I am going to relaunch my old Jim Crockett Promotions Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling. In my federation Jim Crockett has bought out Florida Championship Wrestling but still runs cards in Florida under the banner of Florida Championship Wrestling. He has also bought out Georgia Championship Wrestling, but continues to run cards under the name of Georgia Championship Wrestling. The Wrestlers will sometimes appear on the different shows as they all share talent. Jim Crockett right now is in discussions with World Class Championship Wrestling along with Universal Wrestling Federation about maybe buying them out as well but continuing to promote the federations under their names and keeping their titles as well.
Right now the N.W.A. World Title is defended in each of the territories and the champion has a mandated rule that he must defend the title in at least 30 days. Should the champion get injured and is unable to defend his title in the 30 days he will be stripped of the championship.
The United States Champion also will defend his title in the different territories an is recognized as the number 1 contender to the World Title. He is also obligated to defend his title every 30 days as well. Failure to comply with the 30 mandatory defense rule will result in the champion being stripped of the title.
The N.W.A. World Tag Team championship is defended in all of the territories and the champions must defend their titles in at least 30 days or they will be stripped of the titles.
The N.W.A. Junior World title is another championship that is recognized by all of the territories and has to be defended every 30 days as well or else the champion is stripped of the title.
The board just voted that the Television Championship will be defended in all of the territories during the t.v. tapings. The title matches will have a 15 min. time limit. (I keep my time in real time so if the match hits 15 min. then we have a draw). If the champion is injured or refuses to defend the tile he will be stripped immediately and a tournament will be held for the title.
The N.W.A. United States tag team titles can be defended in any regional territories as well. They too have the 30 day rule in affect for them as well.
At all of the regional events at least one of the regional titles will be defended against a contender for the title. They are also under the subject of the 30 day rule as well.
Here is a current list of all of my champions. I do understand that it may seem like alot of titles but keep in mind that I am going with the old territory systems so each territory has their own champions and maybe tag team champions as well.
N.W.A. World Heavyweight Champion: Rob Van Dam N.W.A. United States Heavyweight Champion: Brent Albright N.W.A. Junior World Champion: Tiger Mask N.W.A. World Tag Team Champions: New Aged Outlaws N.W.A. United States Tag Team Champions: The Ant Colony N.W.A. Television Champion: Nigel McGuiness
Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion: Larry Zybysko
National Champion: The Crusher National Tag Team Champions: The Briscos
Florida Heavyweight Champion: One Man Gang Florida Tag Team Champions: Heavenly Bodies Southern Heavyweight Champion: Terry Gordy
There is a run down of all of my champions for Jim Crockett Promotions and the territories that he runs as well.
I will be posting the results for the t.v. taping held for Georgia Championship Wrestling. On the card you will get to see Buff Bagwell take on his former partner Val Venis. The Hillbilly Wrecking Crew (Necro Butcher and Brodie Lee) facing off against a team that is climbing the ladder The Kings of Wrestling. Also we will see in a grudge match Jimmy "The Boogie Woogie Man" Valiant try to exact some revenge on Bob Roop who is currently managed by Kevin Sullivan. Generation Me (Nick and Matt Jackson) will see if they can beat the team of Roadkill and Danny Doring. Roderick Strong has been on a roll and will see if he can defeat Jushin "Thunder" Liger in a number 1 contender match to decide who will face Tiger Mask at the next show. You will also be treated to a U.S. tag team title match as the champions The Ant Colony look to prove they are not fluke champions as they take on the great tag team known as The Hooligans (Paul London and Brian Kendrick). The Briscoe brothers will defend their National Tag Team Titles against the Rat Pack (Ted Dibiase w/glove and Jim Duggan). Crusher will see if he can roll over Angelo Mosca to defend his National Title. The New Aged Outlaws will be tested as they defend their World Tag Team titles against The Dream Team (Brutus Beefcake and Greg Valentine) managed by Larry Sharpe. Will the Outlaws be able to walk out of the match with their tag team titles you will have to tune in and see. The match that the fans have been waiting for, the match that help sell out the arena. For the N.W.A. World Heavyweight Championship Rob Van Dam will defend his title against Bryan Danielson in a ladder match. The first man to reach the gold belt being hung from the top will be the N.W.A. World Heavyweight Champion. All of this action will be taking place at the Cobb County Center in Cobb County, GA. Tickets for the show have been sold out for weeks now in anticipation of the N.W.A. World Heavyweight title match. Be sure to tune into your local channel and cable and satelite providers to catch all of the action of Georgian Championship Wrestling. See you at the matches.

