...is coming this weekend so get psyched!
The first 6-Pack was called a 25th Anniversary Set but since that was at least a year ago. The next 3 will be called Original GWF 6-Packs. My goal is to finish the first 24 cards for the Intro Box Set by next summer!

That's great, Tom! I've felt some of these original GWF guys would make great guest appearances under the guidance of the Chikara Dark Menace card with their new colorized versions.

Already brought the original 6 color 2087 GWF superstars to my CHIKARA fed, ever since I got them! My angle ~ Thantos (whose new ink looks ALOT like an old, beat-up Mike Quakenbush...) used the time machine tech used to bring the Greek Gods & Ghengis Khan 4ward into the Future to zap Kraken, the Gladiators, and himself back to... 2010!
Here, he is in our years to derail CHIKARA, since I have Quakenbush as his ancestor and as Thantos is the Ultra-Heel, he simply cannot tolerate his ancestor's babyface promotion!! Getting wind of the conspiracy, Star Warrior & Lord Nexus chased down the villains & jumped into the warp gate just in time (ala Terminator) to follow them back and make cetain they don't succeed! And DARN SKIPPY the Dark Menace is their manager (I use Tom as his real-world persona of believin' the guys when the tell him they're from the Future) 'Course, I have Quakenbush signing the 6 and manager as a GR8 already-package storyline, Sci-Fi to boot!
And BOY, when CHIKARA had to move venues when the ballroom closed ~ I used that as an agle where Thantos, using his underhanded dealings and maniacal scruples, was actually responsable for the closing, via a front Company...! That piece of real news fit my fantasy world nicely...
And so far, the CHIKARA promotion keeps up the hard, good work, and rumors abound that Thantos is in chronometric communication with the Evil Ones in the GWF Future, hoping for more support in destroying his GR8, GR8, GR8, GR8 GrandSon's promotion!
It's a fun angle ~ try it; ya might like it... ;D
