How to access handbook?

okay i cant even get through the darn pass word to get my book.my number dont work. two days ive tried this.im mad as heck. now somebody tell me why i should get online game editions. if im not good with cpu i get punished and cant get editions that i love ie.CPC/POW aCe unfair just unfair.plz somebody tell me whats going on in GWF 2123 since i order the game and cant get the booklet.

He's the resident genius and would be able to help you out a lot faster than anyone else if it's a technical issue and not just a mistake of some sort.

do i have to order the 2123 book seperately?if so im just out.or have to order an hard copy at an later date.

The book is available in the online store separately if you don't want to print it yourself.