May 3, 2012 Georgia Championship Wrestling T.V. taping Cobb County Center - Cobb County, Georgia
Gordon Solie welcomes the fans watching at home on t.v. and reminds all of the viewers at home that the Main Event for tonight will be Rob Van Dam defending the N.W.A. World Heavyweight title in a ladder match against Bryan Danielson.
The First Match of the evening Buff Bagwell vs. Val Venis
This match had most of the women screaming for both men at the top of their lungs. These 2 men are also former tag team partners so they both know each other real well. Buff Bagwell controlled the offense for the majority of the match. Everytime Val Venis would start to make a comeback, Buff would be able to counter it. Buff Bagwell got the pinfall rather quickly following a very nice swinging neck breaker. After the match Buff Bagwell declared himself to be the sexiest man in Jim Crockett Promotions and all of the N.W.A. for that matter.
2. The second match of the night was a tag team match. The Kings of Wrestling beat The Hillbilly Wrecking Crew. The Kings of Wrestling were led to the ring with their manager Larry Sweeney and had promised a very quick and easy victory. Claudio Castagnoli started out for his team against Necro Butcher. Castagnoli and Chris Hero made quick tags in and out of the ring never letting up on Necro Butcher. The end of the match came when Chris Hero threw Butcher towards his corner. Butcher tagged in a very fired up Brodie Lee. Hero in the meantime made a tag to Castagnoli who climbed to the top of the turnbuckle and came off with a beautiful cross body block to win the match for the Kings of Wrestling.
3. The third match saw Jimmy "Boogie Woogie Man" Valiant pick up a disqualification win against Bob Roop accompanied to ringside by the "Prince of Darkness" Kevin Sullivan. This match barely had a chance to get started. Valiant and Roop were exchanging moves back and forth in the ring. The two of them then took the action to the outside of the ring. Valiant saw Sullivan coming out of the corner of his eye and delivered a big backdrop to Sullivan on the concrete floor. At this point the referee was losing control of the match, when referee Teddy Long spotted Bob Roop pick up a metal chair and nail Jimmy Valiant with it. Roop continued the assault until several babyfaces came to the aid of Valiant. Valiant was helped to the back and was a bloody mess.
Interview with Kevin Sullivan and his Army of Darkness (Bob Roop, Tyler Black, Jimmy Jacobs, and Steve Corino). All four of the men appear to be in some sort of trance. Kevin Sullivan promises that each and every wrestler in Jim Crockett Promotions will pay the price and that price will be in blood. He promises that many more wrestlers will end up just like Jimmy Valiant if they step into the ring with his Army of Darkness. Sullivan also mentions that he has his eye on one Brad Armstrong. He is looking into the camera and tells Brad that his dad and brother do not care about him, but that the Prince of Darkness Kevin Sullivan does, and that if Brad is smart and joins his Army he promises that Brad will be a better wrestler and hold more championships than he could ever dream of. He ask Brad on simple question and that is if his dad loved and cared for him so much how come Road Dogg is the one with the World Tag Team title and Brad has none. Kevin laughs very deranged and he and his army walk off the set with Gordon Solie shaking his head and saying that sure is one weird individual.
4. In the 4th match of the evenings card we see the tag team Generation Me going up against Roadkill and Danny Doring.
Nick Jackson is in the ring first and ties up with Danny Doring. Nick Jackson is all over the ring controlling the offense. Nick and Matt exchange quick tags keeping Doring in their corner. Finally Doring makes a small comeback and is able to tag in his partner Roadkill. Roadkill tries to slow down the fast Matt Jackson and fails to do so. Matt tags in Nick Jackson and they double team Roadkill and Nick gets the pin after they hit More Bang For Your Buck.
