by Benjamin that allowed Curt Hennig to catch him with his finisher for the win.
Johnny Valentine edged Jim Brunzell with the Atomic Skullcrusher. Brunzell actually made this quite competitive and Valentine was really frustrated for a while. Eventually though Valentine grabbed control and an Atomic Skullcrusher put Brunzell down for the three.

EPW Part 2
Nick Bockwinkel pinned Lou Thesz after a piledriver. This was surprisingly quick as Albano grabbed Thesz' leg briefly causing a distraction that allowed Tricky Nicky to drop Thesz and then hit the piledriver for the win.
The Flying Redheads beat The Bolsheviks with a double knee lift by Bastien on Zhukov. Bastien and Lyons were hot and Volkoff and Zhukov kept it very close. It looked like the Russians might take it at one point but in the end, Bastien's knees were too much on Zhukov and Lyons dropkicked Volkoff to the floor.
Ron Hutchison surprised Lou Albano with an Olympic Roll Up. Albano dominated and looked like he would grab the rare win but Hutchison managed to snap Albano's neck across the ring rope and rolled him up for the pin.
Ivan Koloff dropped Jimmy Snuka with a falling face slam. Koloff and Albano mocked Snuka from the start and then Koloff took it to the Superfly. For some reason, Snuka just never seemed into the match as Koloff battered him for a while before dropping him with the face slam for the victory.
Million Dollar Corporation held off the upstart Dads when Bundy used the Atlantic City Avalanche on Blanchard. Blanchard and Poffo took it to DiBiase and Bundy. It looked like they would take it even surviving the Million Dollar Dream and it seemed one more pin attempt might gain the victory but DiBiase tagged to Bundy whose size proved too much before the Avalanche finished things off.
Randy Savage dropped Buddy Rogers with the Flying Elbow Drop. Savage was all business here and there was little Rogers or Sherri Martel could do. Rogers got in some good shots but in the end, Savage dropped him across the ropes, hit the ax handle to the floor and then the big elbow. Sherri tried to distract the referee but it was no use as Savage scored the three count.

That flying ax handle from the top rope to the ringside floor is still one of the most exciting moves of all time... MACHO MADNESS FOREVER! OOOH YEAH!

Savage in the 80s matches are ones I can watch over and over. As creative as Ric's without the conventional formula. The ax handle is that big moment that you know things are kicking into high gear.
