1. UltraMantis Black defeated Daizee Haze. The BDK faithful started out in full control, obtaining a nearfall after a Heart Punch and MIND TRIP. However, UMB came back to life and dropped Haze with a PRAYING MANTIS BOMB for a nearfall of his own. In the end, a second PRAYING MANTIS BOMB allowed UMB to put Haze away.
POINTS IN PLAY
2. The Throwbacks defeated Los Ice Creams. El Hijo del Ice Cream took it to Dasher Hatfield early on, catching him with a cross-body block for a nearfall. He then tried to pin Dasher again with a Two Scoop Slam, but Sugar Dunkerton broke up the pin. In the end, Sugar hits El Hijo with a piledriver on the gym floor. El Hijo can't return to the ring and is counted out.
3. Brodie Lee defeated Johnny Saint. Johnny Saint was given a warm welcome by the CHIKARA fans, especially Mike Quackenbush. However, the Big Rig destroyed Johnny Saint, whipping him into the steel steps twice; both times ended in nearfalls. The end came when Saint crashed into the BIG BOOT!
POINTS IN PLAY
4. Frightmare & Hallowicked defeated Obariyon & Kodama. The Batiri did most of the damage to the Spectral Envoy, getting nearfalls after a corner cannonball dropkick, two FLYING DDTs, an Impaler bulldog, and an Air Raid Crash. Amazingly, Hallowicked tagged in and finished Kodama with a Rydeen Bomb. After the match, Kobald ran out to the ring and the Batiri attacked Hallowicked. Frightmare was taken down as well, allowing the trio to further attack Hallowicked. In the end, Hallowicked was injured and helped to the back.
5. Green Ant defeated Sara Del Rey. The Queen of Wrestling had a difficult time with the Resilient Rookie. She was constantly put in the CLOVERLEAF, which ended up being what would make her tap out! After the match, Green Ant ran into the crowd and celebrated his win over the BDK.
6. El Generico defeated Tursas. El Generico tried to lift Tursas for a spike brainbuster but couldn't do it. He decided to use the Ole Kick instead. However, Tursas nailed him with a Black Hole Slam and a DIVING CROSS BODY on the rebound. Generico kicked out but fell to a final DIVING CROSS BODY. After the match, Tursas whipped Generico into the ropes and hit another DIVING CROSS BODY. Generico didn't respond when officials hit the ring, indicating that he was injured. Pinkie Sanchez and Tim Donst came down to the ring to celebrate with Tursas.
POINTS IN PLAY
7. Claudio Castagnoli & Ares defeated The Osirian Portal. The BDK never allowed Amasis to tag in Ophidian. Claudio Castagnoli first dropped Amasis with a diving European uppercut. Ares then came in and hit two TIGER DRIVERS. Amasis kept fighting, even kicking out of the DOOMSDAY UPPERCUT. However, Amasis could not kick out of a second one.