5. Match number 5 was one that the fans in the arena and at home were anticipating. It pitted Roderick Strong taking on Jushin "Thunder" Liger in a number 1 contenders match for the N.W.A. Junior Heavyweight World title. Roderick Strong defeated Jushin Liger. This match was what everyone hoped that it would be. It was a fast paced match with both men exchanging some great holds and counter holds. At one point in the match it looked like Liger may get the pinfall after he connected with a Liger Bomb but somehow Strong was able to kick out at 2. The end of the match came when Strong caught Liger with the Gibson Driver and was able to get the 1,2,3, and with that pin he became the new number 1 contender. After the match Strong said Liger was good but he wasn't as great as he was. He promised that when he meets Tiger Mask for the title that he will make everyone proud because he will become the new N.W.A. Junior Heavyweight World Champion. Liger tried to shake Strong's hand and Strong just smacked it out of his way and left the ring.
6. The 6th match of the night was for the United States Tag Team titles. The Hooligans defeated the U.S. Tag Team Champions The Ant Colony by disqualification. The Hooligans clearly had the fans on their side for this match. Paul London started out the match against Fire Ant. London was quick to tag in Brian Kendrick. Fire Ant then made the tag to Soldier Ant. Green Ant was on the outside cheering on his team. Fire Ant and Soldier Ant were both working over Kendrick and cut the ring in half. The Ant Colony nearly scored a pinfall on 3 separate occasions. One time Kendrick kicked out and the other 2 times London made the save. Just when it looked like Fire Ant was going to put Kendrick away for good, Kendrick made a leaping tag to the well rested Paul London. London came in throwing everything he had at Fire Ant. Fire Ant became frustrated by the flurry of offense that London was showing and threw London over the top rope right in front of referee J.R. Jackson leaving Jackson with no choice but to disqualify Fire Ant for throwing London over the top rope.
7. Match number seven was one that promised to be a brawl between the two tag teams. The match saw the Briscoe Bros. beat the Rat Pack to defend their National Tag Team titles. Jay Briscoe started out the match with a collar and elbow hook up with Ted Dibiase. Dibiase tried his best to frustrate the young Jay Briscoe with his great scientific abilities however it failed. Jay tagged in Mark Briscoe who came in and surprised Dibiase and caught him off guard with a cut throat driver to score the upset pinfall. Hacksaw Jim Duggan tried to make the save but was cut off by Jay Briscoe. After the match the Briscoes issues a challenge to whoever maybe the World Tag Team Champions in the future. They said the next time the champions come to GCW that they want a crack at the tag team titles.
8. The 8th match of the night was for the National Heavyweight title. Crush pinned Angelo Mosca w/Sir Oliver Humperdink to win the National title. In a match that Gordon Solie commented would not be a technical match but would more likely be a pier six brawl. The two combatants did not let the fans down. Both men started slugging it out the minute the bell rang. Both men were hitting each other with various power moves. Crusher finally got the upper hand and would not let up on Angelo. Crusher connected with a huge Bolo Punch to score the pinfall and win the National title. Oliver Humberdink tried to interfere but was quickly met with a Bolo Punch as well that knocked him to the arena floor.
9. This match was for the N.W.A. World Tag Team titles. The New Aged Outlaws defeated The Dream Team w/Larry Sharpe to retain their World Tag Team titles. Road Dogg started out the match for his team against Brutus Beefcake. The Dream Team are former tag team champions and lost the belts to The New Aged Outlaws. Since losing the titles they started on a losing streak but quickly rebounded and started picking up wins against some very credible teams. In doing so they earned themselves this title shot. Brutus Beefcake used his strength to his advantage to keep Road Dogg on the mat. Beefcake even connected with a high knee to the face and it looked like it was lights out for Road Dogg but Billy Gunn broke up the pin attempt. Beefcake then tagged in Greg Valentine who went to work on Road Dogg's legs to set him up for the dreaded figure four. Valentine locked in the figure four but they were to close to the ropes and the hold had to be broken. Finally Road Dogg was able to land some much needed punches to Valentine and tagged out to Billy Gunn. Billy Gunn went on the offense and never let up. He then made a tag to a rested Road Dogg who came in and nailed Greg Valentine with his Pump Handle Slam to pick up the pin and retain the World Tag Team titles. After the match Greg Valentine and Brutus Beefcake attacked Road Dogg in the ring, while Larry Sharpe ran Billy Gunn into the ring post splitting him wide open. Greg Valentine put on the figure four and used the ropes for leverage while Brutus Beefcake climbed to the top rope and connected with three kneedrops from the top rope landing on Road Doggs chest. Road Dogg was screaming in pain when Bob Armstrong and Brad Armstrong ran to the ring with metal chairs and helped clear the ring. The Armstrongs helped The New Aged Outlaws to the back.
Interview: Bob and Brad Armstrong came out to the table to give an interview. Bob Armstrong was clearly still angry over what had just happened to his son Road Dogg. Bob said that if The Dream Team wants a fight then he will be glad to give them one. He said he could beat Larry Sharpe with one hand tied behind his back and blindfolded. Gordon Solie asked Bob what he thought of Kevin Sullivan asking Brad to become a member of the Army of Darkness. Bob said Brad is a smart young man and knows what the right choice is and that choice is to stand beside his family and fight the good fight, whether it is against Kevin Sullivan and his Army of Darkness or if it is tagging up with Bullet Bob and taking on those no good slime balls The Dream Team. Brad then interrupted his Dad and said I am my own man. I want to know though Dad when am I going to get some title shots around here. Brad said I am a former N.W.A. Junior Heavyweight World champion. He said he has yet to get another match for that title since he lost it. He also said his dad seems pretty concerned about his brother Brian "Road Dogg" right now but what about the two of them going after the Florida tag team titles or maybe going after the U.S. Tag team titles. Bob interrupted Brad and said son in due time these things will happen. Brad just shook his head and walked off from the interview desk. Gordon Solie asked Bob if he was concerned about Brad and Bob said Brad is just hungry right now and wants to win a title but first things come first and the first thing on his mind right now is making The Dream Team pay for what they could have done to Road Dogg. Bob thanks Gordon for the interview time and leaves the desk and walks to the back.
10. This match is the Main Event for the evening. This is the match that sold out the Cobb County Center. This is the match that the fans paid to see and the match that the fans at home have been waiting to see. This match is a ladder match for the N.W.A. World Heavyweight title. It is a ladder match. The title will be suspended high above the ring. The first person to get to the title and pull it down will be the champion. Bryan Danielson defeated Rob Van Dam to win the World Title. This match was a very brutal encounter. In the beginning of the match Bryan Danielson made a dash up the ladder he set up in the ring only to have Rob Van Dam meet him at the top and throw him off. Both men were using the ladder as a weapon to inflict as much punishment as possible to each other. Both men were bleeding buckets. RVD at one point hit Rolling Thunder on Danielson and made his way up the ladder only to be stopped. RVD then connected with a five star frog splash from the top rope with Danielson sandwiched in between the ladder. Everyone in the building were on their feet throughout this whole match. After the 5 star frog splash everyone assumed that was the end. However Bryan Danielson made his way up to his feet and pulled RVD down to the mat. RVD was hurting by this point. Bryan rammed the ladder into RVD's mid-section. RVD bent over and crumbled to the mat. Bryan Danielson then locked in Cattle Mutilation and wrenched back with it. RVD was screaming in pain and tapping out, however in a ladder match you can not tap out. Bryan Danielson sensed that RVD was in too much pain to stop him. He set the ladder up over top of RVD, pretty much trapping him underneath. Bryan Danielson then scaled the ladder and grabbed the N.W.A. Heavyweight Championship. After the match Gordon Solie interviewd Bryan Danielson about his newly won title. Bryan said he could hear the fans cheering but really did not give a crap about the fans and whether they like him or not. He said the fact of the matter is tonight I proved to everyone just how great that I am. He said he will go on to hold the title for however long he darn well pleased. He also made a promise to everyone that if they ever want to be graced with his greatness and see him wrestle then they will have to pay to watch him wrestle. He said he will not defend the title on t.v. no more. The only way they will see him is if they pay to see him at a house show or if they pay to see him on pay-per-view. He said other than that the fans can kiss his ass and go to hell.
Gordon Solie: Well fans that was one great show that you all were treated too. I know that enjoyed the matches and the fans here at the arena did as well. He said it was great to see the young team of the Briscoe Bros. in action and that they retained their National Tag Team titles. He also said it was great to see Crusher finally put Angelo Mosca and Sir Oliver Humperdink in their places when he won the National Heavyweight title. He said he doesn't know what has gotten into Bryan Danielson but that he is our new N.W.A. World Heavyweight Champion whether we like him or hate him. He said that the main event was one of the best main events and could main event at any arena in the country. He then said goodbye and goodnight everyone see you next week for Georgia Championship Wrestling.
Thank You fans for tuning in to see some great Georgia Championship Wrestling and we will see all of you again real soon. Make sure to come out to your local house shows and t.v. tapings. Until I see you at ringside be safe.

Thank you CB for the compliment. I am going to do my best to run shows on a regular basis as I have nothing else to do right now, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to playing the game. Something else to keep in mind everyone is just like the N.W.A. Jim Crockett promotions used to do as long as a wrestler is under contract with the company he can wrestle for any of the 3 organizations. They are not limited to just one promotion only.

Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling - World Wide Wrestling t.v. taping 5/7/12 Civic Center - Savannah, Georgia
Bob Caudle and David Crockett are the play by play guys for the show. We open the show with Bob Caudle giving us a run down of the matches that will be seen on the show. He is soon interrupted by the N.W.A. World Champion Bryan Danielson. Bryan has the big gold belt draped over his shoulder and he is wearing a nice suit and tie. He ask Bob Caudle and David Crockett if they know why he isn't wrestling on the show. David Crockett goes to repeat what Bryan said after he won the World Title, and Bryan tells him to shut up. Bryan tells the television audience just in case they hadn't heard what he said, he would say it again. He told everyone that they are all losers and don't deserve to have him grace their television screens with him wrestling a title match. He said he is too good for all of these bums. He said he saw a homeless man standing outside of the arena when he pulled up in his stretch limo. He said the bum asked him for some money. He said he told the bum he would give him some advice and that was get a job because you are a loser, and he said he threw a quarter at him and told him to call someone who cares. By this point the fans in attendance and booing very loudly. He said he hears their boos but they are only booing since he won't wrestle on t.v. He said remember you bunch of losers that the only way that you are going to see the N.W.A. World Champion in action is when you pay to see him. He said you can watch one of matches on pay per view or you can go to your local arena when you know I will be there at a house show. Other than that he said they can go to hell and kiss his a$$, and he left the interview area. Bob Caudle and David Crockett said they don't know what to make of Bryan Danielson now, because he used to be such a nice young man.
1. The first match of the night saw Generation Me defeat the Backseat Boyz by Count Out Trent Acid entered the ring first for his team. The ladies in the audience were screaming very loudly for Trent. Trent locked up with Nick Jackson. The two of them were having a very fast paced match with them both going hold for hold with each other. Nick Jackson got the upper hand and tagged in Matt and the two of them double teamed Trent a few times. Trent finally made his way to the corner and tagged in Johny Kashmere. Johny was a house of fire on Matt Jackson. Matt finally threw Johny through the ropes. Nick Jackson distracted the referee. Matt seized the oppurtunity and went to the top rope and connected with a corkscrew moonsault from the top rope to Johny on the floor. Matt got referee Scrappy McGowen's attention and counted along with Scrappy as Johny Kashmere barely could make it to his feet and was counted out. Matt and Nick celebrated in the ring like they had just won the tag team titles.
2. Bob & Brad Armstrong defeated Jimmy Jacobs and Steve Corino by disqualification. Brad started out for his team against Steve Corino. Corino handled Brad like he was a rag doll. Brad made the tag to his dad Bob Armstrong. Bob came in and delivered several karate chops to both Corino and Jacobs. Corino tagged in Jacobs. Jacobs went to town working over Bob in the ring. On the outside of the ring Kevin Sullivan had pulled Brad down from the apron. The cameras were able to pick up what Kevin was telling Brad. He said Bradley listen to me closely I am giving you the chance of a lifetime. If you decide you don't want it you will pay the price for saying no the Ministry of Darkness. He continued on talking to Brad while Bob was in the ring trying to wrestle, pretty much a handicap match. Kevin then told Brad to open his eyes. He said to Brad don't you see what a loser your dad is. If he was so good then he could beat my guys in a matter of seconds. He said however Bob doesn't have the will power that Brad has. Kevin then opened a briefcase with 50 thousand dollars. At this point Brad shook hands with Kevin Sullivan. The end of the match saw Brad Armstrong run into the ring with Kevin Sullivans golden spike. Brad attacked his dad repeatedly hitting him over and over again in the head with the spike. Jacobs and Corino leveled a very bloody Bob Armstrong with a Spike Piledriver on top of the pointed end of the golden spike, causing Bob Armstrong to bleed very heavily. Finally the carnage stopped when the New Aged Outlaws ran into he with steel chairs and Sullivan and his Army of Darkness bailed out of the ring.
David Crockett tried to get an interview with Brad Armstrong to find out what made him turn on his own father. Brad scowled at David Crockett and just said my dad has to pay for what he has done to my career. Kevin Sullivan then said you see Bob your son is a smart young man and saw the power that I have over the match makers. He is tired of wrestling with you or for you whoever you are having a feud with. He said Bradley just made the right choice and soon he will reap the benefits. With that being said Sullivan and his Ministry of Darkness left the interview spot and went to the back. While they were leaving the interview podium.
3. Adrian Street made quick and easy work of Johny Rodz The unpredictable Johny Rodz tried to get the early advantag and jumped Adrian Street as Ms. Linda was taking off his gear and getting him primped first before the match got under way. Johny was all over Street in the beginning of the match. At one point it looked like Johny was going put Adrian down for the pin but Street managed to come back. When he did it was all she wrote for Rodz. Street broke out a move that we hardly ever see him use. He used the camel clutch to put away Jonhny. Street then grabbed the house mic. He said I don't care who you are but everyone that has a championshi

We are returning from the intermission and here we go with the action
4. Finlay defeated Bruiser Brody by disqualification
This was certainly one match that the fans knew was going to be a hard hitting match up. Finlay knew going into this match that Bruiser Brody was one of the few men who would not be afraid to take the fight to him. These two wrestlers did not fail to deliver. Finlay started out the match by taking the action to Bruiser Brody. Finlay was hitting Brody with clotheslines. Brody however mounted a big comeback. Brody nailed Finlay with big clotheslines. He connected with a twisting suplex. Brody then delivered a thunderous one arm body slam to Finlay. Brody connected with a huge big boot and then nailed Finlay with with his big flying kneedrop. Referee Tommy Young counted to two and Finlay somehow managed to kick out. Brody kept up his attack again connecting with another big knee drop, again somehow Finlay managed to kick out. Finlay then started his comeback. He was hammering Brody with move after move. Finlay then connected with his finisher the Celtic Cross. Brody managed to kick out of Finlay's finisher. Finlay then took the action to the outside of the ring and nailed Brody with a steel chair and that busted open Brody. Referee Tommy Young let the match continue. Brody then took back over on offense and threw Finlay too the outside of the ring and nailed Finlay with a steel chair shot of his own. Tommy Young had enough and disqualified Brody for his use of the steel chair. Brody could not believe he was disqualified and started throwing chairs around the outside of the ring. Brody then hit the ring and grabbed Tommy Young and gave him a huge one handed body slam. Brody then whipped Young into the ropes and nailed him with a big boot to the face. Brody then came off of the ropes and gave Young his flying knee drop finisher. Young had to be helped to the back by the other referees.
5. The Memphis Mafia pinned The Midnight Express w/Jim Cornette
Bill Dundee and Eddie Gilbert came out to the ring and Eddie Gilbert took the house microphone and told the fans he had an announcement to make. He said that he was proud to announce that The Memphis Mafia were proud to announce that they were now part of the First Family and were proud to announce that their new manager was Jimmy Hart. Jimmy Hart came out to the ring with his megaphone in hand. When Jim Cornette came to the ring with The Midnight Express he seemed shocked to see that Jimmy Hart was now part of JCP and the N.W.A. Considering the history that these two managers have with Jim Cornette getting his start helping Jimmy Hart manage The First Family down in Memphis. Eddie Gilbert start out the match against Dennis Condrey. Condrey took over on offense. Condrey and Eaton were tagging in and out and cut off the ring keeping Eddie Gilbert in the ring. Eaton delivered his stinging right hands to Gilbert and tagged in Dennis Condrey. Condrey managed to connect with with a facebuster to Eddie Gilbert and the pin was broke up by Bill Dundee. Condrey then tagged in Bobby Eaton. Eaton nailed a big flying elbow from the top rope and went for the pin. Bill Dundee ran into the ring to break up the pin and distracted the referee. Jimmy Hart jumped up on the ring apron and distracted Eaton. Gilbert snuck up behind Eaton and and grabbed him and held him as Jimmy Hart reared back to hit Eaton with his megaphone. Eaton moved out of the way and Gilbert got hit with the megaphone and Gilbert got busted open. Eaton went for the pin and Gilbert somehow managed to kickout. Gilbert then started making a comeback. Gilbert got Eaton down on the canvas and locked in the figure four leglock. Eaton was screaming in pain. Dennis Condrey tried to come in and break up the figure four but was stopped by Bill Dundee. Jim Cornette tried to climb into the ring but Jimmy Hart pulled him off the apron. Eaton finally submitted to the figure four.
After the match Bob Caudle interviewed Jimmy Hart and the Memphis Mafia at ringside. Jimmy Hart said it was the fans privilege that he was now with JCP and the N.W.A. He said when he was scouting talent across that he was going to manage when came to the area. He said the one tag team that stood out to him was the greatest tag team in the world the Memphis Mafia. He said that he was on the lookout for new talent and he would very soon be introducing new members of the First Family and that they would soon control the wrestling industry and all of the titles as well. Jimmy Hart laughed and The First Family left the interview area.
6. Larry Zybysko successfully defended his Mid-Atlantic title inside a steel cage against Bob Roop
Kevin Sullivan was banned from ringside for this match and could not accompany Bob Roop to the ring. Clearly Bob Roop was lost without Kevin Sullivan being there at ringside to give him instructions. Larry Zybysko attacked Bob Roop from behind and continued his assault from there. Larry Zybysko then set up Bob Roop for his piledriver finisher. Zybysko connected with his finisher. Instead of going for the pin Zybysko chose to humiliate Roop further and walked right out of the cage. This match was pretty much over at the beginning of the bell as it lasted only about one minute and there wasn't even one drop of blood spilled.
7. Magnum T.A. won the United States title by beating Brent Albright in a 2 out of 3 falls match.
Both men locked up in a collar and elbow tie up and and Brent Albright was the first to start out out on offense. Albright was clearly trying to show the audience that he felt that he was superior wrestler in this match. Albright threw Magnum out of the ring and went out after him. Albright ran Magnum into the steel ring post and busted Magnum wide open. Albright then threw Magnum back into the ring and connected with a half nelson suplex and went for the pin and Magnum kicked out. Magnum then took over on offense and soon sent Albright out of the ring. Magnum was fired up and grabbed a steel chair and nailed Albright with it and busted Albright open. Referee Scrappy McGowan let the steel chair shot slide and didn't disqualify Magnum. Magnum threw Albright back into the ring. Albright got up and charged Magnum and Magnum connected with a belly to belly suplex and scored the pin to take the first fall. Magnum continued his attack trying to score a quick pinfall to take the second fall but Albright was able to kick out. Albright then took over on offense. Albright was clearly determined to win the second fall. Albright locked in his crowbar finisher but Magnum made it to the ropes. Albright then landed a half nelson suplex and went for the pin and again Magnum kicked out. Finally Albright made Magnum submit to his crowbar finisher. Albright knew that Magnum was exhausted. Albright went right after a bloody Magnum T.A. to begin the third fall. Albright then hit Magnum with yet another half nelson suplex. Just when it looked like Magnum was down and out Magnum nailed Albright with a belly to belly suplex out of the blue and hooked the leg and Scrappy McGowan counted the pin. Scrappy raised Magnum T.A.'s hand in victory and Magnum raised the U.S. title over his head and the fans in the arena went crazy. (Just to let everyone know when Magnum T.A. won the third fall he was sitting at 9 fatigue tokens).
8. Roderick Strong beat Tiger Mask by disqualification in his bid for the N.W.A. Junior World Heavyweight title match.
Roderick Strong started out the match at a quick pace. Strong wanted to prove that he could keep up with Tiger Mask. Tiger Mask took over on offense hitting Strong with his vast array of high flying moves. Strong then took back over on offense and was dominating Tiger Mask. Roderick Strong nailed Tiger Mask with his finisher the Gibson Driver. Tiger Mask however managed to kick out of the pin attempt. Tiger Mask then took over on offense again however that was short lived and Roderick Strong took back over. Tiger Mask however was clearly becoming frustrated with Strong's ability to maintain his offense. Tiger Mask then let his anger get the best of him and threw Strong over the top rope getting himself disqualified in the process.
After referee J.R. Jackson disqualified Tiger Mask, Roderick Strong refused to leave the ring. Strong took the house mic and demanded that commissioner Charlie Cox come out to the ring. Charlie Cox came out to the ring. Strong said clearly he would have beaten Tiger Mask had Tiger Mask not decided to get himself disqualified so that he could retain his title. Strong demanded that Commissioner Cox give him a rematch. Charlie Cox said that he agreed that Strong may have won the match however he didn't. Cox then told Strong that if he can beat Tiger Mask in a non-title match on an upcoming card then he will be granted a title shot. Strong then said he didn't necessarily agree with the decision but he would take it, because he would prove to everyone that he deserved to be champion and that he would beat Tiger Mask the next time that the two of them met in the ring.
9. This was the Main Event for the night. It was a match for the United States Tag Team championship. This match up was also a falls count anywhere match. The Hooligans pinned The Ant Colony to win the U.S. tag team championship.
Paul London was taking on Fire Ant while Brian Kendrick was squaring off against Soldier Ant. Paul London was the first to take the action to the outside of the ring against Fire Ant. Fire Ant took over on offense and suplexed London on the outside of the ring. Fire Ant then body slammed London threw a table at ringside. Fire Ant then went for a pin and Kendrick kicked Fired Ant in the head to break up the pin. Kendrick then started brawling with Fire Ant while London was squaring off against Soldier Ant. Both teams were brawling all over the arena and had the fans worked into a fever pitch. At one point Kendrick assisted London so London could hit Soldier Ant with an assisted shooting star press. Fire Ant dove and made the save for his team. Kendrick then went after Soldier Ant. While Paul London was facing off against Fire Ant, Kendrick climbed to the top of the rope and came down with a double foot stomp across the chest of Soldier Ant. Kendrick hooked the leg of Soldier Ant on the outside of the ring and referee Teddy Long counted the 1,2,3. The Hooligans held the belts high over their heads and soaked in the cheers of the fans.
